I scheduled a wheel alignment for my Pathfinder online. I took my car in, and about 45 minutes later I saw my car pull out of the bay. I went in the shop to pay, and was told its "No Charge, we didn't do anything. your car was perfectly aligned at factory specs. We wouldn't charge you for something we didn't do". I've been back twice now for my free tire rotation and brake checks. The bill was 0! My alignment is perfect with using these tires for 10,000 miles! . They are so nice here. I had an issue with my warning lights coming on for needing an oil change and mechanical checkup that I had already done. They fixed those for me too! Went on to have snowblower tire beaded. I had already installed tube. Literally a one minute job with tire tools. They said it would be an hour because of the others on front of me. There were employees standing around. How does that make sense to ask me to wait for an hour, when the guy already getting 4 tires installed and balanced has waited for an hour. One hour and one minute doesn't put anybody out. I will keep with discount tire. I went home and installed tge bead in less than 5 minutes. This was my first time using Les Schwab, and I have to admit, I was very impressed with the level of service and price. I had them install a 2" leveling kit to my Ford Truck. I had called ten different places around the Denver area; no one could come close to Les Schwab pricing and the amount of time it took to complete the work. Do NOT book through Isaac or Matt. I worked with both and 3 separate times I confirmed an 8am appointment the following week. One of the calls was solely to make sure that there was nothing else I needed to do to confirm my appointment. When I dropped off my car at 8am, Matt confirmed with me again that they would begin work and it would take less than 2 hours. 3 hours later they said they hadn't started and that they could "try" to get to it in the afternoon, despite taking my keys in the morning and confirming the job would be complete soon. This service center is incredible, and I have to give a massive shout-out to Uriel, who once again provided outstanding service. I still can't believe they swapped out my winter tires for summer ones free of charge. I tried my hardest to give Uriel a $20 tip for saving me from doing the dirty task, and he absolutely refused. You don't see integrity like that in the world anymore. I've been so impressed with this service center that I immediately booked my other vehicle for an oil change the following week, and once again, it was even cheaper than the retail price listed on the website. These guys are really solid engineers, passionate about cars and vehicles in general, and they do a great job. Above all, they are so polite and helpful. It feels like stepping back into the 1960s! I am a multiple-time customer of Les Schwab in Highlands Ranch - we've brought 4 or 5 different cars here over the years. Each time I've gotten amazing service. I've put lift kits on two different 4 Runners, tires on 4 different cars, and they even did struts and shocks on my Subaru when one broke unexpectedly. I've always found them honest, accommodating and great listeners. What is spurring this review is my most recent visit. I have a new to me used Subaru and one of the tires is losing air - I brought it in and the associate Brandon took the tire off, worked on it, put it in the water bath and couldn't find anything wrong with it - he kept at it and still couldn't find anything. He came out and explained it to me, and apologized for there not actually being an issue with the tire. He tightened the valve stem and told me to come back it it kept losing air. No charge. These weren't even tires I bought from them. No questions asked - they are all about great customer service and more importantly, retaining customers. Fantastic customer service! After running over a nail, I needed to have my tire repair (fairly quickly too since I had a dentist appt I was running late to). I had only heard of Lee's and had always assumed they were a more expensive/specialized store. Come to find out they have both economic and high-end tires/wheel options -- sort of the Shane Co. of tires. They had me in and out in no time and at no charge. I have written one other bad review in my life. I ended up winning a small claims judgement against that business. I do not like to do this but... I am a fleet manager of 75 vehicles. That's 300 tires I am responsible for. In other words I am confidant I know and understand tires. I work with another Les Schwab location for those tires weekly and trust them very much. However, the Highlands Ranch location has been a disappointment and I believe, tried to rip me off. I had one tire with a leak at the bead. The tire needed to be removed and the rim scrubbed so the tire could be seated again to eliminate the leak. I was told they could not service the tire and I would need 4 new tires at a cost of approximately $1400. I took the vehicle to a competitor and was charges $25 for them to remove the tire, clean the wheel and reinstall the tire just as it needed. I discussed with them what I was told by Les Schwab, and they said they get a lot of their unhappy customers. The tires are at 6/32nds and 5/32nds respectively. The tires are low profile 22s. I have included pics of the tires. Clearly in good condition with no need of replacement. Be cautious. This location has displayed unethical management and will try to sell you unecassary services and products. I will add, my wife was the one who dropped off the car and felt that she was especially being taken advantage of. read more

They sold me a set of tires with the 50,000 mile warranty that lasted about a year. And one of them even had defective sidewalls. They offered to give me a whole 45 bucks back. Wow! Then tried to sell me a whole set of new tires that were low budget crappy tires for more than what I can get a good pair for somewhere else installed. The service here is gone downhill over the past couple years. I suggest going somewhere else. If you're desperate you will go here. Shop around you can find a better deal with way better customer service and way better warranties and prices. read more

