The place just gives you a good vibe when you enter in and see what they sell. It is very open and very bright that it makes you want to keep looking what else they got. Although it's smaller shop compare to Sephora or other brand store, but it makes a great impact. The lady was very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed, plus a free sample . This was my favorite scent and decided to purchase a sample. There were also hand soaps, oils, hand creams, candles, and lotions. I tried out a few of the lotion samples and decided to also bring home a bottle of the orange. The price is on the higher end, however with the selections of the scents, it was worth it. It came with loose bottle cap and also the scent faded so fast, like within an hour. Reached out to customer service via email. Took days to get a response but they did the right thing and sent me a replacement bottle (without personalization for reason I do not know) right away. I appreciate the quick action once they got my email. Christian, the Concierge, delivered and was super helpful! He thanked me for my patience or apologized for the delay (can't remember exactly but he did address the delay).

I don't think this is necessary the store's fault but they should account for situations like this right? Not really to this Asian store no. Took this product back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange, was told blatantly by a male staff there that "the terms are written clearly on the recipe, you open it you can't return/exchange". Well, how would I know if your products are potentially flawed/expired/harmful to the human bodies, if I don't ever use it in the first place? What kind of logic is that? I can toss away 15 bucks to the trash sure that's fine, but rest assured that I will let everyone know how horribly you treat your customers. Do not buy from this store.

What I purchased was a body spray from the Phlur brand. This particular brand produces a wide variety of body mists. The particular variety that I tried was what is called the Mood Ring. And it's a very appropriate name for the wide ranges or dimensions if you will on the fragrance I had with this particular item. It had floral, fruity (perhaps) and a pleasant earthiness to it . To tell you the truth I didn't know what I thought about at first as I was getting accustomed to the fragrance. But in the end I liked it and the complexity that was involved with this body spray. In a way I kind of felt a little like a hippie with this scent...which comes full circle again to the name...Mood Ring.

Terre D'Hermes is the name of the brand of the deodorant I purchased. It's a bit more expensive than what I am used to paying but this made all the more fun and enjoyable trying out something new. The deodorant rolls on so amazingly soft. It is just so silky while applying it. And the fragrance is nice and musky. If a guy just wants a hint of cologne and nothing too strong then just applying this would be all that you would need. Of course this product comes from France... still holding down as being the perfume capital of the world it's no wonder why this deodorant is so amazing.
