The quality of the customer service and satisfaction was poor. I know things happen and can't be helped but can be fixed by other options. It was a beautiful area and cabin besides the fact we had in our cabin flying "lady bugs" over the shower, bed, kitchen, and on the floor dead everywhere. Also, falling on you and being on your blanket unexpectedly.. After the second day of staying there we had realized it all and made contact with the resort and management and they told us they could come have someone spray and clean and none of that happened at all.. and they would not switch us cabins due to them being "all sold out" which was in fact not true either because i was able to go onto the website where I originally purchased that cabin and saw other cabins I could pay for to stay in... just not a good experience after paying so much. So be careful.. Also, thank you Zach for responding. I understand after reviewing the situation they had followed up they told me the same thing and then in TEXT MESSAGE I can gladly post below on here they did not have the out like they said they did from the first text to then having her come out and check it out. They contradicted it all. Like I said I can post those correspondences to show I am not lying bc I don't like feeling like my character being questioned...

Keurig machine not working, speakers not working, upstairs shower leaking into downstaira shower bench. called answerign service, lady says "i dont know how much of a priority a coffee machine is" and proceeds to hang up on me. this is not motel 6- so we expected their "amenities" to work and at the very least for the staff to be respectful.

    Christmas decorations was really nice!

    1. It was dusty 2. The shower was dirty that one has to wear flip flops to take a shower 3. Need more lights.... Over the kitchen, living room, bedroom 4. Instead of using the regular lights might be better to use LED lights 5. The dryer needs to be fixed or have a new one ( take a very long time to dry the clothes) 6. The screen in the bathroom faucet needs to be clean Other than that it was good.

We reserved this cute little cottage, called Cuddlin' Up in Pigeon Forge. While the plan was not to spend much time at the cabin, it was so nice we almost wanted to and found ourselves headed home in the evening vs looking for things to do. It is set up very comfortably and has everything you need. We were more than impressed with it. The process of renting was easy and loved the no-contact check-in. I recommend this company. They made our stay feel like we were at home.

Had a great stay with Eagle Ridge Resort. Cabin was nice and well taken care of. Driveway is pretty steep where we stayed, but to be expected since it is in the mountains. Will definitely look at booking with them again in the future!

Our Niece, Brother & Sister in law had just arrived and our daughter playing with our nice in the lower level of the cabin.

After not such a great experience last year, Eagles Ridge gave our family an opportunity to come back and give them a second look. It was recommended that we stay in "A Cozy Cabin" in North Eagles Ridge. The name couldn't be more perfect! Even fighting bronchitis and not feeling well myself, our family was able to really enjoy this cabin. We truly did not want to leave! It was perfect and will now be our choice of cabins!! Thank you so much for making it worth a second look that we won't soon forget!

This was how nasty it was.

This place was so dirty. We paid about 1700$ for a big cabin for my wedding weekend. Toilets filthy. Back porch filthy. Broken pool sticks. Ripped and stained pool table. Blankets look like rats at through them. The ceiling was leaking. It wasn't worth what we paid at all. I'm very disappointed with this. We won't be going back.

Excellent place to book your vacation! We loved EVERYTHING! Had previously scheduled for March 2020 but had to postpone it until December due to the pandemic, and the staff was amazing at helping us and giving fair options. Check in and out we're very simple and stress free. The cabin was lovely decorated, cozy, clean, well stacked. Costumer service was incredible. Would definitely recommend and love to return and book with Eagles Ridge Resort.

We loved our stay in the Bear Haven cabin and will definitely be back. Very easy to book and check in/check out. This cabin had everything we needed to feel at home. Grocery stores nearby and easy access to Great Smoky Mountains park. I only wish our stay here was longer!

The resort is in the mountains, a few minutes from Dollywood. It's clean and rustic but elegant - think Dolly Parton's style and touch. It's family oriented so it's cozy, not really flashy. I bet during the holidays (now) placed is decked out. Kudos to the staff. From checking in, to dining all the way the family activities (smores), everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely warm making people feel welcome. Service wasn't feigned or scripted - it was real and even when it was busy, the staff took care of business. Room was comfortable and clean. Not extravagant - think Southern charm. Bathroom wasn't cramped, water pressure good and temperature nice and hot. Quiet (we had a corner room) and we couldn't hear anything. Not even when neighbors opening or closing their door. Even had a workspace if you were working while you were supposed to be on vacation. Amenities included shuttle to and from the park. Pool and Spa (didn't partake). Went to the bar/restaurant - see other review and an on site convenience store. Free parking. I'm sure there are more but that's just all that comes to mind because we were for the park. That's also in another review. Anyway - to sum it up, it's not quite a luxury resort - but a place that offers heartfelt comfort wrapped in Southern Hospitality. If you know Dolly's story, it kinda captures her spirit - warm, sincere and touches of joy. It's a definite "yes" if I needed to pick a place to stay when back in that area, even if I weren't going to the park.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort is an extremely family-friendly hotel in Pigeon Forge. From the moment we checked in until we left, we were surrounded by friendly people who made sure my family was comfortable and had lots of fun. This hotel has themed suites for families! We stayed in one of their treehouse suites, which has two sets of themed twin bunk beds, as well as a king-sized bed in the main sleeping area. The twin bunk bed area had night lights and a TV in the treehouse nook. My kids were delighted to find a treasure hunt inside our room: a safe full of goodies that they could only unlock once they found all of the clues around the room. We probably could have spent the whole day just having fun inside Country Cascades, even without the waterpark. Inside the resort, there is a bowling alley, arcade, rock climbing wall, gemstone mining, and a gift shop where you can build your own stuffed animal. Kids' activities happen throughout the day, so there's always something to participate in. Plus, the hotel has its own ice cream parlor, pizza restaurant, candy and popcorn shop, coffee shop and breakfast restaurant. Not to mention the waterpark, when you visit during the summer months. Country Cascades is an all-in-one place to stay and play. Country Cascades has its own breakfast restaurant in-house called Granny Cluckets. There's no menu -- instead, the restaurant serves a "family-style" all-you-care-to-eat breakfast skillet, and the table shares all of the food. You're served a big skillet of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, country potatoes, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. Orange juice, water and coffee are also part of the breakfast. One serving is a lot of food for a family of four, but if you're very hungry, you can ask for more and they will give you more. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning, and we all agreed that it was a good breakfast. The room was very clean, and although they don't do a full room service, they do take out the trash and replace your towels each day without you having to ask. The one thing that was irksome is that the gym in the hotel is just a treadmill, a stationary bike, and a weight machine. It's very small, and also, they don't allow access to the gym until 7 a.m. That's late for a person like me who needs to rise and grind before her family wakes up! Oh well. I made do, but it would have been nice to at least have an elliptical and 24-hour access.

