I came into Service Street - Highlands Ranch for an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that the display on my dashboard was showing low air in my right-front tire. The sensor was reading 28 psi. While travelling to Yellowstone National Park, this light came on, and I pulled over and checked for a nail (I didn't find any). I stopped at the nearest gas station to check the air in that tire and it was fine. I put a little more air in that tire just to be sure. The gauge read 40 psi+, the dash displayed 28 psi (and did not change). What I realized later was that I put air in a tire that did not need it and overinflated to approximately 40 psi. When I arrived back in town from our vacation, I instructed the technicians to check all the tires and have them all inflated to 35 psi (Per the manufacturer's recommendation). When I picked up my truck, the low tire pressure light was off, but now ALL the tires were reading 46-47 psi! I asked the tech about this and he said, "Yeah, when you brought it in, all of the tires were really low - the highest one had 17 psi. So, I inflated all the tires to 35 psi, as instructed." When asked why the display on my dash said 46 - 47 psi, he shrugged and said something to the effect that sometimes the sensors are off a little. I questioned why they would be "off" by 10+ psi. So, the next day, I took the truck to the Discount Tire next door and had them double-check the air pressure. Just as I suspected, ALL of the tires were OVER-INFLATED to 46 psi! As the tires were being deflated by the technician at Discount Tire, the sensor for the first tire did not match the tire being deflated. According to Google, " TPMS sensors need to be reset (relearned) on GMC trucks after a tire rotation to ensure the vehicle correctly identifies the new location of each tire. This prevents the driver information center from displaying wrong tire pressures for specific positions. The process is often called a "TPMS Relearn." This process was not done at Service Street. If a technician can't do something as simple as inflate a tire to the proper tire pressure, how can they be trusted to do something more technical? This company has lost my business. P.S. I want my money back for the other pre-paid oil changes. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Guys.....what's going on??? Why the excessive staff turnover? Hugely disappointed in getting communication from shop on when car would be ready. "It's not my job" attitude because one of your associates wasn't my service advisor, so if I don't call to inquire on car status then my car would still be sitting at shop while I'm home without a car. For the 2nd time car is returned with soiled / dirty driver seat and inside door panel / armrest. I feel training in customer service is lacking along with taking pride in the work you perform. The issues were fixed (I'm hoping), but vehicle now has a blinking light that wasn't there before. read more

