Everybody at America's Tire did an amazing job from start to finish. The online check-in process was smooth and easy. There was a brief line when I arrived, but the team did a great job checking everyone in, figuring out what each customer needed, and getting them to the right person quickly. I arrived early for my appointment, and they took my car right in. I was originally quoted about two hours, but the car was finished in only about an hour. There was also an additional issue involving a third-party warranty claim on one of my tires--not an America's Tire in-house warranty. The team accepted the warranty and worked through the process to get the claim handled, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Zachary. I like America's tires. However, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Here's why. When I buy new tires I like a report on the status of my brakes. The last two times I purchased tires from Americas Tires in Brentwood CA (two different cars) I specifically asked the person writing up my order to have the installer report back to me on the status of the brakes. I know they don't do brakes at Americas Tires but it's a simple task to look at the brakes while the wheels were off and tell me what they see. On both occasions when I asked the installer what he found when the installation was complete he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. So on both occasions my request was not passed along. On both occasions the installer walked back to my car and from the outside of the wheel looked at the brakes. He then told they looked fine. That's not the kind of customer service I expect. read more

One of my tires on my Car has a nail embedded and is causing an air leak. However, I noticed cracks in the wall of my tires. Instead of repairing the tires, I decided to replace them. I decided to come to America's Tire in Lone Tree. It was a busy day for the shop as there were a lot of customers requesting a quote or having their tires replaced. When it was my turn, they checked my vehicle and confirmed my choice to replace the tire. The process was quick and they offered me the tire I wanted. The price was reasonable and they replaced my tire. The only drawback is that I have to wait for more than an hour for the service. If you have a free day and don't have an appointment, then it's not a problem. If you do, then schedule an appointment with them to have your tires installed. read more

I've been here a handful of times so I'm surprised I haven't left a review earlier. I feel like every visit has been a fast, great & easy experience. Everyone that came across to help me has been great. Last week, I came in to get some air in my tires and the gentleman came up right when I pulled into the spot. He was nice and knowledgeable. Right now, a (different) younger gentleman helped me check in and get things going. He said it'll be about 45 minutes so I'm just waiting inside. What's great is their AC is always on blast, lol. There's lots of chairs in the waiting area and bar stools. They're pretty fast and efficient as I watch from the window. Great job! read more

I booked a 4:30 appointment days ahead to get 4 new tires. I showed up on time and the guy that assisted me was really helpful. He told me my wait time would be less than an hour since I had an appointment. So I wait over an hour until I see them finally pull my car in at 5:35 just to get started. Seeing other customers that came after me leave before I did was really frustrating. I don't know if I'll come back if I have to wait over an hour WITH an appointment just for service to start. read more

This was my 1st time here. I really appreciated the prior communication. They sent text reminders and they called to inform me of the "Day Of" instructions. I had a 10 am appt. Got here at 10:07 am. I pulled up to my name on a board under a Gazebo (I really loved that little touch.. made me feel special lol). Waited in my vehicle until close to 10:20 am or so. I did not like that no one came over to say anything to us that entire time. We were acknowledged by a person as after 10:20 am.. but nothing happened when he walked away. ... we all waited. Finally, Robert came out (No apology given for us waiting). He took the info he needed and we followed him inside. The prices was smooth after that. However, I was bothered that another customer came a bit after us and I overheard Robert apologize to him about his wait and he informed him that they were running behind. I felt like that it something that I should have received also for my wait. They said my car would be ready by 11:09 am. It was ready close to that time. I didn't have an issue with waiting. Also, I loved how the mechanics listened to some great music. That kept me amused lol. Nonetheless, I will come back to this location. Everyone seemed to work hard. read more

