I had to bring my dog and cat in for appointments at the same time, and they had two rooms for us. One to have the dog in, and one for the cat. Thank god. It was a wellness checkup for the kitty, Emmy. I was having concerns bout her weight, and how to manage it with another chonky cat at home. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian gave me solid advice I've been using since the appointment and we've found something that's been working. I know my fiancé had brought our dog, Bowie, in for an earlier appointment, in or around Jan/Feb. He didn't like how expensive they were, I'll add that in. I haven't ran into any major differences between here and any other vet. They were super great when I was carrying a cat and holding the dog. They helped me get all my stuff ready, get the prescription ready while I got them in the car. It was a very pleasant experience. This is a very nice vet, it's not super fancy. Has a small town feel, but it's located a little closer to Madison.

She was the only vet that was consistent, professional, knowledgeable and personal, serving both animal and person. She was great. It is with a heavy heart that I sever my ties with them. They have sold out to Encore Vet Corporation and are no longer local or caring. EVC is from New York. If they treat professionals like they did Dr. Larson, they no longer have my trust.

My Boston Terrier suffers from year-round allergies to both environmental and food elements. This was the first vet that suggested an injection instead of a daily pill. Not only was the injection less traumatic than pills for my dog, it was also less expensive. Because we were in here at least every 6 weeks for the allergy injection, we got to meet most of the staff. We were always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness, they seemed genuinely excited to see my dog. The techs and the doctors never rushed us and always took the time to listen to my concerns. They also offered a lot of knowledge along the way. Their prices are very fair and they never charged me for an office visit when we were there solely for an injection. During a yearly examination it was discovered that my little guy had a fractured tooth and would need it pulled. I was overly paranoid about him being put under anesthesia and when I dropped him off for surgery, the staff could tell. They were so incredibly nice and assured me that he would be fine. While he was getting ready for surgery they recommended they pull some other teeth to avoid future issues. They kept me informed before, during and after the procedure and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. When I came to pick him up the staff told me that he got some extra attention during recovery, as they brought him to the front to hang out with them. I can't tell you how much that put my heart at ease. Dr. Leslie performed an at-home euthanasia for our neighbor's dog who had been suffering from cancer. She encouraged our dog, the neighbor dog's buddy, to be there during his last breaths. Everything about this clinic and their staff is wonderful....with one very small exception. There is one woman who answers the phone often and she can come off as quite rude/short. It's a little off-putting when you're not expecting it but easily looked past if you make it into the clinic to meet the rest of the staff. I would, and still do, recommend them to anyone in the area.

They…read moreare incredibly knowledgeable, have state of the art medical facilities, and I think are the best diagnosticians (I've heard this from other local vets too). The staff are friendly and professional. The vets take their time with you and will explain procedures/care as much as you would like. I do all of my routine exams with CCC. As others have mentioned, this very high level of care comes at a price. The CCC is more expensive than other local vets that I've used. It's like taking your Jaguar to a certified Jaguar dealer who works only on Jag's versus taking your precious car to a quick service place with technicians who only see Jag's once in a while. I do take my cats to another vet for some procedures because of cost; I'm not a wealthy man. However if money weren't a notable concern for me, I would use CCC exclusively.

I've learned to never trust how they charge to Care Credit because of the 4 times I've used it, they treated it like a regular charge rather than deferred interest 3 of those times. I scheduled an appointment for Black Friday 3 months prior. They decided to close their office that day. Did I get any notification of it? They have my phone #, my email, and had me download an app for faster communication. They did not notify me at all. When I called, they were completely unapologetic and told me to speak to a manager. I'd love to figure out a way to have my pets go here, but not have to deal with the hassle.