I think the ownership went thru change since we've been coming here but we exclusively and use them at least 3-4 times a year. Their special for last minute trips is incredible. After 20 years, 3-4 times a year (so we've stayed in most of them), each one has always been clean as a whistle. We have figured that we have stayed with them over 60 trips. At least. We've never stayed with anyone else the past 20 years! Our favorite place is at the top of the mountain at the water tower. However three of the four we always stayed at and liked the best, all but one was burned down in the Gatlinburg Fire of 2016. It burned down to their concrete footprint. They finally got one of them rebuilt and just opened back up so we are leaving Friday to go there. It's at the very top of the mountain and you can see for miles and miles. Yet it is only 5 min from the Parkway, behind Dollywood. You would think a cabin on the to of the mountain with its incredible view would be miles from the Parkway but it's only a short 5-8 minutes. I can never praise their staff enough. They are awesome people to work with. Some of our favorite restaurants we never miss are the Applewood for bfast, Guy Fieri's restaurant and arcade ( this is awesome and relatively new and great to go because there is a Crumbl and Ice Cream shop next door that are for that sweet tooth we always seem to get worse up there), Chop House, Cherokee Grill (Gburg), Ogles Farmers Kitchen ( I think this is the name. It right close to going in for Applewood. We've just recently found this and have been multiple times), The Pottery Barn Cafe is usually our first place we hit coming into town. There is also Paula Deens, Chop House, and Johnny Carino's. This is just for starters. Stay here and you won't regret it!!!

Got there around 10:00 and the room was ready. Great! Got to room and it was pretty small and filthy (table had crumbs/sticky, not vacuumed etc). Went back to the front desk and she offered to switch to same room for no charge or upgrade to a slightly bigger room for $20/night. We opted for that option since as a family of four, more space is worth the cost for us. We got to that room and again, not the cleanest and there was pubic hairs on the bathroom floor which basically sealed the deal mentally nothing good would happen. Because this was a timeshare offer we called them and finally after we left and had lunch they just put us in another room. They did refund the $60 and gave us three breakfast vouchers for each day but even this room was not clean to what "Hilton" standards should be even though the manager walked through the room personally. In the end, this made it very easy to say no to the timeshare presentation as their excuse was Hilton bought the property just a year ago so they aren't all up to standard yet. The lobby was beautiful, the pool area looked nice but my kids said the water was freezing. I would never pay for the $17 dollar breakfast as it's basically the same free stuff you get at every other hot continental breakfast. Basically, you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Caveat - always purchase on the Secondary Market; presentations are ok to achieve lay of the land, but Never purchase from a developer. We wisely purchased our first vacation club in 1972, and have enjoyed the annual luxury travel every years since. Sales people will argue the benefit of timeshare exchanges - Interval International is superior to RCI; however, these exchange clubs always involve extra fees. Interval International has taken us to nearly all Marriott Vacation Club properties in the US, and we have exchanged abroad. Marriott Bonvoy is excellent for overseas hotel stays. Caveat: Always purchase in desirable locations that one will visit annually. We currently own four Atlantic Ocean Front Marriott Vacation Club properties and two Mountain properties. And this ownership leaves plenty of spring and fall time for 3-4 weeks of international travel. We always visit Smokies in spring; fall is delightful, but way too many leaf peepers. In 2025, Tree Tops improvements include new carpet and furniture, all important WIFI is now up-to-date, and TV service - Spectrum is great improved. Our Saturday check-in follows in-town dining and includes a pool and hot tub visit. Mountains or beach? Not applicable for us, we do both....

Great service and misleading sales presentation…read more The resort and resort staff were excellent. During our last day there we had a sales lady come to our room and tried to arrange a sales meeting to get our of our Bluegreen contract. She said that getting out of that contract would be no problem. We bought based on this promise and still trying to get out of our Bluegreen contract. Be very leery of buying from this firm.
