Service was shit. I go in to order my usual which would be a peanut butter smoothie and I wanted to try the warm oatmeal that's promoted on app and outside of store. I go in a speak to the girl with giving her my number and order. She tells me there is oatmeal in the cold area with blueberries. I informed her that I don't want COLD OATMEAL AND I DONT LIKE BLUEBERRIES. She tells me I can just take them off. Told her again I want warm oatmeal with banana and strawberries. So she place the puts the order in with me giving her a 20.00 dollar bill. She say after opening the register I don't have any dollar bills to give you your change with was 4.00 and some change. So she ends up giving me quarters which was fine since they weren't able to just add the amount as a credit to my account. A few minutes passed and I look and hear a faint voice say Ashley and look to see my order is ready. Ask for a bag and bag my order then leave. Get to my car to eat my oatmeal and THE OATMEAL IS COLD. Like what the HELL !!! Irritated to the highest level of irritation. I go back to see why I was giving COLD OATMEAL. The first thing I say is "I'm confused why" the same girl interrupted me to say to her coworker/manager " we're gonna have a problem " Now I'm even more irritated cause you've labeled me as a "problem " you didn't even allow me to finish saying what I was gonna say and your response was rude and bad customer service. So now I match energy and tell her to step to side and let me talk to your coworker/manager Brian. Brian tells me that they serve cold oatmeal. I let him know that I told her twice that I wanted WARM OATMEAL that's being promoted on the app and outside of the store. But not once did I receive an apologize from her or him for the confusion but he said he would make the order over. But then decided that he wasn't going to make it over and will just give me my money back because I was telling him that she needs to be trained over and her hair needs to be in a ponytail/bun so that it does not get into peoples food or in peoples drinks. read more

Tried the M.R. Bowl today. I think it's fairly priced as a meal replacement bowl that's nutritious and filling. Right proportions of toppings and tasted decent. I already have a favorite açaí bowl so it's usually hard to live up to its expectations in my book but this one was good. The staff here were nice and greeted as soon as entering, and the wait time was not long. Smells like fruit and veggies or similar to what it would smell like when you walk into a Jamba Juice or other juice bars, parking is on a one way street and it's metered. Just left LA and I got the peanut butter banana smoothie...I've been craving it so bad since I left. If you guys are a big fan of Reese's, it tastes like that but with banana. You would think it's too rich or sweet but it's refreshing, surprisingly filling yet light, and just the right kick for when you're craving something healthy & sweet. Also the smoothie isn't icy or chunky with broken fruit pieces. It's super smooth and easy to drink. A major bonus for it having protein powder in there too. Very slow. We walked in Sunday morning around 9:30- we places our order at 9:40 (kiosk is not working) ! It is now 10:05 order is not ready, employees are not communicating, they are chatting next to the sink instead of preparing the order, i had to remind them only then somebody ask the name on the order and started preparing it with a very sour attitude (face). But the whole walk-in, not a single person greeted me, no one explained the menu, I had to actually ask somebody to help me because the big kiosk where you order wasn't taking my card and I was just standing there. I used to not be a fan of smoothies, but Movita completely changed my mind. I've been coming to this location for over two years now and absolutely love their offerings. My go-to favorites are the kombucha on tap, the papaya almond smoothie, and the berry powerful smoothie. I used to work right across the street, so it was super convenient, but now that I've moved a bit farther away, I rely on DoorDash to get my fix. I can definitely drive there but parking can be a headache. Recently, I noticed they added three toasts to their menu, and I decided to try the avocado toast (without feta cheese). It wasn't bad at all, but I did feel there was too much balsamic vinegar--I'd prefer a lighter drizzle for a better balance of flavors. read more