I hate posting rough reviews, however the experience with this branch has been rough. We took our car in for work and it left with other issue we didn't have before. We did a few things, oil, transmission fluid swap and breaks. However they are working diligently to get it handled, so they have that going for them. They have been communicating with us along the way and have owned their mistakes. This wasn't the best experience but it's been adjusted by the way they keep battling to get it right. So I would give it a 2.5 star rating. But we have yet to get our car back so we will see. Update: One month later, our car still has transmission issues and now the only offer they have is $1500 towards the repair . A replacement transmission cost $8000 for a used one or $14,000 for a new one. The vehicle had no transmission issues when it went into Service Street. And now it does. The only one who is decent to work with was Jody even though my wife had to call every couple of days to get some form of communication and updates. We were out of a vehicle for a whole month and the only compensation is and I'm sorry and $1500. NIGHTMARE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! This place definitely gives vibes like the repair shop in The Mask movie. I was told I'd need a new air filter and a brake job. It took them 2.5 hours to do an oil change and replace the air filter. I had recently had my favorite mechanic do my brakes, so I knew that something was off. I felt that I was targeted for my race and gender as they kept coming up with "urgent issues" my vehicle needed. I was scammed through and through. I was repeatedly harassed after completing their internal service review. I was called 8 times and left inappropriate voice mails from this shop. The worst car buying experience I've ever had was with this dealership, Omeara Ford. On October 25, 2025, I went to buy a 2016 Toyota Highlander, but they took advantage of my limited English. They didn't explain some of the insurance and warranties properly, which resulted in my car costing twice the original price. When I got home, I started reviewing the documents using GPT chat and realized everything they had done to me. After that, I wrote a letter to the finance director requesting the cancellation of the insurance and warranties. I sent this letter by email and then by certified mail, but they never had the courtesy to reply. Some time later, the dealership called and said they had a new offer with reduced interest rates, monthly payments, and loan term. I thought it was because of the letter. When I went to the dealership on December 26, 2025, I was outraged to see that the invoice still included the same charges. This led me to ask the finance director about the letter, who told me they had never received it. But since I had proof, I showed him the receipt from the dealership, and he couldn't come up with any other lies. Then I showed him the email, and he turned red, completely bewildered. I started asking for explanations of each document they wanted me to sign and began translating them one by one. When they realized they were having a hard time with me, they asked me to leave the finance director's office, which I did immediately. After that, they took me to another one of their star salesmen--I don't remember his name--who came with the intention of convincing me with lies that I couldn't remove the insurance and the warranty. Specifically, he brazenly told me that I couldn't request the removal of a GAP insurance policy, which was a marking in case the car was stolen. This guy cynically claimed that the car was already... It was flagged and couldn't be done. I had to tell him that they could remove it right there or we could remove it in the lawsuit. Then, rudely, he got up from the table and said he would talk to finance to see what they could do. They left us waiting for more than two hours. When we ran out of patience, we went to finance, and someone there told us that it could be done, that I should sign a document waiving those gaps. I did, and then I asked them to give me the documents I had to sign again, and I started scanning and translating them one by one. This rude guy, who thought he could treat us however he wanted, spoke to me rudely and arrogantly and asked me if I planned to translate everything. I replied that I did. Again, he got up from the table disrespectfully and again spoke rudely to me in his tone and told me to look for him when I was ready. I asked him where, and he didn't answer, gave me a dirty look, and left. Once I signed, I went to the finance department where the person who had told us the gap could be removed told me that everything was already signed. They said they would take it to the finance department and that I would get a copy of everything. After an hour's wait for copies, the finance department arrived and handed me an envelope as if I were their enemy. I checked the documents and, surprise, surprise, the one stating that I was waiving the gap was missing. I complained and they made me wait more than 30 minutes for the copy. In the end, I said goodbye and no one responded. Honestly, I felt very mistreated by the staff of this dealership called Omeara Ford. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEY ARE LIARS AND WHEN THEY SEE THAT YOU KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMED, THEN THEY PROCEED TO TREAT YOU BADLY AND EXTEND THE WAIT TIMES, PROBABLY WAITING FOR YOU TO LAUGH SO THAT THEY CAN WIN WITH THEIR LIES AND MISTREATMENT. read more

Returned today for an inspection for rideshare. As a driver, I'm amazed how often I need to do this... I'm driving a car that I've owned for less than six months, purchased new. I was informed that I needed brake pads and that my front rotors needed to be resurfaced. I knew this was wrong, but decided to get another opinion. The car is a Kia, and it being my first... I figured it was possible that they had sold the car with really cheap pads, and that perhaps I had been driving harder than I thought... however, driving in a "spirited way" is left to my other car, so I was shocked by this news. (I'm around 12k miles in two months.) Second opinion time... took it to a shop that specializes in brakes, had them check. I do not need pads, my rotors do not need to be resurfaced, and the car is... perfectly fine. Shocking, considering past experience with brake shops always results in a "need to resurface rotors" which is expensive, 100% profit and usually... unnecessary. Be careful here. This cost me 1/2 a day in income, and I'm never returning. Professional drivers need trusted partners, and the trust that had been built is gone. By the way, the estimates for the work I didn't need hovered around $1200 after calling several shops. I won't return. read more

