Their prices are reasonable, the shop is pretty trendy, sort of industrial. And we always laugh because they don't waste time with a lot of chitchat and small talk. In the case of my son and husband, they absolutely love that they are not pulled into awkward small talk. Don't get me wrong, they are perfectly professional and polite, but it is all business. Then reply to their requested feedback. I'm not sure if it'll make it to anyone's sight, but if you go..::a safe bet is to ask for Mackenzie - or hope you are scheduled with her if you're a walk-in.
