If I could I would give 6 stars for this place. Huge collection of accessories and the price is very affordable. The quality might not be consistent (some pieces have damage) but if you have some patience you can score some really cool pieces for very less. I got some very colorful blingy cocktail rings ($4 - $6) and a few necklace set (with earrings) for less than $5 each. I always visit this shop whenever I visit NY. I have been a client of Earring plaza since 1994, when the earrings were $1.25. The staff was all ways courtesy and humble and kind and a smile on their faces and that was all ways very comforting and nice to have around you and always helpful and wanting to be helpful in anyway they could and can be to each and every customer who came to visit and shop in their store it was nice and pleasant to visit. They made it that way.. I love them for me I consider them my other shopping family. The store is huge and I love it!!!!. Everything is neat tidy and in it's place and arrangements are perfect.. it's easy to shop and navigate inside when you enter. They had everything, they still do but some things they can not get anymore like before. The experience going their is wonderful and I appreciate all of them and it makes me very happy.. I go every year for my Birthday to purchase a crown, jewelry sets, or create my own jewelry sets, rhinestone fancy beautiful evening party bags, brooches, beautiful matching scarves, rhinestone jewelry hair clips, matching beautiful designer rhinestone cocktail rings.. awesome!!!!.. Wow - 2 floors of all sorts of low-med grade jewelry. My advice - go here prior to shopping with street vendors or on Canal St. (Chinatown). A lot of the same stuff in here, I saw marked up on the street. They also see boxes and holders for you to set up your own street table stand so I imagine this is where quite a few vendors get their wares! They also offer low price smoking accessories, hair accessories, reading glasses, glasses cases and pill boxes. The store doesn't look to large but wait until you visit the upstairs! So much jewelry!! So much that it is almost overwhelming. I love these kind of places for trendy inexpensive jewelry and accessories. On this trip I left with a bunch of necklaces and earrings, a few fashion scarves and a purse hook which only cost about $30 total! This place is great! It's a whole sale jewelry store, where you can also buy pieces individually (but at whole sale prices!!!!). Everything is super cheap, and though most things will break in a year, they are fun fashionable pieces that will dress up any outfit (and for $5.00, who cares if it lasts, right?!). Most of the earrings at the store are $3.25, bracelets are $3 to $5.00, rings are $3 to $5 and necklaces $5 to $10. Most of the jewelry is styled after trendy pieces and the selection ranges greatly. I have brought different groups of girls there and everyone always walks out with something! Last time I went in there, there was a lot of rhinestones and lighting bolt shaped jewelry. I got a super cute turtle cocktail ring and giant gold heart earrings. I have been going to Earrings Plaza for more than 4 years. Their prices are still pretty cheap but lately I've noticed that they've gone up enough to make it less of a bargain. Especially since a few blocks down there are other cheap earrings spots with mostly the same stuff. Also, much of the jewelry on sale there seems to be mostly rhinestones; almost bridesmaid-like. Forever 21 and H&M seem to have much more modern and fashionable accessories for better prices. This is definitely the spot for wedding jewelry but I find less and less that I like each time I visit. I do like their little extras upstairs (scarves, wraps, earring holders, gift boxes, way off brand makeup, stocking stuffers and jewelry sets) and that's why I'll keep coming back, but the earrings they have just aren't doing it for me anymore. read more

A pretty giant collection of really cheap jewelry! There are bangles, necklaces, earrings, cuff links, rings, scarves, and even some nail polish in the back. The Place is good no doubt for the prices and the stuff. There is a lot of choice too.... The one bad thing about this place is the shop-crew is pretty rude and snobbish. They are very curt and have a feeling that no matter how they behave they will have customers. With an attitude like that over time they will loose customers. Great place for inexpensive costume jewelry. It is quite overwhelming with 2 floors to boot! The staff is not friendly at all. They won't let you try anything on!!! Not even a bracelet!! I can't buy a ring without trying it on. Bad business practice. They are standing over you like hawks, so it's not like you could steal anything. Good grief. I really appreciate all the reviews that everyone places on Yelp. They have helped me a lot so I'm going to make sure I take the time to add mine to help others. I went to Earring plaza yesterday because of all the reviews placed on Yelp. It was the best place to shop for the cheapest earrings. I went a few other places as I was on my way there. Beware no strollers are allowed here and many other places so leave the kids at home if you want to take your time. I purchased a pair of earrings for $5 and found the exact same pair in another store only a few blocks away at Meae Bang on 6th Ave and 37th Street for $28 dollars with a promotion of 50% off to entice customers into thinking they were getting a deal. They obviously buy from the same provider. Do not go to MEAE BANG to the two stores next to it...they are rip offs!!! I would also warn most of these places will not have a friendly return policy, As soon as you pay it's yours. So be sure of what you buy. To summarize, great place for lots of choice of cheap earrings which are sold for a lot more in other places. I will add that you get what you pay for so don't expect gold/silver plated long lasting stuff. It's only costume jewelry. Happy shopping. read more

Earrings Plaza is a bargain hunter's paradise for a large selection of trendy costume jewelry for very low prices. Most earrings average between $2.25-4.50 per pair and they have a large selection of statement necklaces (between $4-6 on up), bracelets, rings, and non-jewelry items such a keychains, purse charms, headbands, purses, and pill boxes. A lot of the pieces are similar to what you would find in a store like H&M or Forever 21, but the advantage here is the huge selection plus interesting quirky pieces from around the world, such Indian-style gold bracelets and earrings. Please note this is NOT the place for someone looking for jewelry built to last a lifetime. You are getting what you pay for and most pieces are fun and fashionable but not made out of the highest quality fittings, findings, etc. Expect to buy a few pieces and then return the next season to restock when something inevitably falls apart. A great place to while away an hour looking for a diamond in the rough. There are lots of similar shops close by so well worth the trip. I tell everyone visiting NYC to make a detour here. This is a long overdue review of this store! A few years ago I'll say in 2014, I came across this store. I was planning a henna party for my wedding and needed cute favors for my guests. This store supplied me with so many cute bangle sets.... and they were $1 each!!!! The sets came in 4-5 bangles and they ranged from different colors to solid colors which I was looking for to give away to the girls.
