Great customer service. Johnny went above and beyond for us on Thanksgiving Eve and we could not be more thankful for his help!

PLEASE DONT BOTHER USING IF U CAN AVOID. Received this towing company via AAA - the worst service and experience I have ever received TO DATE. Firstly, the rep gave me an estimated 1 - 1.5hrs wait time. I understand, its 6pm on Thursday in LA = traffic and shit, no problem, I can wait , no biggie. He says he will keep me in touch about the eta of his guys. 7:15pm - not a call or text. I end up calling, just to be told actually its going to take 45mins, wait no! 1 hour... joking no 2 hours. The rep proceeds to try to tell me that HE TOLD ME initially that it was up to 2 hours - FALSE. If he did, than I would of taken a cab to the nearest restaurant to wait or cab go back to my office, but I choose to stay because usually towing companies have arrived within the hr from my experience. I told him to just be frank and give me the real eta because it is sounding like the guys won't get here till 9 worst case. He said no no they are dropping a car in BELL FLOWER - sir... that is NEAR LONG BEACH and I am stranded in a Century City/Beverly Hills neighborhood. Had he just been upfront about the time then I would have been fine, it is what it is you know? But no. I wasted 3.5 hours of my evening. The guys who did show up, 1 was smoking a cigarette and quite frankly was rude. I figured why not ask to see if they can do me a solid and slice off $40 from 240$ for this little mishap/3 hour wait and the phone rep giving me false hope, - worst case they say no. WELL instead of just saying no politely like the rest of us, the man proceeds to give me attitude about how HE had to drive XX hours - sir thats your job, not mine. So sorry I don't sympathize. Just like you didn't sympathize with me having to wait 3.5 hours for rude service. At drop off at 9:45-10pm, 24 miles away, they called me and told me they were outside my aunt's house WHEN THEY WERE NOT. Verbally insisting they were. LIKE WTF, my aunt was literally standing outside her house waiting for your giant long bed with bright ass lights. HERE'S THE KICKER - All day TODAY they have been ringing off my phone while I am at work. I picked up 20 mins ago before writing this - THEY WANTED ME TO MAKE SURE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SEE IT YET ON THEIR END. The same call rep said it should of went through after a day, to which I SAID - sometimes things take 24hrs to post, I paid you guys on the spot at 9:30, it's been less than 24hrs AND I KNOW MY AMEX WENT THROUGH cause I get a notification for every purchase in REAL TIME. The rep insist that I check. WHAT THE HELL KINDA SHIT TOWING ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING? I have the receipt of the purchase that came via text right after I paid last night. read more

My car was stuck in the parking lot of Albertson's tonight; the two gentlemen who showed up to help me were very kind, and were able to get my car out of "park" so I could drive it home on my own, & to my mechanic's tomorrow. Thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it. read more

I got a text saying this tow company arrived but it never did. When I tried calling he said that he would call the driver but I never heard back so I googled the company got ahold of them that way and they said they would get ahold of the driver again and hung up on me. Needless to say I have been waiting and the driver never showed up!!!!! I just keep getting hung up on or they don't answer the phone. read more

I was stranded on the highway without gas, and as soon as they got assigned to my case, Johnny communicated the entire time where he was at, what he was doing, and when he would be there. It made me so much less worried knowing help was on the way and that it wasn't going to take forever. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in that area. read more

They said they needed 1 hour to get my vehicle. They took 2 and a half hours before l finally called and asked where they were. They then responded by saying they needed an additional 45 minutes because of horrible traffic... on a Monday afternoon... in Hesperia. After 45 minutes they gave me another 31 minute eta and after that I wrote this review. They are horrible. read more
