Really appalling service for a new potential customer. I walked out when he said the price would go up after a year. Its not what you say its how you say it. Happily went up the street to Postal Annex #15005 and thrilled I did. Amazing people. 1/20/22 UPDATE Received a letter from Dave (management) essentially accusing me that I had never been in the store. Why on earth would I make up such a tall tale to hurt a small business? You really know how to make things worse. I called them to clear up the situation, but once again was faced with an argumentative, unfriendly man (Dave) whom I believe is the gentleman who helped me. Just take the feedback and do better with new customers. Really simple. You lost a customer due to poor and offensive service. Their customer service is great. The hours and flexibility of being able to pick up the mail is even better. But the only thing that might make me switch over is the 6 month minimum contract.... I found a place not much further away than this one from my house that does 3 months minimum and I'll probably be switching over unfortunately. But I do applaud these guys for being hard workers and for their customer service that's for sure. read more

Seriously do yourself a favor and stop shopping around. David is the epitome of a hard working , caring small business owner. He goes the extra mile, has super competitive rates and all the perks you may need. Also for those which have never had the experience of some of these mailboxes which have "sub" addresses ( for instance 1234 Main Street "C" unit 123) you are in for a nightmare as the mailman will put your mail in the real unit 123 and vice versa (meaning the apartment building upstairs). It always had this way of happening to the most important things also, lol. This place gives you a straight forward unit number , alleviating that issue. read more

Great service, they do a wonderful job of packing things up, and getting things out. The store has a nice display of cards, beautiful wrapping paper and a a few knickknacks (yep, correct spelling) to throw into your package last minute. Just a friendly and helpful vibe.
