Couldn't be happier!! Excellent customer service from Hunter, who went above and beyond to help me today! My crystal collection is plentiful yet I find myself browsing here regularly, as they're constantly restocking and introducing new merchandise. Talk about surprise & delight, as I roamed around, I suddenly saw miniature dragon heads and immediately gravitated towards them! Each were in perfect condition -no cracks or chips. When asked if there were any more in back, Hunter checked their system and told me all the colors/crystals they carried. One of which hadn't reached this particular location yet. He cheerfully called each store and had them text pictures of their stock so I could choose the perfect one to add to my collection (I say collection because I bought 4 tonight, lol). Since each one is hand carved and every stone has its variations of colors and patterns, I was torn, and Hunter quickly offered a remedy for my indecision. Gotta love this kind of service!! If I were still hiring, I would definitely snatch him from this store! Can't wait to return next week, when my 5th dragon arrives!!!!! As for their prices, it's higher than some other shops in San Diego but considering their location (prime Little Italy) and higher rents, seems fair. read more

Crystal & spiritual shop on India Street right in the heart of Little Italy. They have several locations through SD and North County. This store is a bit smaller than some of the others. They sell a large variety of crystal tumbles, crystal carvings, angel cards, and other items like crystal jewelry, sage, journals, incense, books, and more. The employees are generally helpful. The quality of crystals are decent but not the best. read more

Poor customer service and bad product sold. Purchased a bracelet for my husband. Three weeks later, the bracelet pull strings unraveled. I did not have my receipt but told them I could pull up my bank statement. (Pull string was not something we could reconstruct). It took us a few weeks to get back to this store, but once we did, we asked if they would be willing to do an exchange or store credit and they said no because it past two weeks and didn't have our receipt. When we came back to pick up the bracelet, we realized that they toyed with it, probably to "fix it" and actually made it worse. Given the type of store this is and the energy it is supposed to be giving off, this was a horrible display of customer service. If you want beautiful crystals in San Diego, integrity in customer service, and good energy accompanying it go visit Pacific Beads of Clairemont instead. Will not be supporting a store that sells poor products and then doesn't take ownership for the quality. read more

This wholesale flower market was such a discouraging experience. All of the flowers were sad and dying and brown and it is pricey for a "wholesale pricing" business. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. The wholesale flower market is great for greens, ribbon, floral accessories, vessels and maybe exotic florals that are pre-ordered, other than it was a bust.

Lately, it feels more like a traditional flower shop these days, aside from the faux flowers and plant section next door. Regardless, I will still stop by every season and hope they bring back all the cute new décor, and unique finds.

They sent the wrong order first of all-then sent a dead depressing lei rather than a the big white orchid and red rose pictured. I can see from the comments above that they have done this same mistake many times. One or two times is reasonable, but to keep repeating that mistake and ruining people's orders by cutting corners and using cheap Flowers as fillers is called a Scam or fraud. Then when I complained they agreed to refund my order. They charged me $124 for dead mini shriveled up roses a shit ton of white carnations that hadn't barely bloomed yet. And brown tipped ugly sad gloomy dead supposed to be white orchids. All the flowers were mini and there was string showing already! The Lei was shoved in a bag in a box wrapped with an ice pack. I had to sadly compost it. It was that sad. After all that. Only gave me a partial refund and won't respond anymore to me. Please Don't give this place anymore chances to screw up and scam you into buying dead flowers with carnations as fillers. (the other pics of them doing the exact same thing to other customers!)
