Our family has been going to Eagle Tire for years. Its always a very fast process. On a Saturday I showed up with a screw in my tire. Before I could even get out of the car Gustavo was approaching. Immediately He asked me whats wrong, found the screw and got some tools. Turns out the screw was very small and didn't puncture the tire. He checks the air in each tire and says "no charge". Amazing! Too bad i didn't have cash I would have tipped him. I went inside and insisted that they take my card and a tip. If every employee was like Gustavo the world would be a much better place! Two cars Vandalized over night in front of my house, called for specialized used tire size for quick replacement after my new tire where slashed. Had to call tow service and they met both car as the were release from the tow truck. both cars were done and out the door cheap and with in 30min. I'm a fan for now. read more

Completely satisfied! Price was very reasonable, honest and work was immediate! I was referred to eagle tires by my BROTHER who has done business there before and I am so glad he got my tires within 30mins so I can be on my way to L.A. Holiday traffic was mad but it didnt matter since I felt safe with my tires. $105 for 3 tires( used) for a 2004 Honda Accord was a steal!! And there was no pressure to sell anymore! read more

My tire popped the other day while I was driving on the freeway. I was stressing myself out because I didn't want to spend a fortune on a new tire. In my mind the total was already going to be like $200 and I was dreading getting it done. My friend told me about this place on a fluke and so I drove there after the gym. I was helped in less than a minute and they quoted me $40 for a new used tire. Needless to say I was hella happy! read more

I had a nail In my tire and called around a few shops. Eagle tires were willing to take me in on such short notice. About 20 min after calling, I arrived and was immediately helped. I bought 4 used tires for my truck here. They walked and showed me all of the choices of tires that they had that would fit on my truck and allowed me to choose. These tires look great and have lots of life left in them. In less than 20 minutes, my tires were replaced. I ended up paying $170 for 4 tires - out the door. I always go to this place an it seems like they are always changing the price one person said 200$ for a brand new tire then the other said 175$ so at this point it depends on what they feel like charging not a set price place at all.. i had a slow leek in my tire .. still a brand new tire just a nail was in it i ask for a patch they made the hole bigger an said I had to pay for a another tire .. I've been coming here for a while now, I usually get the used tires when I need something quick. This time I asked for 2 new tires when I was with my father this time and they told me it'll be like 360 but then when I had all my money together and I was ready to get service done they told me it will be 425. It's only been 3 days so I asked them why they told me a different amount and they just acted like they didn't know anything. I suggest not going here they liars. I come & replace my tires here often because I usually get used swap out my back tires because I'm in need of a wheel alignment & there often going out & I keep avoiding the big problem. & Usually in a rush, so I know there quick but Every time I go there there always quoting my different prices for a single used tire. Told mngr I was quoted 32$ for a back left tire I swap out less then 2 weeks ago, I just wanted to be charged the same price. He told me it was always 36$. I will save my money & just get my car fixed properly. I can't stand price increases after I've been paying the same for 6 used tires already by them. Was never complaining about tire just pricing going up & down. I understand you get what you pay for but customer service suck there. used tires where worse & worse every time new used tire is lopsided & always need air. Thank god its tax season. read more

Only putting one star because I have to. I have brought my car too this place multiple times at least 10 times for used tires and there the only shop i have went to for tires. I got new wheels and wanted to put them on and trying to take off my wheels I couldn't bc the lugs were on there so tight I broke 2 breaker bars trying to take them off. I went to eagle tire to have them loosen the lugs with there impact gun and charged me $20 to loosen them. There excuse was it wasn't there fault. Shady company and even shadier people. They are ruining cars by tightening the lugs too tight and not usinng the correctt tools like a well maintained and thorough tire shop would do. read more

What a great shop They have all the sizes either brand new or used tires. And if they don't have it in the shop they make sure that u get them the very next day. They have a very friendly staff and the service is fast. I went in their to get 4 new tires and had a great converstation with the owner. After 15 mins my car was ready to go with all 4 brand new tires. The brand was good and price was remarkable. read more

This place is horrible. The used tire they put on was worse than the one they took off ;not only that but they didn't balance the new tires, took it somewhere else and then had to pay someone else to balance them. Even though their prices are low you will pay more in the long run. read more

Horrible customer service... owner was very rude..I baught 4 new tires and maid sure it comes w alignment and wheel balancing..after their done installing all tires they sent me to a shop who does alignment for them..be careful if u get tires from here, they'll tell u anything just to make a sale..I paid in full for the package now I had to pay for the alignment..what a ripoff read more

