I love all the clients and the sense of community. The studio itself is adorable- it is bright, sunny, and puts you instantly in a good mood. All their equipment is clean and up to date. They provide everything you need for class. My favorite thing about Shine is the "move to the beat" theme they have in every class. Music always motivates me to work out harder, so this is something I appreciate immensely. I also love their pillars of working out for yourself and for no one else. I found the room to be a little bit chilly so perhaps layer a sweatshirt on top of your regular yoga longer sleeved/pants look. All props are available without charge. There were mats available as well and I believe they were without charge, but I'm not sure. Gender neutral restroom was super clean and had flowers in it! Slow moving and restorative yoga class made my heart relax and my breath slow down. This is not a sweaty energetic, hot yoga, but instead a tranquil and relaxing experience to put you back in connection with your heart. My class with Christina left me feeling lighter in spirit. First class is free, but I didn't know that and signed up on ClassPass. TL/dr: sweet, tranquil, locals vibing yoga studio
