Called them after few minutes their tow truck came and took our car. Happened afternoon so they are almost closing. Next day, Billy called and said whats the problem with our car. It was transmission and a whooping $$$$! The level of communication that the people from Chris was impeccable, they call almost daily to give updates. Fast forward, parts was delayed and we received our car a few days before it turned a month. (Can you imagine how much we paid for rental?!) Anyway, they gave us a very good discount. I can't even put words how everything went. So you imagine the crazy stress we had experienced?! Thankfully Chris Automotive was very reasonable with their prices, staffs were great and our car is back! Will definitely recommend this place!

I made an appointment to have my Explorer looked at while I waited which I thought was fantastic…read morebecause I am limited to people who can drop me off and pick me up When I arrived there 10 minutes early a young woman behind the counter explained it would be $70 plus tax to put the car on the lift Something I had no problem with The next part is where it gets Twilight zonish!! she tells me that I was Going to be dropping off my car which I said no I was going to wait for it Then she starts telling no we spoke yesterday and I told you that we had to change the appointment to drop off instead of waiting , this is where I showed her my phone records from the previous day there was no call from them she kept insisting So I drove 40 minutes to get there and now will drive 40 minutes to get home with nobody to even look at me car and somebody calling me a liar If she would have said we apologize for any mix up which would have been the proper thing to tell a potential customer I would have been fine with that Hey we're all human it happens instead she kept belittling me insisting she spoke to me when she actually never did I guess this incident was a blessing in disguise , right up front this business is showing me that they were not one bit honest and I was lucky to never get involved with this business

He also has people out on the road working for him, driving around preying on innocent individuals who are stuck on the road with broken down cars, referring them to his place. It's incredible that this guy can even sleep well at night but I believe in karma and have had to let it go. I at least want to warn other people of this place as I would have appreciated a heads up...

I find that car clinic is the most honest, clean repair shop, and his well train staff always gives you a thorough explaination of the repairs. I use my vehicles for work and I need them or I'm out of business. He has stayed late or met me early in the morning and has always completed on time. This shouldn't have taken a long time, so I planned for about an hour of my time. This ended up taking nearly 3 hours of my time. The price wasn't too bad for everything we got done, but the time could've been better. There was an understanding that they were short staffed, however when an appointment is made, there shouldn't be such a delay for simple services. The workers were extremely nice, however, and I would recommend them, just carve out a chunk of your day if you're going to wait. They also do not have a bathroom in the shop, so be aware of that too :)

Chuck came out when he said he would, sent texts so I knew when he was coming, didn't time diagnosing and had it turnover but thought there was a dead spot in the starter. He suggested that since he had it turning over, maybe watch it for a few weeks and then let him know what I wanted to do. I agreed and asked how much since he comes to your house. His answer...nothing. The truck quickly wouldn't start consistently again, so I called him and asked home to do the job. He was there the next day, did the job and the price was under his estimate. The job is guaranteed for 12 months or 12k miles. It's amazing to see an honest, responsive and hardworking mechanic that comes to you!

You walk in and it's a place that you can tell is fueled by oil and hard workers. It's got a softer side with all the grandchildren on his wall and cute little hand drawn drawings with a tv for watching old cartoons.