They've always been very accommodating, we have mostly used the store on Lone Tree Way. The prices have always been very competitive & usually better than other places I've priced tires. First time using America's Tire to patch a hole in my tire and am pleased with my experience for the Brentwood location in particular. Initially, I tried the Pittsburg location -- where they didn't know what socket to use for my wheels and were worried about liability because I had after-market wheels on my car. So, I then called the Brentwood location and spoke with Michael who said they can take me in & patch my front left tire regardless of how busy they were (They had 15 people in line ahead of me.) When I arrived, I was super impressed at their operations. They came off as an F1 pit crew, everyone knows their role and seems to vibe well with each other. Lowkey felt like a chick-fil-a the way they were vibing happily in there lol. Upon entering, I found Michael and was quickly helped. He said it'd be another 2 hrs until I'd be seen which was fine as it allowed me to run some errands. But I came back and they worked on my car pretty quickly. This is a long overdue review. I brought in my car here a couple of months ago to upgrade my rims and get bigger tires. They ordered the tires for me and got an appt pretty quick. I checked in using the link on the text msg they sent and was pretty seamless from there. I had a slow leak in my tires that set off a "Tire Pressure", sensor light on my dashboard. I made an appointment with Dan who was really great and scheduled me the next morning. Mikey and Dominic were the sales floor specialist, that were very knowledgeable, kind and patient to myself and other customers. I was not only needing a new tire but they found the leak on the other one and were able to just patch it. I still had a lot of tread left and they didn't try to convince me to buy something that was not needed. They gave me great, tire pricing options that allowed me to view on a monitor and scroll any and all the choices. I loved this idea because it made me feel more in control of how much I was able to spend and the particular tire if I desired to spend more. I am overdue for this review. I have purchased tires for both my vehicles from America's Tire for the past 15 yrs. I always purchased the road hazard guarantee along with them. I don't drive my cars much. As an example , this is 2026, and one of my cars is a 2017 Mercedes with only 17,000 miles on it. I last purchased tires for it in 2019. In December 2025, I got a flat and took it to America's Tire for repair. The hole was in the side, so couldn't be repaired. Even though my road hazard certificate expired in 2022, the company still honored the certificate and gave me a brand new tire. I didn't ask for that, they just did it. I can't think of any other company that will honor a certificate years after it has expired. This is why I'll be their customer for as long as I own a car. read more

I've been here 3 times and had a great experience each time. Most recently, I got my front tires replaced. I ended up calling the store right after they closed but someone not only still took my call, he was patient and helped me out for almost 30 mins and didn't rush to get me off the phone. He was able to identify that the tires I wanted were at another warehouse and order them for me and then set up an appointment for me the following Saturday. Once I got there, the tech confirmed the tires were in house, checked me in for my appointment, and they got swapped out within an hour. FINALLY - a car place with staff who didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid with the questions I had. Had one of my tires blow out and was stranded on the freeway (it was the Monday-est Monday EVER) so I had been driving all week with my spare on. I found that America's Tire's website made it quick and easy for me to get the process started. It was so easy - just put in your car info, choose the tire and quantity, and schedule your appointment. Once I had it scheduled, their automatic text system made it easy for me to reschedule when I realized I chose the wrong tire and I just had to send a customer service email from their website to get the refund on the incorrect purchase I made; Dan was able to give me a call to confirm the refund and I seriously appreciated how quick they were to do so. I also got a couple calls from Alex and Jacob the day I made the appointment from a staff member letting me know they had time that day to do the installation, which I thought was great! Unfortunately I wouldn't have gotten there on time after work so I needed to keep my weekend appointment, but I appreciated it very much. I used the link I received to notify them I was omw/arrived. Tyrone helped me out when I got there. He checked me in, took a quick look at my car, and let me know it'd be about an hour, so my bf and I got breakfast nearby. During the process I received real time updates on what was happening with my car and I got a notification when it was done. So efficient! Picked up my keys and I was outta there. To start off, I had been a satisfied customer of America's Tire in Livermore for many years. The customer service was excellent. I moved to Brentwood a year ago and began using their Brentwood location. A couple of months ago one tire on my wife's car showed low air from her sensor. I aired it up a few times then took it in. I sat there for 2 hours, only for them to come out and tell me that there was nothing wrong with the tire. For the following month I continued to air it up, then became frustrated and returned to America's tire, where they told me it would be a long wait again. I was frustrated, so I drove to Les Schwab which was close by. Within 30 minutes they located a nail in the tire and repaired it for free although I bought the tires at America's Tire. America's Tire has done it again. I had a flat tire a couple of days ago and AAA roadside installed the spare tire. I made an appointment online to repair the nail inside the tire. The gentlemen helped monitor the tire and even offered to install window wipers at a cheaper price. The repair took about 45 minutes which they also did the rotation and balance. Came here to get my tires checked and get them filled since they were low and one of them had a nail in it. Had it patched and the gentleman asked about the life of my wipers and I decided to get them changed. I left the facility with my tires filled with air to the appropriate measurements, and my tire patched. However, within an hour or so, my patched tire was almost flat! I took it back to America's Tire and it turns out that the tire guy forgot to put the valve cover off, so the air just completely zapped out. They apologized, but I literally spent 2 hours with all the back and forth of driving. read more