Front office staff are very pleasant, but use this business at your peril. They tried to charge me $809 dollars for a door lock actuator, which I sourced online for between 12 and 27 dollars. They charged me thousands for a few superficial jobs on my car, and now, having read their Yelp reviews, and experienced their shady mark-up techniques, I greatly regret ever falling into their clutches. First off the only reason I used this shop was due to the fact they are an in network mechanic for maxcare car max extended warranty. I had a starter go out on my truck which was supposed to be covered under a 250.00 detectable in turn they charged more than that. Needless to say after picking my truck back up I had an exhaust leak which was not there before and yes they had to remove the exhaust manifold to get to the starter. I brought my truck back in to have the leak fixed and they tried telling me that it wasn't their fault. And it is. This place is an absolute joke that should be shut down. I live in a cul de sac with 7 homes and 3 of us have had MAJOR issues with them with in the last 6 months where our cars became undrivable. They constantly lie about major defects in their work. Note the number of poor reviews here where the oil change was done incorrectly, that is exactly what happened to our neighbor weeks ago. Nothing was tightened and there was oil everywhere. Most recently, when we had our brakes done they lost our key lock. When we went back asking for it two months later, realizing it was missing, they claimed it was "under our seat" when we had just had the car cleaned and detailed a couple of days ago, it was not under that seat. They prefer to lie and gaslight people instead of just owning a mistake. Then when they were looking for the missing lock they broke the latch in our hood. We brought it in, they had it for 30 minutes, and when we drove off the hood would not latch. We brought it back an hour later and were told that "sometimes cars just break down." No, the latch on a hood does not just break after being 100% operational 5 minutes prior. This shop is the definition of shady operations, their entire staff lie through their teeth about everything they do. You will never get a straight answer from these people, I highly recommend you avoid at all costs. read more

My wife took her car here a few days ago I've been so mad because this will be the second time I negatively review service street but this time at a second location. Lied about close to 1,000 dollars in fluid exchanges, transmission fluid is bright red, said brake fluid was contaminated, I did a brake flush myself two weeks prior, said power steering fluid was bad and same with air filters. Do they just expect you not to look? On top of that they put all the brake pads back together on the wrong sides and put the caliper back together with one of the bolts loose or just completely missing luckily I caught it same day and took it to a Honda dealership where they actually know what fuck they're doing. They confirmed everything I suspected and I'm lucky as hell I took it straight there they could've done serious damage to the cars braking system and that is no small matter. I called them and they denied taking the car apart when Honda showed in a video how incorrectly everything was put back together citing "we just did an oil change" oh yeah??? Then why THE FUCK did you quote my wife over 1,000 dollars of work if all you did was change the oil? My husband took my car in to get a simple oil change. When he got back to our apartment, he realized there was a trail of oil. He checked under my car and it was dripping oil. He opened the hood and found oil all over the engine. He took it back and waited another 45 minutes for them to fix it. They didn't offer to refund the $45 he paid, but instead gave an explanation that a "kid" had been working on the car before. Maybe he meant a student or a younger person, but anybody working on a car in the shop should be able to perform a simple oil change. He then had to go back home and clean up the parking lot in our apartment complex. The man asked us to write a review (and also to buy five more oil changes). I've taken my 2018 VW Tiguan here twice for an oil change. The first time, I had no issue. The most recent time I came in, I discovered that my car was leaking oil. I had someone look under my car to confirm if my car was actually leaking oil. After that was confirmed, I brought my car to another shop who was actually cheaper than this place was, even after a coupon I used here. The other shop I took my car to kept the crush plug that was causing the leaking, and they said that the plug was cracked, and the only time it could've cracked was during the installation of the plug. Will not be coming back here. This place is also more expensive other shops as well. read more

I called this location when my truck was being towed there so I didn't have an appointment. They called later that evening with the bad news. I needed to fix some stuff that had broken. It cost money to fix it. They fixed it. I'm not an idiot or unknowledgeable about cars. They fixed it correctly. Again I paid more than I wanted to but only because I'd rather my truck would have never broken and I not had that expense. Sh!t happens people. Gets their go ahead to work and Upon work completion or in the middle of that, other things stops working in electronics module or etc in the car. That issue was not there when the car reached their center to be worked on, i.e. only issue#1 was present. Now these guys are saying they did great... and I think they are totally unprofessional as if doing their ??? fix broke something else "at their shop", while the car was being worked on, by them, then they should cover that new issue, whatever happened after their technicians did something to the car. !!!! NOTE: !!!! ========== After they check the car and BEFORE they actually started working on the car, they got the go ahead to work on the issue from us and they did ***NOT*** mention, that there was any issue#2 or #3. Now, after their shit fix work, and pulling a huge bill for first issue and as per them (they are saying) it is the car manufacturer's "faulty part" issue and not their technician or team fault, go figure it out. ***Why all the sudden after their fix work was done to the car for fixing issue#1 generated one more issue. We never had that issue for the last 3 months at all and the new issue, they are trying to shave off on us, was working perfectly fine, the day the car was delivered to their shop/center. If it was an issue when the car reached their shop, then WTF they assessed for fixing the issues in the car before the work started. My vehicle wouldn't start so I pushed it over to these guys and they ran diagnostics on the car. Battery was fine. Alternator is fine technician was fine. The only thing a Failing was the starter which made sense. They were closed on Sundays and they received the car on Saturday so they didn't get to working on it till Monday. I get a call Monday they replace the starter but now they ran another diagnostics test and they're telling me the battery is completely shot. The battery was completely fine when I brought the car to them, they tried to tell me that it would cost me $327 to replace the battery for parts and labor at this point I knew something was sketchy. The battery was fine. The original diagnostics test said the battery was perfectly fine, after arguing with them the manager finally agreed to replace the battery for free, which I am truly grateful for. Whatever technician worked on my car was careless and reckless and even broke a couple plastic pieces that cover the battery! The front desk gentlemen were extremely helpful and very easy to work with. Would of just preferred an apology from the manager instead of him reminding me how much the battery cost as if trying to shame me for a mistake his technicians made. Do not visit this location at all costs. There's a real reason this location is rated two stars. read more