The folks at Les Schwab were amazing. They encouraged me to bring my car in after many other places had told me that that nail puncture in my tire was not fixable. They patched it (no charge), helped me track down the tire (backordered) should I need to replace it down the road, and did it with a high level of professionalism. Danger. Danger. Danger. Avoid this Les Schwab, the worst service I have experienced and Les Schwab corporate or their manager care about there flagrant mistakes. Basic stuff anyone changing a tire would understand. Let's be clear, this used to be my go to tire shop. Last May they replaced tires and repacked our wheel bearings on our RV. We have two trucks and an RV they have worked on repeatedly over the past two years. Until this week they have done an outstanding job. New management is completely changed how they work. They are not experienced enough, proved that today, they will deny and excuse without any semblance of customer service anything they mess up on your RV or car. You never put a jack on the middle of an axle or even deep into an axle. Basic knowledge. Well an untrained Tech had both of my axles jacked up sitting there for 45 mins while the wind rocked it back and fourth. Ariel, not sure who he is but hopefully not a manager, admitted it was "wrong and not how we train our employees". He was the least helpful person. His "help" consisted of him explaining he has a boat and and RV and he wouldn't mind. I let the 25 year old know that's not how things work. He felt that was enough to fix the flagrant, idiotic way his tech did a job he had no business doing. Not one manager checked in on this tech. When I showed them the picture they admit the mistake, Nick the actual manager who looks even younger pretended to "handle" things by doing nothing as well, but looking under the trailer saying it was fine. DO NOT GO HERE. They will mess up your car, RV, or tires. The tech didn't properly torque the vehicle to spec. These are basics on how to work in tires. Nick and Ariel shouldn't be allowed around your car. You've been warned. Talked to corporate and they were rude and flippant too. You would hope a company stands by their work and insures its safety. Especially with the fact your safety depends on their competence. This is not a competent staff any longer. You should not feel safe with this Les Schwab. We've used others for years and they are great. This store you should run from. However I will never use a Les Schwab again after this. You cannot trust they will fix anything they screw up. These pictures are when it was lowered with new tires on. And you can see the bend still. When it was in the air like this I couldn't believe what I was seeing. A tire shop that allows this shouldn't get your business. Anyone is better than this. And they will never apologize or fix their mistakes. So far I have been passed around, dismissed, and charged $416 for two trailer tires that will cost me MUCH more in the end. They sent me a claims sheet and a generic email, now I have to find a machine shop to have it analyzed mechanically and send them the bill. Maybe? Who knows. I have to take my vaca time to find a shop to know how bad it is, where's the compensation for my many wasted hours cleaning up their mess? Had I gone anywhere else I wouldn't be in this situation. So disappointed! Made an oil change appointment for noon. Arrived and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half... seemed excessive, but I know that businesses are a bit strapped these days. I walked to a nearby restaurant where I sat for an hour and 20 minutes. I walked back and saw my car in the same spot I had left it. They hadn't even started the job. Soooo disappointed!! We have used Les Schwab for many years both in Utah and Colorado. So this was a shock!! We took our car in for a tire rotation and the tech came and told us our rear brakes were bad. He got a quote with the parts he said we needed to replace and it stated rotors, pads and calipers. We told them to fix the brakes. I had never heard of calipers going bad so I looked it up online and guess what they rarely do. So we asked what was wrong with the calipers (which was half the total cost of the repair) and we were told nothing was wrong. It was corporate policy to replace that with the pads. I wish I would have known that the parts being replaced were not needed and just a money making scam before I approved the repair. I guess I am just to trusting when someone tells me it's bad I believe them. I will know better next time but it won't be at Les Schwab. After Store replied - I understand what you are trying to sell. My problem is your tech was not upfront with this information allowing me to make the decision on what to repair. Very quick and accommodating! My tire apparently had a leak but didn't know where. They got me in quickly and even called me way before the estimated time they provided. I didn't get the first employee name but spoke with Aaron when picking up the vehicle. He walked me through so many tire options as mine needed replacing quite quickly. The worst costumer service in the game right now. Purchased a lifetime warranty on my tires, just to find out they can't help, fix, or replace any when I actually need it. Alex told us it was due to "policy". Safe to say I'll never be returning for service in the future. Best they could offer me is to knock off 50$ for balancing. Just had a tire repaired here. It was on a tire I didn't purchase from them, but they serviced it for free. They also re-mounted the repaired tire, and put the spare back in place, along with the jack, tire wrench, etc. They reset the TPM as well. Really pleasant experience - highly recommended. read more

