We tried this pizza place out while we were in town. Worst experience ever. Ordered the pizza at the counter, went and sat down at a table to wait. Almost an hour later, went to the counter and the young man acted like he didn't even remember our order. He checked on it , said they are cutting it now. He brought it out , put it on the table, said sorry about that and walked away. He didn't notice our drinks were empty, didn't offer to get us anymore, no serving spatula to dish up the pizza. Same, same but different. If you've been to the Chesterfield location you'll feel at home here. The space is maybe a bit smaller and they have less counter space and the ovens are in back. Similar decor and service, but we actually got our appetizer before our slices. It remains to be seen if that's a stadtical anomaly or the start of a solid trend. Just drive to the chesterfield location. You'll thank me later. Pizza by the slice takes 27 minutes to come out. If you order 2 slices Pepperoni they will come out looking different. One with seasoning one without. The temperature difference is also notable with one fresh and scalding hot while the other feels like it was on a fridge. Fryer is constantly broke. Never works! Service is mediocre and tables consistently have crumbs on them. If the Pizza is hot, it's great! read more

Pizza was ok but it took an hour to get calzone that was ordered at same time. My boyfriend asked twice where it was and the first time the manager yelled it was burnt. The manager did not apologize or comp for their mistake or time it took. When he got it, the calzone was almost burnt. The pizza is good. Salads that come with meal are so-so. Nothing special about them. Kids meals are a decent deal with large pizza slices. I know they are new but they need to train their help better. They all spend their time away from the counter so if you need help you have to yell for help. They have cameras at the counter so they should know someone is there. Waited quite awhile to purchase a cookie. Dinner for 2 includes a salad for one and / drinks and 2 small kid size scoops if ice cream. But if you order an extra one you will be getting $4 for a mini size scoop. It may have been 4-5 bites of ice cream and it was the purchase one. Maybe it was just the person who helped us but he was clueless and uninformed on how to add or take options off an order. I can not begin to explain how disappointed I am in this restaurant. We placed an online order at 5:36pm for two pizzas, a salad, ravioli, and wings with a projected ready time of 6:10pm. When we were handed our order an entire pizza was missing, we were told that the pizza we had was a pepperoni and that they would expedite the Margherita pizza. We were told it would be seven more minutes to make the pizza and then were told it was handed to another customer. It was another 20 minutes and still without a pizza so we told them to forget it. There were many customers there who seemingly were experiencing the same issue. We were told they kept burning pizzas or giving them to the wrong people. We could clearly see the teenage employees snapchatting in the back, not a hard worker in sight. I was very happy to find out a location was open in O' Fallon, so I stopped by today. I ordered the house salad and most of the lettuce was browning. I also ordered a slice of cheese pizza. That came out lukewarm. The cheese was the same thickness as the crust, which isn't a good thing. The crust was too thick and the glob of cheese made it unappetizing. I left the salad and 60% of the pizza. Sadly, a very disappointing experience. I won't be back. read more
