After reading all the 5 star reviews for Eagle Rock optometry I thought the experience would be top notch. However, there were so many missteps since my first exam back in June 2022. The Dr changed my prescription but never gave me any insight as to why that happened. Trials came in for me but NO ONE from the office called me to inform me they arrived. She also had me try a new brand of contacts that are double the cost of my previous lens claiming they're better but they weren't. I tried to speak with the DR and after calling 3x to ask why she didn't return my call, she finally did. I was very calm with all the associates because nothing is ever resolved by yelling but this place is really upsetting. Finally after deciding to place a year supply of contacts and paying for it upfront, I was faced with more delays, no follow ups, and me constantly chasing for answers. I'm very empathetic and understand there are supply chain issues but they should not have charged me full price then leave me to wait weeks. Literal weeks I paid 12/8 and just picked up my contacts 12/22. Also, I was supposed to receive a pair of trials for the year supply.... no trials came, nor was I given any information about the rebate. I had to ask again for the information. If you want a place that is diligent and cares about their customers, do not come here. They will leave you more confused than ever and take zero accountability. read more

I brought my 5-year old here for her first eye exam, and the doctor here made her feel so comfortable. She was thorough, answered all of my millions of questions, and just made us feel very comfortable. My daughter felt scared and cried at times, the doctor handled it perfectly, she would instantly laugh or calm down. We will be back. We didn't end up buying frames, only because we wanted to look around a bit more, this was my daughters first time trying on glasses. Highly recommend this place for pediatric eye exams. I was in excruciating pain after an eye injury. Dr. Omidghaemi was exceptional in quickly assessing my eye, treating the injury, and then prescribing preventive treatment to make sure it heals properly. Her quick and effective response was key in stabilizing my eye and promoting healing. In the process, she also took the time to educate me on the importance of eye care and protection, and help establish a practical routine to take care of my eyes. Dr. Omidghaemi has become one of my favorite doctors as her approach is comprehensive and takes into account the short and long term health for her patients. Burberry in neutral tone very hot right now, and some super chic Ray Bans aviators Semi octagon. I also couldn't stop thinking about some Tiffany glasses that caught my eye as I was leaving, not sure how I missed them. We wanted to get my son an eye exam to see if he needed eye glasses because there was signs that he might at school. We took him to Dr.Omid at Eagle Rock Optometry that we heard about from a friend. She was so caring with him and so detailed in her eye exam and made him feel very comfortable throughout the exam. After the exam we realized that he indeed needed eye glasses, which she was so kind enough in helping us herself in picking the right glasses that fit his face. I had just lost my glasses and needed to urgently get a new pair and as I was driving on Colorado blvd I saw Eagle Rock Optometry (so glad that I did see it). I stopped by and it was such a fantastic experience. Their customer service was amazing as they were able to squeeze me in given the urgency of my situation and the doctor was so patient and caring and provided me with an updated prescription. Eagle Rock Optometry is a new & welcome addition to the neighborhood! They accepted a same day appt for my husband & me even through they are not fully open yet. The space is modern w/ state of the art equipment but more importantly, the family that runs this business are super kind, attentive and prices are fair! Dr. Omidghaemi is by far the best optometrist I've ever seen. She is patient and does a most thorough exam. Her and her husband made us feel so welcome & well attended to. They have a range of lovely eyewear options but my husband & I settled on some fashionable Masunaga pairs. Lovely locally owned Optometry shop with a modern decor. The staff and Dr. Omid were both friendly and professional. The examination went smoothly and the prescription was definitely an upgrade. I was given samples that lasted a few days until I had a follow up exam to make sure I was happy with the new brand of contacts. I didn't buy glasses but they had a very stylish selection and I'll definitely be back when I'm looking to buy a pair. My mom was complaining of headaches and eye pain after having to work from home due to the pandemic and stare at her laptop so I brought her in for an examination. The entire process was extremely simple and straightforward, from booking the appointment, to easy onsite parking, extremely clean and inviting decor and friendly and respectful staff. Dr. Omidghaemi was very sweet and patient, examining my mom's eyes, explaining why she's experiencing problems and how a new pair of prescription glasses were going to help her. My mom is very picky with her glasses but Dr. Omidghaemi was very patient and helped her find the perfect frame for her that accentuated her facial features and brought out her pretty eyes. We are so glad to have found an optometrist that takes the time to talk and connect on a personal level and provide an outstanding experience. Dr. Omid is AMAZING! She and her staff are so polite and welcoming. I have had many eye doctors over the last 20 years and none have been as sweet and professional as Dr. Omid. She was very informative and patient with me and my situation. I wear glasses and contacts and I also have astigmatism. I never felt rushed during any of the exams, follow-ups, or fittings and she really took the time to help me with my chronic dry eyes and blurry vision. I called Eagle Optometry after leaving a new pair of sunglasses in a hot car where they got bent out of shape. No appointment was required, and they fixed my sunglasses in just a few days! They also didn't charge me for the service. Both of the women in the store were incredibly friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back in the future. Yesterday, I visited Eagle Rock Optometry, as I was at a construction site next door and decided to stop by as I was having problems with my contact lenses. I went to discuss the problem and I met with doctor on site and I ended up getting a full comprehensive eye exam and not only did I get an update to my contact lenses but, the doctor was so helpful in describing how new contact lens are built and work and she updated my specialty contact lenses. This is my new place to go for my contact lenses and the prices are better than what I had previously had.