The person who answered the phone was so unprofessional. He didn't even verify the business place.. All he said when he answered was "Hello" and I heard kids in the background. I had to ask if this was the tire place. And on top of that he sounded rude when asking for the tire size. Also, the price he gave me was way overpriced.. I've been calling all the tire shops to compare the prices and check inventory for a specific brand and tire size. Avoid this place they'll scam you so I went in to get some front tires replaced they charged me about $90 I was like ok sounds fair turns out they mismatched the tires from the back ones so when I was on the freeway my car would shake I thought it was normal but then I checked the tire size on the front and they were the wrong size totally different size then the back ones like who does that did they not see what size the front ones had? So I went back and told them they decided to match them now and they still tried to charge me $20 for labor for something they made a mistake on! So they decided to do it for free and no charge but then it get tricky the right front tire decides to leak air now so I'm like ok the one they just put on is leaking air now! Great! So then my wife decides to take the car back and explained what happened they told her they were going to charge for another tire because the guy thought she popped it on purpose or someone did, also none of the employees wear a face mask!! They decided to change the tire for free and told her to not come back again because we were trying to get free tires like how are we going to get free tires when all of the used tires they put on my car were bad? No thanks also the left front tire I forgot to mention the valve stem was bad it also leaked air so I went to a shop in Livermore nearby because I had to drive with the spare on and the tire shop I went in Livermore did not charge to me repair it, I would suggest going to another tire shop who's employees know better on tires! Unlike Eagle Tires!! I paid in total for 2 front tires here $120 I ended up paying more than normally because of there mistakes! read more

I had two flat tires the other day driving on Marsh Creek Road after the fires. It was a Saturday and because of all the chaos I had to leave my car on the side of the road. The next day AAA picked my car up. I was really stressed about what I should do with the car as most places are closed on Sunday. The tow truck driver said that he was pretty sure Eagle Tires was open and that he generally took cars there for tires. We called the business and the man who answered said they could change the tires as long as we go there before 5:30. I was elated when I heard the news! We drove to Eagle Tires in my moms car with AAA towing my car. When we got there, a worker immediately advised that my mom's car's tire likely had a nail and needed to be fixed. Thank goodness he saw that! They fixed my mom's tire and replaced my two tires for around $300. They have used tires that would have been cheaper but i wanted new tires considering all of the traveling I do. I think they finished in about an hour. They were super fast! read more

this place is a joke. realized I had lost my lug nut key after they replaced all 4 of my tires.. went back and didn't ask them to replace the lost key, all I asked was for them to take off the locking nuts and put regular ones on in case I got a flat on the road. dude told me they would do it for $10/tire. $40 to change 4 lug nuts that would take 2 minutes. I would understand if they had never seen me before but they know I've been bringing all 3 of my cars to them for the last 5 years. I'll never go there again after that. the place on the pitt/antioch hwy is cheaper anyway. read more

Bad service!! Rip off! I bought four used tires and of course their supposed to balance your tires. As soon as I got on the freeway my steering wheel starts shaking. My balancing was off. so I went back and told them The balance was off and they want to charge me an additional fee for them to rebalance it. Wtf! read more

They broke my sensor had to pay dodge almost $400 to get it fixed trying to be cheap ended up costing me more. They have bad customer service when I first came guy start yelling at me because I stood around for 7 mins waiting to be helped and I went and asked him is anyone working the office he yelled and said " Do you see anyone." I made a complaint to the owner who acted like he didn't care. I came back the next day cause my sensor wouldn't go away and he said just keep driving the owner did. I informed him I drove to and from Oakland for work and he said do it again. A month later and we are driving to Lake Tahoe and I went to get it fixed in case it was a real problem. I bought a new tire from Les Schawab when my tire popped in front of their business months before I bought 3 used from Eagle tire and one has popped already. OH YEAH AND THEY LIE ABOUT PRICING. WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS $15 MORE and they said that is a FEE. read more

never go here.....i went in to get my tire changed he changed it in 45 mins that is way to long. plus my tire went on flat the next morning. i brought my car back and he said it was because i put fix and flat when i didnt. why would i put fix in flat in a new tire. i beleive because i was a female the acted as if i did not understand. then they tried to charge me for them not fixing the problem at all. my tire next got fixed for a problem they made. i would never return here. read more
