Good little hibachi restaurant. This is the perfect pit stop if you want a fast hibachi style meal while near the outlet malls. You'll end up with a heaping pile of meat, rice, and veggies. Consistently delicious and a decent value for the money.

8.5/10 Me and my fiancé had a quick lunch there today and got 4 rolls which was around $56 dollars. Which in my opinion isn't a terrible price nowadays if you want some sushi. We got the super crunchy roll, pigeon forge roll, shrimp tempura and a Philly. All were great, but I definitely recommend the Super crunchy roll!! The place was very clean and well kept. But, it was rather chilly so bring a light jacket if you freeze easy! The service was very nice and really quick, took around 15 minutes for everything to come out and they ask if you would like your sushi to be on a separate plate or all together. I will say the only thing I would like would be more sushi options! Other than that, if you're in the Smokeys for vacation or if you are a resident. This place is a great sushi option if you are feeling it!

It's funny because this place doesn't have a waiter/waitress because it is almost like fast food but it's not fast food? It's like fast hibachi. The food comes on real plates lol. Presentation is on point and the yum yum dipping sauce was great with the meats. We would have come back again if we were in town longer.

Service was very fast and good. I got the teriyaki chicken plate and my husband got the hibachi chicken plate. We wish we had different veggies with the chicken instead of just mushrooms or just broccoli. The sushi my daughter had was great. It was a typical fast food vibe in the dining area but the food was better than fast food! read more

I never really write reviews but this was too good to not. My family and I are staying in Tennessee for a week and we had to come here twice. I've had Hibachi at many of places but this is my favorite. The servers were so nice and sweet. I recommend getting the Hibachi Steak and replace the carrots with broccoli. They cook the broccoli with the steak and it was phenomenal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

It's a fast casual dining experience. Go up to the register and order. They give you the drink glass and you hit the beverage station, take your number and sit it on the table of your choice. They bring the food out to you as well as clear the table after you're done. Open concept kitchen. Prepared, hot and fresh. The teriyaki shrimp and chicken were great. Everything was seasoned up very well. Sushi was quite good as well. I would recommend it to anybody and I would definitely go back. read more

Found this restaurant by accident after leaving a really dirty Chipotle next door. The food here was really high quality and the had great kids meals too. It tasted like a table hibachi restaurant. Survive was great too. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely fantastic!! My husband and I stopped by before heading home from Gatlinburg and it made our night! We both had ginger salads and they were delicious! The ginger dressing paired well with the lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Hubby ordered the Nagano roll and I had the Philly roll and cucumber roll. He loved his roll and said it was very fresh/filling. My rolls were also amazing, crisp, and fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The service was excellent and meticulous! You order/pay up front and then they bring it all out to you. It was wonderful that the server continued to check on us after food was delivered. Superb visit!! Place has a modern feel, clean, and inviting. The plates are plentiful and the steak is cooked to order. The sushi roll was 8 pieces and a very nice presentation. Sushi was very good. The chicken on my wife's plate was a bit dry. Overall the meal was very good. The service was great. If you eat in, they bring your plate(a real one, lol) to your table. We were visiting from Maryland. Stopped for some quick food. Got hibachi chicken.. WORST food we've had in a very long time. Zero seasoning. Zero sauce. Random sliced carrots and mushrooms. They threw raw chicken on the grill and called it hibachi. Fried rice had no flavor. Spring rolls were soggy. 0/10. I don't know how they have good ratings. read more

I didn't have a chance to take a picture but have been really wanting good sushi since coming to Jefferson county. I have tried a couple places around our house and haven't found it. Just beware to watch your ticket ours was done wrong , our cashier was not nice at all. Went as far to tell us she works hard, maybe , maybe not , but if I am paying almost 40.00 for two meals you could be nice , the dinning room lady was awesome. read more

I stopped in because I was craving sushi while on vacation and more than 1/2 the menu consists of sushi. However, when I went to place my order (around 9pm) they said they didn't have any sushi. I thought the sushi line was closed or something but that wasn't the case. The employee advised they hadn't had sushi since 04.2023. I ended up ordering hibachi/soup. Food came out fast hence it's like a fast food hibachi. To the Owner: Please update your menu since there's limited Japanese/Sushi options in the area and it's very misleading. read more

This was a great choice. Thank you Yelp members for your spot-on reviews. I was looking for something healthy and tasty, and this fit the bill perfectly. I had the hibachi shrimp meal and it was delicious. As mentioned by TL, the shrimp were so fresh and tasty! The carrots and broccoli were perfectly prepared as well. Great friendly service. After placing the order at the counter, she brought my food to my table, including silverware wrapped in a little packet . Nice sanitary touch. If you got to a buffet and eat a salad- you got issues I can't fix. The final test: missus says she didn't see red jello. It isn't a real buffet without the red jello. I went looking. Yes- three kinds of jello. How did everything taste? Missus liked it all and really liked the potatoes ( why, just, why.) I thought the place was absolutely terrific. Old and a bit tired but the food was so very good. The service from our waits was good. She would say to people "I see you" and smile as she took the empty plates or refilled glasses. We paid $12.99 per person, plus $3 per person for drinks. With tip is was like $38 ish bucks. I can spend that at Freddy's or Burger King for two people. So- if ya haven't been there, try it. Coming from DC, I expected an Uber would be at the hotel door steps within a few minutes, I was wrong. I was then crushed by the realization that I was wrong, I wasn't gonna make my reservation. I knew that on a week night The Appalachian's kitchen closed at 9. Ride.I called them back to let them know of the situation and expressed my desire to have their Wood Fired Lamb. The Gentleman that answered the phone simply responded "it's going on the grill now, we will see you when you get here. F-ing amazing, turned my stressful and painful day completely around. Uber'ed over, walked into an empty restaurant on a weekday where I would guess dinner customers might have been light and they held the staff for little old me. The Appalachian had just moved to the top of my list for I mean best restaurant I've ever been to in my life. Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

My husband and I ate here this past week while staying in Pigeon Forge and this place is AMAZING!!! I got the hibachi shrimp and chicken and I loved it. The shrimp were a good size unlike what you get at some places and the rice and zucchini and onions were great. They give you a lot of food and it is very reasonably priced.
