I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away. I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.

There is a meal plan for everyone; even if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. I made a note that I have a seafood allergy and they made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged. The food: The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed the garlic noodles, musubi, toasts, short ribs, and veggies. I personally enjoyed the food so much that I stopped by lunch service. Picked up a Philly Melt, Salmon Soba Noodle Salad, and Vietnamese Coffee cookie. The food was made to order. It was prepared hot and fresh. The salmon had such good flavor. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the dressing for the soba noodles so I didn't get to enjoy it fully. Nonetheless, the Philly Melt was very savory and so good with the grilled onions. She made it a point to tell us they were closing at 7pm and even gave us our food that I ordered 'for here' packed up 'to-go'. The food being packed up wasnt the real issue, but more so her un-friendly attitude when taking our order was what I thought was the issue. Also, as she was bringing in the furniture from outside she must have been eager to get off of work at 7pm sharp because she was hastily moving the tables and chairs in a loud, aggressive manner.
