As I was concerned about my large dog going up and down laminated stairs, he advised to first install the laminate. If the dog as difficulty come back and purchase a runner for the stairs. He could have immediately played on my concerns and sold me a step runner plus installation. Oh, my dog has not issues with the laminate steps. Now, Paulo and his assistant who installed my laminate was always superior! They made me aware of a few minor defects which I figured would be an issue. They repaired them, for a reasonable fee, which Michael info me about and indicated an estimate in the contract. So, I was not surprised. Anyway, the two men did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough; thereby, leaving nothing to change. They cleaned up after themselves, daily! I can not say enough about how great these two men were in both service and installation. They do floor preparation before the installation, use top notch products and are very accommodating with time. Every time that I've needed to deliver a work ahead of time they've move their schedule to fit me in. Also they're very trustworthy, which is really important, I know I can leave them doing the installation by themselves. They also clean after themselves. I quoted them 1000 square feet, even thought I know it was more like 800. They gave me a price of $400. Then they decided to add an additional man cause they had to move furniture which was clear in my photos which came out to $550. They did not remove the nails from the boarder and didn't clean up after carpet removal. At that point I decided to go with someone else for the flooring there after. I do not recommend this place.