I got a good deal on 5 oil changes so cheated on my normal mechanic. During the tire rotation, a lug bolt was broken, but the mechanic didn't say anything. I have to give Service Street credit, they fixed it when I found it a couple days later. But now my parking brake on that wheel has come apart, for $1000 worth of coming apart. The only thing that could have happened is it was damaged when removing the broken lug bolt. A cheap oil change is not worth this! read more

Friendly front desk staff. Requested service was performed quickly in finding issue and replacing convertible roof wiring. AC diagnostics fee was refunded due to misunderstanding. This was nice. However, prices were found to be higher than their local competition. Several unsolicited repair quotes during the same visit were way higher than competition on Broadway. Most blaring, SS said the replacement of 2 AC metal hoses was needed due to a small hole in each from them rubbing together. They stated that the hoses could not be repaired. Special order from the dealer was needed. ($640 parts $1054 labor). We went elsewhere. In reality, only one of the tubes had worn thru. B-Plus recommended a local shop could fix the metal tubing. Cost $75. Total repair $498. This has destroyed any trust we had in Service Street. read more

I had some repairs done here on my BMW, and they did an excellent job, beyond what I expected. What might have been a routine oil leak repair became tricky - because some doofus who tried to fix the car before I bought it stripped threads in the block - but the Service Street mechanic put a Heli-cool in it to repair the damage properly. Rob manager seems to have this place running well which is good because they are only a mile from my home and it's not easy to find a good repair shop! read more

They contacted me to tell me my engine filter needed to be change. I elected to do so. Appointment was at 4:00. At 5:30 I was still waiting. I talked to the technician and he said all he need was to pop in the filter. I waited another 30 minutes. I checked in at the front desk and guy said they were almost done. I had a feeling, so I asked, if they physically had the new filter or did they have to call to have one delivered from another store. Guy said 'No' they had it. I waited another 25 minutes. It only takes 2 minutes to pop in a new filter. I went to the front desk again, met with annoyance again, and they said they didn't have a filter and waiting for it to be delivered. They could have told me that 45 minutes previously! I needed to get home because now it had been 2 hours. They put old, dirty filter back in and said I'd have to return the next day to get new filter. Being a woman, I felt they treated me like an idiot rather than telling me what was really going on and hoped I'd just sit there quietly and stupidly. They wasted my time and I had to make another trip back to store. read more

I initially went in because my steering makes a weird noise they told me it was because my power steering fluid is dark and burnt so they replaced it for 180 bucks. It did not fix my problem. They then told me to bring it back later for a further diagnostic to try to figure out what's wrong with it I've gotten zero straight answer onto what's wrong with my car. My wife brought our newly purchased used H2 for their oil change package and to repair a minor oil leak. After multiple visits, it's still leaking now more than ever. They told me if I bring it in (for the 4th time) that their lead tech would handle it but I just can't bring myself to waste another day with them. I need it fixed and I need it done right and I just can't trust this place to do anything beyond maintenance. They also did repair a pressurized coolant hose issue and I regret not getting another quote because the repair cost seemed very high. read more
