Though it's a mini this location has 40 local vendors nicely spaced out. It's located at the Mission Valley Mall. When I'm visiting back home (Hawaii) or people are visiting from out of town I usually gift them something from this store. Some of my favorite vendors: Rysng- Stickers, stationary, and Filipino inspired art. This vendor is in the front of the store towards the middle. This vendor also sells items that has San Diego on it such as hats, shirts, bags etc. Naked Beast Snacks- My Mini Schnauzers have been loving all the snacks from here. They also sell cute items for pets. Salt Farm & Proper Tea- I tried several of the loose tea, spices and purchased other items they sell. Staff has been helpful when I'm looking for a certain gift they are able to suggest something. Most items are decently priced for items that are not mass produced. I have been shopping at Kiko + Sven for the past several years. I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Their stock varies over time and you may or may not luck out. All in all, if you are shopping or eating on Adams, go check it out. It's really fun to browse and you may find something you like. The shop is small, very cute, and very well organized. There is a home section and the dog section is in the back. I was very impressed with this shop because the items that they have is pretty much one of a kind. Much of my focus was on the dog section and the quality of the items were amazing. The owner/ staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being over bearing so I was free (actually encouraged) to take my time and explore. Did I mention the prices are very reasonable? With the weekend sale of 50% off I felt like a thief!! It was a wonderful experience from the moment I peeped in and lasted the rest of the night as I admired my amazing finds! They sell way too many things without specializing in any one thing. For example, they have cards, perfume, lotions, I think I saw sunglasses there once, tchotkokes, and then the other side of the shop seems to be more about cooking stuff. I bought a cool set of glasses there when they first opened up, but every time I go in there, nobody helps me, and I feel like I'm intruding. So I've stopped going in. Anyway, my larger original review is NOT for Lewis Fay Home, it was for With Love, which was a completely different and very wonderful shop.
