Ordered chocolates on February 4th of this year and paid for expedited shipping as well. $55 for the chocolates and $25 for shipping. We never received the chocolates and e-mailed Earth & Sky three times. No reply. What kind of company steals money from customers who just wanted chocolates on time for Valentine's Day?

I had a great experience with this chocolate shop last year and was thinking of making this my annual tradition but this year's experience has been terrible! Their website advised to place your orders before February 7th to receive your chocolates by Valentine's Day. My order was placed February 3rd, they took my money and here it is, Valentine's Day with no chocolates, no update and no returned phone calls. This will be my last time ordering from this company.

Wow! The attention to detail on these little chocolates was outstanding! The colors just popped on all of them. Usually when food looks so beautiful the taste can't compete. Not with these! I was shocked, no words to describe how delectable and flavor filled. Along with being so captivating. I was torn between eating them or just admiring their beauty. Bananas foster was so good, it tasted just like a real bananas foster. All of them were to die for. Everyone should check this place out. Each chocolate is worth every penny. I couldn't believe how small the place was. It was a little tricky to find in the sugar train but we were on a mission. I had looked this place up on yelp and had to find it. So SO glad I did!

While in town with friends, we happened upon this lovely chocolate/wine shop on First Ave in downtown Napa. Attractive, delicate, abstract colored bite sized chocolates almost too pretty to eat were shockingly delicious! Great balance of a thin chocolate casing and gentle bright flavors. We ended up visiting again prior to our flight so we could pack a 16pc mixed box to take home. Thank goodness they offer shipping of these special treats as we'll be sure to be ordering more soon.

Super yummy AND pretty. Seriously tastes better than sees. Good for anniversary or birthdays!!

After initial issue with getting my order, owner reached out and made everything right. Received order promptly and chocolates exceeded expectations. Well worth the wait. Per my wife, "I can't believe how amazing each individual chocolate is! The flavors are spot on. I think my favorite has been Bananas Foster."

I'm very particular about my chocolate too. I pretty much break down my chocolate into two categories: 1. Regular Chocolate - Hershey's, Lindt, See's, Cadbury, etc. 2. Chocolate Chocolate - Godiva, Ethel M Chocolates, and all other "premium" chocolates that are not as well known. I have to say that I'm not a fan of fudge. I saw the sample table (at V. Sattui Winery) and I actually passed it up initially, because I saw that it was fudge. I was standing near the table waiting for my BF to pick out cold beverages, when I decided to go ahead and try a small piece since I was just standing there anyway. OMG . . . It was good! It had an absolutely delicious flavor and it was so smooth. I prodded my BF to try a piece, and he loved it too! There was no hesitation on my end. I grabbed two 8oz bars of it (Chocolate Fudge Truffle), and left for the register. My friend was somewhat surprised that I purchased two of them for $11.99 each, but my BF justified my purchasing choice by commenting, "She really loves her chocolate, so when Roselina says it's good I trust her". My friend understood why I bought it when she and her husband tried a piece. They were amazed at how good it was, because they also hate fudge. Thank you Chocolate Gods for watching over me! :)

Gary, the master Fudgemaker, was there giving out free samples. When I enquired with the server about the choclate tasting, she sent me to Gary. I told him about the yelp review and he gave me several samples to try with the wine. Napa Valley Fudge Company is a separate company but they sell their Fudge inside the V Sattui Market. Gary is friendly, personable, and quite skilled at making his desserts. I ended up bringing home a pound of his fudge both because it tasted good but also because it matches with the wines so well. It doesn't hurt that he gave out free sample to the customers there. In addition, just the fact that the guy is hardworking and makes a great product is a wonderful reason to try the fudge. So whether you go to his store or find yourself at the Winery, your swee tooth will thank you! :-)

They also have a great deli, salad bar, and their Mexican bread is definitely a standout. There's a nice variety of options, and I love that this store is right in the heart of Calistoga. The only downside is the parking lot is a little small -- think along the lines of a Trader Joe's parking situation -- but don't let that stop you from visiting. This tour took you into the bowels of the castle where you got to see where they stored the wine and places where the wine was made.
