Then looked up the piece needed and explained how the repair would go. Left the business extremely HAPPY knowing my machine was fixable and fixable easy. Since then, Mulqueen has moved to their present location but no longer sells vacuum cleaners. However they do offer parts from a demo vacuum Miele model, which they are willing to sell. I stopped by and a kind staff lady brought me the part but unfortunately neither of us could easily slide the telescope wand handle. She was honest and said it wasn't worth purchasing. I wouldn't have bought it either and appreciate her transparency. While I was there, I browsed through the sections of the store. I discovered embroidery machines, quilting patterns, supplies and a room full of fabrics for sale. I'm sure this will be a source for goods for patrons of Joanne's Fabric and Craft stores. It is sad that Joanne's is closing 800 locations after filing bankruptcy this past January. If I sewed or did any of the above I would be excited to visit here-but I'm not the sewing type. i even find sewing a missing button on clothing a chore! I've been buying from them for about two years, now, and compared to their competitors, their cabochon and stone quality are higher overall, and their prices are lower overall than anyone out there. Their combined skill (Phil doing most of the cabochon work and Mattie doing most of the jewelry work) brings to the market place, amazing matched set jewelry, pendants, rings, earrings, you name it! They do custom pieces without the "custom price" and the quality is unmatched. This is what America is all about. A couple of talented people who know stones and jewelry, who sell at reasonable prices, with the quality higher than any retail shop out there!
