The ginger pepper steak and its vegetables had a decent flavor but several of the meat pieces seemed to be partially made of what I can only describe as gooey gelatin, independent of the sauce the dish was cooked in. Later on I observed our server helping another server clear a table and our server made a definitive and unmistakable head gesture towards our table.
