Eat a lot!

I would definitely recommend coming here on a weekday mid-day if you want to avoid a full restaurant and loud music - because this place was packed full on a Saturday night - definitely made me feel uneasy during these pandemic restrictions. However, all the staff wore masks and there was plexiglass around but definitely a bumping vibe on the weekend. Reservations are definitely a suggestion on my behalf if you want to get in timely, I've seen line-up outside as well - especially during their opening weeks. I'll focus our more tame weekday happy hour experience versus our Saturday night adventure (which was my birthday, and they were sweet and signed a birthday card for me but the main food took 40 minutes to come out). Happy Hour had a good selection of food choices. We tried the Warm Spinach & Three Cheese Dip - AMAZING and MUST-TRY! It was cheesy, creamy and the crusty, buttered bread was a perfect couple with the warm dip. It was so delicious but very filling - a great sharing plate! We also tried the Calamari, a smaller portion than I thought but it was crispy, fresh and not overly oily. A nice mixture of squid and veggies. The chipotle aioli was creamy and had a nice kick of heat. The Bigger Better Burger with Fries was a good deal with Happy Hour. A traditional burger with a juicy beef patty and fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions all surrounded by a toasted brioche bun. I don't know of this was intentional, but the first time I had this burger here there was still a little pink in the middle, so the next time I ordered it, I asked for well-done to ensure it was fine for my pregnant-self. The fries were crispy and good. My husband had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl - a nice combination of fresh, soy marinated ahi tuna, avocado, cucumber, radish, mango, macadamia nuts all on top of jasmine rice. Service was always really nice and during the day, we loved all the natural light shining in through the skylights that highlighted the greenery inside. There is a heated patio area outside as well. Plenty of free parking. It's a great addition to South Surrey, with good food, service and Happy Hour deals.

I wouldn't expect to receive this from any restaurant

The staff is very kind and on top of things! They'll make you feel at home. I ordered the Ham and cheese panini- The ham was AMAZING! We couldn't believe it was just ham, the smoke was perfect. Juicy and fresh tomatoes and fresh, dressed greens. I loved the mustard and paprika aioli- great combination, so flavorful and creative. The ciabatta bread was light, fresh and soft! I don't always love ciabatta but I think I've been made a believer. My husband had the Motown Philly. Delicious, huge portion. Tons of flavorful meat, cheese and onions and peppers, with great seasoning and care, and tender steak. The garlic aoili was a great addition to bring it all together. 10/10 some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I will 100% make this a stop anytime we are in the area, and I highly recommend a stop in or grabbing something to go!

We ordered a Dirty Chai, the Cold Queen from their seasonal menu, and split a Vegetarian Sandwich plus an Espresso Banana Bread. For two people sharing food and grabbing drinks, coming in under $40 felt like a total win. I love that their sandwiches are made fresh and fully customizable--your choice of bread, toppings, sauce, the whole deal. But the Espresso Banana Bread? Listen. Moist, rich, espresso‑kissed goodness. We tried to share politely... but both of us were definitely eyeing that last bite. The drinks were equally impressive--the Dirty Chai was creamy, spicy, and had just enough espresso kick to wake up my soul. Now, the decor is an experience all its own. They really stick to their gothic brand identity--right down to the menu. Think haunted country manor meets cool indie cafe. Dark walls, dramatic pieces, and yes... upstairs there's an actual table made from a coffin. It's a whole vibe. That said, I'm not sure eating a sandwich under an animal skull is quite for me. But the food and drinks were stellar enough that I'd absolutely come back--maybe just grab my goodies to go next time. The staff were incredibly friendly, and although the space is small (warehouse‑style with a couple tables and some bar seating), it has charm. Final verdict: Delicious drinks, great prices, unforgettable decor--worth the visit, even if you're taking your snack back to the land of the living.

Easy to find, lots of parking. As we entered the place, we were quick to learn this place was unique. The decor is very cool. The people are super friendly, goth would be appropriate. They definitely are tuned for take away but have seating for about a dozen or so. We shared a Glutton sandwich (not gluten free) Very fresh, big and enough for the 2 of us. They have soups to go, fresh pastries. Just go there
