Not only are their facilities clean and teachers kind, there is also cold towels for you to cool down after classes, and a coffee bar to start your day. My only request, the eucalyptus towels are sometimes too much for those of us with sensitive skin. One of my favorite Y6 locations. I appreciate the large parking lot and the fact that it is close to a Whole Foods and The Boy & the Bear. One of my favorite classes here is their Monday night power flow. I enjoyed exploring new poses that I had not seen before in other classes. They have a good selection of class types during different hours to accommodate most people's schedules. I also enjoy the complimentary wet towels that come with essential oils. Such a need after a hot yoga class. Classes are usually filled to a reasonable capacity and I have never had an issue with bumping into any neighbors. LOVE, love, love this studio My first Hot Yoga session, Sculpt Monday's 5:30 w/ Becca, I was flopping like a fish. Thought I'd never go back. They had a generous special for RB teachers. I have been going this studio for almost 1 1/2 years and I love that it is soo close to my house and plenty of parking! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming and great at making you feel comfortable. They have small towels and nice cold clothes to cool off after the class. I regularly take Slow Flow, Signature Hot , and Power Flow classes and all the teachers are very well trained and confident in the classes. A few things I would like to be different was to allow clients who have the 8 class monthly pass to have unused classes to flow into the next month. And I would like the yoga moves in each class to be changed up maybe every couple of months for more variety and to try new poses. Otherwise things are great! I've been coming here for a few years now and their hospitality is hard to compare. Everyone who welcomes you is super nice but Erica is someone that has gone above and beyond in helping me answer questions, checking in and sharing great info, and always has a bright warm smile. Sometimes a yoga studio is more than just doing your one hour of me time. I want to feel good from the moment I'm entering and exiting the studio. And that plaza has it all. Great location and easy parking. It does not have showers but for me I generally don't use gym showers unless I have to. And it's a small studio so the class offerings are limited as in they don't have all day back to back classes. But the instructors are all great, great energy. Studio and equipment is super clean and up to date. Kalina and Becca are intense and fun, love them! read more

YogaSix is one of the best yoga studios in town. They have a variety of classes and instructors suitable for people at all levels of their practice. I have taken the Slow Flow, Power Flow and Signature hot classes and I really enjoy them all. I started taking classes twice a week and I really enjoy having yoga as part of my weekly routine. In the last 6 months I've taken maybe 20-30 classes here and I have not one complaint - only good things to say about this studio and instructors. Highly recommend! read more

My experience at Yoga 6 for the one class I took was a very good experience. Everyone (staff as well as other guests) are very kind and welcoming. There is a variety of different classes and schedules and purchasing options that look to accommodate most. With that said, I do not live close enough to the studio to be able to frequent it. So, at this time, I do not know when I will be able to return for a class. I hope to though. They even have a beginners class which I would love to attend for some technique feedback. I thought I would be self conscious as I had never taken a formal yoga class before, but everyone just did their thing and no one cared that I had to modify what I was doing for the level of class I participated in. So... if you are tempted to try yoga, I encourage trying out Yoga 6. you can purchase and sign up for just one class. So that's a nice way of getting introduced to it. I had a very good experience and hope to return someday. read more

I've driven past YogaSix Redondo Beach for years and always told myself I'd come back to yoga. I used to practice regularly before COVID, and I've really felt the difference without it -- especially with Jiujitsu and running. I finally came in using one of their intro specials and took a class with Ann Marie today. Fantastic experience. She's an excellent instructor -- calm, clear, and very in tune with the room...oh music too! The entire studio impressed me: welcoming front desk, spotless facility, great energy, and convenient class times. I left feeling better than I have in a long time. Really glad I made my way back. Highly recommend if you're trying to rebuild mobility, prevent injuries, or just reconnect with yoga. read more

I love this place. The teachers are all fantastic!. They lead wonderfully but understand that your practice is YOUR practice. I started about three years ago during a very rough time in my life and it was the BEST thing I could have done for my mind, body & soul. I highly recommend that you take advantage of any specials they have to try this out. You will not regret it. I love the extra events that they have as well as all the different classes offered. Yogasix is a chain so i have no idea what other studios are like but the redondo location is a great community of people with fantastic instructors and a very friendly and helpful staff!! This place is an absolute gem. The instructors are committed to crafting challenging sequences not for the sake of a "workout"--though for sure the classes can transform your body. Rather, they stay true to yoga's ideals: using the sequences as a means to practice focusing on what matters--breathing through whatever challenges we face. It's clear they care deeply about building a great experience all the while, with perfectly-calibrated soundtracks, and perfectly-framed and unobtrusive prompts, and a few phrases of beautifully-chosen wisdom to open and close the practice. And since the team so clearly cares about building great experiences, I've seen that folks who attend feel connected not just to the practice but to each other. Of course you can come and go without having to speak a word if you wish. But for those who can use a place of real community where you feel like you're among your people--and god knows a lot of us could use that right now--this is that kind of place. read more

This is by far the best Yoga Studio I have been to. When I started a few years ago this studio allowed me to feel comfortable and welcomed. Fast forward to now, I am the strongest and I've ever been with the help of Mar and Sara and other instructors! I cannot recommend the sculpt classes enough, they are difficult, challenging, but also therapeutic. The teachers help guide you and push you with modifications to your athletic ability. I went through two pregnancies continuing this class and never felt like I should stop because I couldn't keep up. In fact, the teachers are so encouraging! Post pregnancy was so difficult but the teachers helped me get through the toughest transitions. Take the classes, the community is truly incredible! read more

Yoga6 is awesome! There a a great variety of different hot yoga classes to choose from, each instructor I've had a class with have all been outstanding! Amy S, Kalina s, Tammi S. To name a few!! The studio is clean and staff are all very friendly & helpful. They also offer some classes that aren't heated for those that prefer it. I highly recommend yoga6 Redondo beach if you're looking for a great studio. Prices are reasonable and I've found a little less than other studios out there. Give it a try!
