They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.

The company I went with called as soon as I posted the question and gave me a price for an inspection which would apply to the treatment IF a treatment was needed. treatment price would depend on what they found during the inspection. When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me.
