I saw the piercer remove the jewelry directly from the bag, and from my viewpoint, it did not appear that it was rinsed or sanitized in any way before being used If the business is certain that their sanitizing procedures were followed and are confident that the cameras would show this during both my friends & my jewelry change, we request that they share the footage with us. If the video clearly demonstrates that we are more than happy to take down or update our reviews. Lastly as of today my friend has a small bump on her nose at the site of the piercing which is why we felt it was impotent to speak up about our experience.

She was very calm, gentle, and he was easily bribed into watching the iPad the whole time. They have several there for the children to use. They also have small children seats with seatbelts, and they give prizes and lollipops at the end. My only qualm is that the booking system is kind of wonky, it's hard to change appointments or know which hairdresser you're getting if you're booking an advance. I think if you just book a same-day appointment, it is much easier.

I booked an appointment online and hoped for the best, and we were not disappointed. Our son was a bit shaggy, but we wanted to keep his length because we like that look on him. The stylist listened and gave us the exact haircut we were looking for. We didn't get the stylist's name, but she had straight, dark hair and was so good with our little guy. Very clean atmosphere and the staff were super welcoming. Trevor was my piercer and was super kind. He picked the placement of my double flat piercing and made me feel comfortable to give feedback until I found a placement I enjoyed. He told me exactly what was happening during the piercing and I found it virtually painless (maybe 0.5-1 second of pain for the initial piercing). Highly recommend.

They reassured me that all the piercers were well-equipped to help kids (and anyone) through their nerves, and he was 100% correct. When I said I was planning to get my nose pierced in solidarity and to ease her nerves, they counseled me to do her piercing first, because sometimes seeing the process can add to nerves rather than ease them. Appointments were easy to schedule online, and we booked with Dee, who was fantastic. Very calm and patient, explained everything she was going to do and talked us through it as she went, helped us to breathe through our anxiety, and then it was over. So fast, just a second of discomfort, and my daughter is thrilled with her new earrings.

He initially said that he would be in by 2, but didn't end up coming in until 4-so we went to a cafe to kill some time. I got both my helixes pierced, the piercer did tell me that I could change out my piercings after a month, but uh they were still really fresh and I had to go to another place to have them reinserted. The place I went to advised that I actually wait 8-9 months before attempting to change my helix piercings. Tattoo Zone is fairly small, sharing the space with 1-2 tattooists.
