Gloves for sale in the shop!
    Julie L.

    - Decently cold, no puddles of water but not quite KHS popsicle level chill. - No working snack bar but there is 1 vending machine with hot chocolate or coffee. The other vending machines with snacks and water bottles will take your $ but do not work. - No beer license. - One set of bathrooms located near the exit. - Parking can be crazy and even nuttier during tournaments. Be prepared for a small walk but you can find street parking. - Staff is helpful but they same person could be running the front desk, store, and driving the Zam. Be patient and you'll get the help you need.

My friend had her bday party here so I'm going based on that guys! Saturday night hella busy 2/10 Parking SUCKS!!! 3/10 Customer service, lady in the front gave our party such a hard time. 8/10 our little room was a great size and it was clean ! 8/10 the ice skating rink is a great size even on a busy day. 10/10 there's a disco time so much fun and colorful ! There's lockers available Little benches to take a break on Overall definitely recommend ! Again Parking is terrible. Thank you !

Small parking lot that is difficult to navigate. They play the music so loud that it is blown out and sounds awful. If they would turn the volume and bass down a few notches it would be much better. Overall it is a decent facility, but a few tweaks and it could be much better.

I don't know where to start... Writing a review is the least I can do to return the kindness every staff member has shown my kids and I. We go to Wednesday afternoon skate lessons and also attended a birthday party here once. 1. The staff are all amazing!!! At check-in everyone is super friendly and greet my kids by name. My daughter started right when she turned 2 and was scared to leave me behind the glass to go skate, but Marina kindly picked her up and "flew" her around the ice. She LOVED it!!! She went from crying to being able to skate all on her own, jump, turn, and even wiggle backwards! I'm super impressed in how patient and hands-on all of the staff are. My kids have loved every skating teacher they've had. My son can be high energy and clumsy but they really know how to get the kids to have fun and be on-task. 2. The development is systematic. I'm a teacher (not an ice skating teacher) so I can recognize that they not only have a good system going for assessing and moving students up and down classes, the teaching is differentiated for different learners and flexible based on staffing and class sizes, and they seem to build on skills the kids already know. Ex: After learning to push and coast, then they can learn to lift a foot up and skate on one leg. (Again, I don't know anything about ice skating, but I know teaching and they seem to be good and caring teachers). I honestly almost gave up on my son considering how much he falls down, and I figured it just wasn't his thing, but we all kept encouraging him and he's surprising me with what he can do now. 3. The facilities are great! I feel like it's cleaner than I expected an ice rink full of sweaty hockey players to be. Haha! No offense to hockey players, I sweat in soccer, too. The birthday party was amazing and the kids all had so much fun skating before and after cake time. What a great way to get the sugar energy out! There's also a TV for kids to watch while they take a break from skating. 4. Tied with Marina for my favorite staff, I never asked his name, but there's an employee who works the skate rentals who always makes my kids and I smile. I think more businesses should employ people who are differently abled. This gentleman is wonderful, does his job so well, and we appreciate his kindness and hard work. I've spoken to other parents during class, and several have told me how they were relieved to come here and see the classes were better than the other ice rink they were going to. I don't have any other experience with this, but I know I love it at East West Ice Palace. Also, pro-tip, if there's no parking in the lot, just park on the street or around the corner. Plenty of free parking around if not right in front of the rink. I highly recommend the skating lessons and birthday parties here! BEST place to learn to skate! I'll try to post before and after videos to show the kids' progress.

    Getting my blades sharpened

My first time at this rink, but my first impression of it was good. The parking lot was a little cramped on a kinda slow night, so I'd hate to see this place during a peak time. The rink itself looks clean. The skate rental area looked organized, there were a decent amount of lockers and benches. They even had a picture posted on the wall to demonstrate just how skates need to be tied. We visited the pro shop for blade sharpening and I was very impressed by their service. They opened the pro shop just to sharpen my blades! How awesome is that?! We usually don't skate out of this rink, but based off of their great service and overall cleanliness of the rink, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

East west is a great place to skate and the ice is perfect. The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Just wish public skating had a constant schedule.

Super crowded on a Friday night. Majority high schoolers.

This location does not have a shop. The assistant was nice, but couldn't really give alternative locations. Also, it stinks inside.

7/5/26 (re-scheduled birthday from 5/30/26 from the chemical leak incident)…read more My daughter attended a classmates birthday last year and fell in love with the skate rink. Even though she could barely move on the ice, even with walkers- she simply loved the atmosphere. She asked to celebrate her 8th birthday here last year, and we made the date official earlier this year. We originally planned to celebrate right after school for out in May but due to the chemical spill, we scheduled it closer to her actual birthday. I just wanted to say Shannon has been a God send with all the planning and footwork beforehand. She has been in constant communication leading up to my daughter's big day. She is a phenomenal person who is very kind and works way too hard. I greatly appreciate all your help planning all this to make such an incredible birthday for Tamsin. From the moment we walked into rink, she felt like a VIP. Even though Shannon could not make it that day, Kristin was super! She was super kind, patient and walked me through the process of guest check in. She was friendly to all our guests and was very professional. She ensured we had everything we needed even before we knew it. Napkins, plates and all the party necessities were on point. The coordination for the birthday announcement, personalized song list and VIP photo on the ice was done seamlessly. The food service was also fantastic. The cafe staff kept popping in to make sure we were good and made sure we had plates, napkins and utensils. There was a boo boo pizza and they remade the correct one free of charge. Pizza, cinnamon pretzels, and wings (outside food fee/prior auth required) made Everyone happy! All of our guests, adults and kids alike had a blast! I greatly recommended hosting your next event here. You won't be disappointed!

Just beware that if you go on days with kids birthday parties, it will be pretty crowded. The only thing for me is that it's so expensive just for 2 hours.