A technician inspected my brakes when removing the snow tires. He provided me a detailed quote on work that was needed. They had to order parts so he asked me to bring the vehicle back at a later date. I did so about a week and half later. About an hour after dropping off my car, I received a call from a technician informing me that I needed new rotors which were not on the original quote. I asked why it was not, and he said the technician measured the rotor incorrectly. They needed to be replaced. I asked about the cost and my quote went from $660 to over $1100. I said forget it as I did not believe I should eat the mistake since we had an actual quote after an inspection. He said I had to have the back done because he had already removed the material. In disgust I agreed after asking the cost just for completion of the rear brakes with the new rotors. The new cost was $500+. I told him not to touch the front brakes as I would prefer to go elsewhere. To my astonishment, he called me back within 2.5 minutes (checked the timing on my phone) to say he made a mistake because the tool he was using to measure the rotor was broken. He had remeasured them and discovered they were okay and did not need replacing. He fell back on the original plan/quote of $660. When I picked up the car, I asked the person checking me out what was covered on the warranty as I was concerned that they would not cover the work citing rotor issues. He said not to worry because he checks the measurements of his technicians and my rotors had more material that could be shaved if needed (I'm not sure what that means). I could not help but ask why his technician called me citing the need for new rotors if he checks everyone's work? He became defensive, and I left. I trusted this place for some reason. You can draw your own conclusion, but I can't help but feel they tried to deceive me and double the cost of work selling me what wasn't needed citing safety. read more

They did a great job aligning my car. Whenever I go in to get my tires inflated or checked they do it cheerfully and for free so I always get my new snow tires here. They also provide rides to get back home. The only complaint is that they provide appts but they dont do any good. Its first come first served regardless so dont bother making an appt. read more

When Les Schwab initially opened in here in HR I was instantly intrigued to give them a shot as I had heard the commercials for so many years back in CA when I was a youngster. For the purposes of full disclosure I tend to gravitate towards products or companies that provide or perform quality work. I had been burned too many times when trying to save a buck. Ok back to the review, it's very simple. I showed up first time for tires on my 4Runner, disclosed what I was looking for and why, pretty specific specs. The gentleman I worked with flat told me they wouldn't be the best option and I could save some money elsewhere for the specs I was looking for and still receive quality customer service. Who does that?! Who turns away business when it's in the best interest of their customer? As soon as he explained why, I became a customer for life, he and his manager were more about my overall satisfaction than taking my money. I have since gone to them for brakes on my both my vehicles, leaking shocks on one and all my winterization and rotating needs. BTW way, even though I didn't buy my tires there, they still haven't charged me to rotate. One last item, I recently brought my Yukon in to check rear brakes as they were squeaking - it had been a couple years and thought pads needed changing. After 10 minutes the young man asked me to come out to the bay and he measured the pads in front of me, informing me that they were still good and had plenty left, both rear and front. Then asked if I had time for him to rotate the tires and again, I didn't pay a dime. Les Schwab of HR is in it for the customer not the cash. read more

Adam greeted me at the bay door, checked the pressure (they were pretty low) and filled them up in less than two minutes. I asked if there was a charge and he said no. I woke up Saturday 4/10 with a flat front passenger tire. Low and behold I had run over a screw... perfect! I leased a brand new Toyota Camry in January and used Toyota Care (Included for 2 years on any lease) to start the process to get the tire fixed and without going into detail I was treated very poorly by the dealership and was told they couldn't fit me in until Friday 4/16. I've used Les Schwab for many years and decided on 4/10 I would walk-in on Monday 4/12 without an appointment. Without hesitation they took the keys and said "we'll be able to do that for you today" and within 45 minutes the technician Eddy/Eddie had the tire patched and the car ready to go. To put the cherry on top the manager Patrick didn't charge me for the patch work. I was so surprised by this because I was not only willing to pay but expected to pay. To me, it was better to pay for the help instead of dealing with the dealership for free. I've always recommended Les Schwab and will continue to do so. I am generally a Les Schwab fan. Unfortunately, the customer service at this store does not compare to other stores. I arrived at 8am on the dot. I was happy they were prompt to greet me. After that I went in, got a quote and left expecting new tires. It was a work day and they told me that my car would be done by lunch. I waited all day and no call. I finally called them first around 1pm. They hadn't finished my car and told me it would be done by 2pm. 230 rolled around and no phone call still. I got a ride from a friend and arrived at 3pm. They told me it would be another 45min to an hour. Long story short, I finally left closer to 5pm and drove home stuck in traffic because these guys took forever. Side note. When I was in the store, there were very few customers. The ones that did arrive happened to leave before me. Why are these guys so slow? My faith in Les Schwab is deteriorating.
