This is the worst business imaginable. No management and always a shit show; avoid it if you can. There are a few good employees, but the management will simply close lines while staff is standing around picking their noses and customers stand in lines for up to an hour. It is obvious to most that the company just doesn't care if their customers hate them or not. They just don't care. Customer service doesn't exist and they will not respond to emails, or voice mails. They are busy because there isn't another big restaurant supply in the area, but they are hated by most. I dread coming here and avoid it whenever possible. Business does not honor coupons that are clearly posted in front of them & if you don't pay attention they will over charge you, certain price will be listed then will charge you something else. Cashier: Yecenia is very, very rude. Interrupts conversations when no one is talking to her & NO customer service skills. Manager: Jairo does not know how to manage then again look who he hired as a cashier. Went for a price check & seemed like he went to take a walk instead, literally had us waiting for 30 mins for him with no resolution. This is a business where the customer IS NOT right. Ok ,my last trip I was raving about Rosanna , she saw me struggling to pick up my boxes off floor ( long line) and bolted to me and picked them up. Unbeknownst to her , I was about to go into surgery for torn ligament she did this to be kind , we need more Rosanna'a in this world . For some reason my last Yelp did not post i found out today as I am upgrading. Today Joel was feverishly trying to find my favorite fish . He took me to E at the front desk , she saw the system showed 1 case , so off Joel went to see if he could find my fish , sadly no , but that's ok , i will keep checking . I have to say , I work a block and a half from the SJ store , however I prefer this store as the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Good heavens, this place is cavernous! Anyway, if you work in food service, Jetro has everything you could possibly need. They stock so much stuff here it's not even funny. Almost all the Jetro employees I've interacted with have been courteous, helpful, and professional. The exceptions, of course, are the so-called "security guards". They literally do nothing and serve no purpose. The only reason I give Jetro less than five stars is because the lines can get very long here. The checkers do their best to keep things moving, I'll give them that. read more

Staff are rude & slow AF. They always seem understaffed & when youre looking for an item it takes a customer rep 30 minutes just to help! Coming here can be such a hassle due to the amount of time they take to ring you up. Jetro's is the Costco for the restaurant/food service industry. They carry just about everything you need for a convenience store, Chinese restaurant, Mexican taqueria, diner, food cart or even a BBQ service! The wear house is HUGE and I specifically love their walk in refrigerated area where they even provide jackets for you to wear (I would advise against wearing their jackets because they look pretty dirty and I doubt they wash them very often) so bring your own winter jacket as its kept at around 36 degrees. They have a wide variety of meats that are sold in 30-50lb cases. They also have a big selection of to go containers and anything else you can think of. If you are a restaurant/catering owner I would highly suggest coming here. The prices are relatively cheaper than Costco however some items are more expensive. This location offers easy parking and free coffee and tea at the entrance. read more

This is not a grocery store. This is a wholesale business. If you don't have a resale license, they won't let you buy anything. IF you do, it's awesome. They have great pricing, in fact US Foods trucks PICK UP product here and then resell it! The employees are very nice and get to know the regulars. It can get pretty crazy and you may be stuck in line for awhile, but sometimes you can score with no lines. I wish they had an express lane for when you just need a few things.
