Really appreciate this, as I didn't want to have to worry about a tire blowing. My brothers took the BMW defensive driving course, but I didn't, because I got my license at 29. Oh well. Anyway, adjusted rating accordingly. Discount Tire got it done. They really are trustworthy and kind, even though someone in the warehouse fouled up. I brought my ancient Mercedes convertible in for an air check before going to Emissions. This is a summer car, and the furthest I've ever driven it is to Frederick. The tires look brand new, no visible tread wear at all. Rubber seems fine. But Josh checked them and said that since they're 10 years old, bad things could happen. So we ordered new tires and set an appointment for Saturday at 10. I arrived at 10:08, and Daniel checked me in. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. My car stayed where it was. Finally, at around 11:40, Cade comes and tells me that the warehouse sent the wrong tires. What?! And they're just finding out after I sat there for 1.5 hours?! I was very unhappy. I had errands and two more appointments. That's an hour and a half that I will never get back. Why didn't they check for the tires when I came in? And why did I wait an hour and a half when my appointment was at 10 am??? Cade said that this is their busy season. They have three 10 am appointments, three at 10:30, three at 11, etc. He said that he would try and have the tires sent over later that day, and would call me. This did not happen. It's Monday, and I do not think that have time to get tires. They'll have to wait until I return. Cade assured me that I would not have to wait at my next appointment, and my tires will be put on immediately, which is very nice, but I doubt that I can find the time today. I also wonder how he can do that, if they're scheduling three appointments every half hour, and it takes about an hour and a half for each car. (EDIT: it does not take that long to put on the tires. That includes waiting time.) The tires were crazy expensive because of the stupid effing tariffs. That just adds insult to injury. I have always liked Discount Tire, and have never gotten tires anywhere else, but this foul-up is unconscionable. I will say that Cade was very apologetic and is doing his best to make it right. I appreciate that, but I did waste time that I couldn't spare. They really should check for the tires when the customer arrives. Not over an hour later. I will update this review when I finally go back for the tires. They may have to hold them for a while. Saturday was Tire Day, today is other things. I hope that they don't accidentally sell them to someone else. I've already paid for them. I certainly hope that a tire doesn't blow, as Josh said it might. The spare is getting replaced too, as it is over 20 years old. Arrrrrggghhh. They did very nicely say that they would try to find a wheel for the spare, which is a full-size tire. I hope that they can. They found a tire to fit my wheel. That works. So now I have five new tires.

The issue lies entirely with the service and the accuracy of the information provided. I was told my brake fluid was low and shown a photo as evidence. When I arrived home and checked my vehicle myself, the brake fluid reservoir was completely full--and the cap had not been put back on at all. This immediately raised serious concerns. The photo they showed me did not match what I observed firsthand. (The photo they claimed was of my vehicle is the one shown in the middle.) Unless brake fluid was removed and then replaced--which would be unacceptable--the image clearly was not of my vehicle. Leaving the brake fluid cap off is not a minor oversight. It is a basic safety issue. When combined with inaccurate documentation and a photo that does not reflect reality, the situation feels extremely untrustworthy. While I was told by the front desk that the technicians are trained, this experience makes that claim difficult to believe. I took before-and-after photos to document the issue. Between the missing cap and the false claim that my brake fluid was low, this felt deceptive and unsafe. I will not be returning. As a woman, I strongly caution others to stay away. This experience felt like an attempt to falsely report an issue in order to take my money.

First time customer…read more I went to a few tire stores to see if I could get a TPMS sensor installed on my Toyota. It is very annoying in that the small screen gets useless as the warning keeps coming on. Anyway, the other stores, even the one I bought the tires from, said they only install on new tires. I stopped by to see what Gills could do. Lucas helped me out and tested all the TPMS and found the one that was bad. They even got me in the shop and out the door in amazing time. After a few blocks of driving, the problem went away. Lucas North is the type of person you want in front of customers. Friendly, no sales pressure or trying to fix other 'problems'. I will be moving my car needs to this local shop. And spread the word to other people that are looking for a service center they can trust.

Brought my vehicle in for misfire in cylinder 1, to have power steering fluid added, tire rotation,…read moreand oil change. I've had to replace ignition coils before, so bought one at local auto parts store to bring in. Dale told me that it is company policy NOT to use customer-provided parts and that he could not use what I provided. I left the new ignition coil in the passenger seat and left my car at Firestone. Rented a car while mine sat to be repaired, which is normal and what I expected. After turning in the rental I arrived at Firestone to pay my bill and retrieve my car. I got in the car, prepared to return my new ignition coil, but it was missing. Quick call to the store revealed the tech removed one of my coils and used a new coil found in the passenger seat, against company policy. The coil was not included in the invoice; they were cryptic about using the part, so I don't know if this is really what happened. Additionally, no steering fluid was added and now cylinder 4 is misfiring. So the main issues with the car still exist, but I don't have the time or money to let them chill with my vehicle for another few days. My trust is gone and Dale did a great job of being unaccountable when I spoke to him. So I'm down a new part and still stuck with the issue. Also out a fresh ~$1300 for that service. She didn't realize the Stanley Hotel was here in Colorado so I took her and her old man up to see it. After that we went through Rocky Mountain National Park before heading back down to Southern Colorado. We stopped for food in Granby and caught a flat. Thought I had a spare bit the car had a donut. Crap. Well, it wasn't ideal but we were mobile again at least, if still 4-5 hours from home. Not half an hour later just past Tabernash, we hit a pothole that BENT THE RIM OF THE DONUT! Called for a tow and was going to Idaho springs to spend the night while he had someone coming to get them to take them back home. I started looking for tire places in Idaho Springs for tomorrow (it was Sunday and sun was going down so NO WAY would anything be open). Imagine my surprise when Pure Mobile Tire showed up as OPEN!!! I thought for sure it had to be wrong but took a chance and called anyway. Sure enough he was open. He asked what kind of tire I needed and I told him. He said he would check to see if he had one and call me back. He called me back a couple of minutes later and said he did! Wish I had called him instead of my insurance roadside assistance! The tow dropped is off in Idaho Springs and I called him again. He showed up 15 minutes later and got us back on the road not long after. $40 for the tire, and $100 for the service call... At almost 11 at night ON A SUNDAY!!! 3AM and we're back home safe after a very eventful day. If not for Pure Mobile Tire I would have been stuck in a hotel tonight while a friend drove for 10+ hours total round trip to pick up my folks and take them back home and get back home himself. Extremely reasonable, knew what he was doing, and quick! He took the tire (the original flat) off the wheel, mounted the replacement, took off the donut and put the real tire back on the car. 10/5 stars!

This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you what's good, not just bad.
