    Sunshine Immunity.
    Katy W.

Great drinks but terrible customer service. I always come to an establishment with a 5 star review in mind even when it's basic food & customer service. It was very unwelcoming the moment I walked in, no greeting or smile at all from the workers. I ordered the sunshine immunity. When I got my drink, there was no straws. I looked around to see if I'm supposed to grab a straw at the stand but there wasn't any. I asked the worker and she was looking at her phone and told me to get a straw myself. I told her there wasn't any and you can clearly see that from afar. Her other coworker had to tell her they were out of straws so she finally gets some from the cabinet and gives me a straw. I can't believe how unhelpful they were.. The workers here can be more aware if they weren't too busy playing with their phones. Immunity sunshine $10.95 + tip = $13 (5/5) - this drink was yummy. Very fruity and refreshing with a nice kick of ginger. Not too chunky and was blended nicely cause of the coconut water Customer service (0/5) - Workers don't want to help or talk to you. They just want to be on their phones Overall, this place has great drinks. $13 for a drink with tips would be justifiable but the employees were rude and makes me not want to come back. There's other smoothie options across the street or down the block. Not sure if I was treated differently because of my race or the way I was dressed :(

    vanilla cloud

On a nice weekend morning we look forward to visiting earth bar on chestnut after a workout to re-fuel, and our favorite drink is found in Earth Bar. They only at chestnut st location serve the 'vanilla cloud'- a delightful mix of matcha and pea flower latte to satisfy the sweet tooth and fill up on supplements that are in every drink at earthbar. Can add all the additional good stuff to all their drinks also if desired; they have great smoothies also and tried the smoothie bowl which is loaded with toppings - a little bit on the pricier side for smoothies but hey, its san francisco- everything is pricey here these days. At least with Earthbar you can refuel and feel good knowing it's all good ingredients added in their products

I drank it so fast I didn't have time to take a picture of it

I am so obsessed with the Blueberry Bliss smoothie. I walk one block and I've already finished it. Need everyone to try it. But also maybe not everyone everyone because I need to get it minimum once a week.

Classic açai bowl, more açai than banana & no agave
    Teresa C.

Love it! They are simple and they will modify which is excellent. I go for the standard açai bowl, with more acai than banana in the mix instead of half-and-half banana/Acai & no agave. Big 32 Oz standard size and you can get a one time $5 off getting the app for your purchase.

    Green matcha

I stopped by at lunch to get the green matcha smoothie. It tasted much more like bananas than green matcha but the portion was pretty large for being $9 the service was fast - I was in and out in five minutes. The prepared foods looked pretty bland so I decided to get lunch somewhere else!

Worst customer service. No one else in line. They've been chatting for a good 5 minutes now. Hardly started on the latte.

And it kind of looks like a convenience store from the inside. But if you look deeper into the interior, you'll see an ordering counter and a kitchen. That's because the Twisted Café REALLY is a café. It's open every single day from 7AM - 10PM serving breakfast bagel and croissant sandwiches, breakfast toasts, bowls, pastries, smoothies, specialty sandwiches, teas and coffees. There are racks of potato chips and the like, refrigerated cases with soda, juices, beer, energy drinks, and a few grocery items. There are a few tables and chairs inside and a few outside in the courtyard next to the Infinity hotel. We were two of a dozen relatives staying at Infinity, all in town for a wedding. Our group made quite a few trips into the Twisted Café for snacks , drinks, breakfast, sandwiches, etc. The day of the wedding, we didn't want a big lunch, so my wife and I split a Veggie Delight Sandwich ($14) with Hummus, avocado, provolone cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, everything bagel seeds, tomatoes, and arugula on toasted ciabatta bread. It was really loaded up thick with all of those goodies and was an excellent value for the price, quantity and quality. A bag of chips was $1.99 and a Cappuccino was $5. Pretty reasonable pricing as well. The service was excellent, from the cheerful gent at the morning counter to the smiling young lady at the afternoon counter. There is a big screen TV on their exterior wall facing the courtyard, and we saw a group of soccer fans watching the World Cup! That seemed very appropriate given the "community vibes" we felt at the Twisted Café.

This location is really close to my work, which was great. I stopped by on a Tuesday at 1:30pm and there were only a few customers inside. I like the simple decor and the big menu on the wall, it reminded me of Hawaii. I ordered the original gangster and waited less than 5 minutes before it was ready. The açaí was not too sweet (just how I like it), and I loved all the toppings that came with it such as the granola, banana, blueberry, coconut shavings, and honey. The strawberry was a bit too tart but other than that, everything was great. I think I've found my favorite açai spot in the city. I can't wait to try other flavors next time I stop by.

My best advice is to order in advance because two people hustled with pick up orders, walk ins and online orders. I waited about 25 minutes after adding two custom bowls to the TGTG order that sent me in. Every surface of the small store was immaculate. I looked around and wondered how intense the set up each morning would be, dicing and slicing strawberries, kiwi, mango etc. Palmetto Superfoods is a complex operation and the bowls were (chef's kiss) delicious.

Today there was only one poor person working trying to keep up with a long string of orders. I have never seen the same person here twice, so I imagine there is a lot of turn over. We scheduled the delivery for 9:20 a.m., but by 8:40 a.m. the app showed it had already been delivered. The problem? There was no food at our hotel room. I tried contacting the delivery driver by text, but never received a response. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after leaving a generous tip. We later found out the driver had left the food at the hotel but never told the front desk which room it was for, even though they had all of the delivery information. As a result, our food just sat there until we eventually had to go down and get it ourselves. In the end, I paid for a delivery service that I never actually received. Instead of enjoying the convenience we paid for, we had to track down our own order. Based on this experience, I would not recommend paying for delivery. If you're ordering from this restaurant, save your money and pick it up yourself. I paid for a service, but I did not receive what I paid for. Then to make it worse the breakfast sandwich was just OK. Nothing to write home to mom about. To say the least we will not be ordering her again and would not recommend this restaurant.