Updating my review because they really fixed all the issues here. My now husband told me I should come back because he came here with his gym partner and that the store had made improvements. I came in today and was pleasantly surprised. Music wasn't too loud anymore so I was able to do some work on my phone. Still fun and high energy 2000's jams I liked that lol I got an açaí bowl and a ginger shot. They gave me pineapple with the ginger shot which they hadn't gave me before. That was a nice addition. The girl who took my order had short pinkish red hair was very friendly and read back all my modifications back to me. I really appreciated that. Fruit was really fresh on it and the Açaí was a good constituency. They were out of a few snacks I wanted but they were a little packed so I understand. It was around 8:30 when I came in so it was a little busy a lot of online orders but I'm surprised at how fast things came out and how nicely they were prepared considering my last experience. Great smoothie spot! I stopped in to try out the Peanut Butter Banana smoothie, it was actually amazing! I get these at many different smoothie shops, this was by far my favorite. Maybe it's the honey or the protein powder that made the flavor so delicious. The combination was perfect! The employees are very welcoming. The guy who helped us and made the drinks was very polite and efficient at the same time. Definitely a nice vibe. The space kind of hidden in the plaza with the Starbucks and the Jimmy John's. It can be hard to get into the parking lot due to the long lines that form for the Raising Canes and Starbucks drive through, but that comes with the territory. They have a nice little market area as well to buy some quick healthy snacks on the go. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather. Definitely will be returning! read more

My bf and I started to frequent this juice bar and we love it! We have tried several different smoothies, and our favorites are the Mr. Strawberry or the pb banana smoothie. Keep in mind they also have a new cold brew here, which is pretty good too. Service is fast as soon as you order wait time to get your drinks is about 5-8 minutes. It can get busy and there is limited seating inside, so sometimes I just wait outside. The place is clean and smells good as soon as you walk in here. Tip: Movita has a secret menu that no one really knows about just google it and you can find it! They have secret smoothies and also detox smoothies. The store was quite lovely as well as the patio, every store that I've been in is very neat and clean however, this was the first time that I got in Açaí bowl and I really didn't like the flavor or the lack there of the Açaí. I discovered this juice bar not too long ago and I love their smoothies. The Mr. Strawberry has been my go-to favorite. It's really convenient that you are able to customize the smoothies to tailor to your needs and preferences. I usually order ahead as the wait time lasts a while. This review is for their açaí bowls, which I got on pickup. We got the berry bowl and the skinny bowl, both of which were really watery. Taste was good, typical açaí. I put them both in the freezer for the rest of the day and took it out hours later. It froze over, but once thawed was watery around the sides and frozen in the middle. I tried breaking down the middle to mix in with the watery sides, but no luck. It was like eating melted ice cream - gross. Idk what happened with both of these. read more

First, walking in and being greeted by a significantly-cooler-than-outside-temperature was a relief. Ahh! I'd only ever gotten açaí bowls from here previously, so I wasn't familiar with the smoothies. They have a photo menu that shows the fruits/veggies that are in each and the benefits. Today, my roommate and I went on a long, hot hike and upon our return to our apartment, we needed something cold and refreshing. Thankfully we had just received a coupon from Movita in the mail this week for buy one get one 50% off, so we decided to give it a try! We got the fruit max bowls and they were delicious! I have been wanting to try this juice bar for quite some time, was finally in the area and figured I would stop in and show some support. 1 the way the set up is, is not efficient. They have it to where you pick up put the door and order from way in the back. 1 this puts the person making the juices in a position to have to stop and greet their patrons. And 2 it can congest the area by the front door for people walking in. 2. Their customer service needs some serious help. I arrived and stood where I thought would be the ordering. Was never acknowledged by the girl who was juicing after I stood there for quite some time. Finally I asked where to order. I went to the area to order and waited to be greeted. The guy in the puffer jacket just looked at me standing there and back down to what he was doing. Zero "hello!" "I'll be right with you!" Etc. I stood there and waited.. and waited... and waited. Finally I left bc what I believe in is customer service. EVERY guest should be greeted with a hello upon eye contact. No one did that. Everyone should be told "I'll be right with you" if they are busy to at least acknowledge their presence so they feel their money is being spent in the right place. When I left, the I said, "thank you but I'm taking my business else where due to the lack of acknowledgment" her response, "well I am juicing". No sorry. No nothing. As a business owner, especially in todays age where rent is high labor is hard to find and patrons have little time to waste... these key points need to be a must. Dropped by during my lunch break during jury duty. Two police officers were there waiting for their order. They have some tables and chairs outside where you can bring your dog. Just don't leave your dog out there unattended, especially with its leash unattached to anything (Yes...I'm talking about the woman with the little white dog who wandered around while she was in the store). The store was clean. The people were pleasant and fast. They even got my name right. The açai bowl was small but high quality. The fruit was fresh and delicious!
