I think Gary is the rude one. Who answers the phone. And shows up to release the vehicles. If only Mark could be the one who answers and deals with everyone then everything would be great! But even with the cops towing it, it shouldn't have been $400 plus. From what the state says. Idk!? On the first day of pick up less than 12 hours later it's already $400. Holy cow! Each time I've gone I've had to sit and wait at the gate until Gary shows up. I didn't get any paperwork. No detailed receipt. Just the amount shown.
