Although there is a Sky Zone not more than 10 minutes from my house, I always go out of my way to take my son to this Cerritos location. The staff there are so helpful and friendly. Even when they're walking around or cleaning up, they answer all your questions with patience and check in with you throughout your start. Do not get a membership at this place unless you want to deal with shady business practices. On top of that, they hire a bunch to teens to "monitor" your kids safety. Guess how well that goes. I canceled my membership back in August 2025. After noticing my credit card kept getting charged since then, about 6 moths, I went to the Cerritos branch to get a refund. I was told "their system went through a revamp" which caused my membership to somehow be reinstated. Reading the comments, it seems this is a reoccurring excuse they use. I was told I can only be refunded 3 months and was given a bogus number to call to "try" to get the rest. read more

Brought 3 kids here thinking it would be the same as the skyzone in HB but not even close. Much smaller and none of the "attractions" (I.e the zip line, launch slide and trapeze/swing) were open. When I asked the girl working the floor, she reluctantly opened one but apparently they didn't have any other staff to open everything at once. (Why not???) And then after the kids went once she said she was closing it. She was a pretty unfriendly human with no people skills who appears to hate her job. Maybe she was having an off day or had too much to do but in any case we pay to have use of the entire place and just think it should be staffed adequately. Used a groupon - 35 dollars for 2 hours including the socks - and that worked well. 2 hours was plenty for my 8 and 11yo. They were wiped afterwards! At 10am it was quiet, but it filled up quickly by about 10:30am. The height, weight and age "requirements" on some of the activities don't seem to be enforced - something to consider. read more

It was my first time ever to visit a trampoline park today. My nephew celebrated his 8th birthday part at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. It's a gigantic indoor trampoline park that has foam pits, bouncy basketball courts and dodgeball courts, a mini arcade and private spaces for events. For the actual birthday party, we were in an event space upstairs. (One thing to note is they don't have elevators - it is all stairs and I didn't see anything for folks who may need mobility access). The event space itself was clean and spacious. I noticed the employees were hard working and were helpful. I noticed them more than once refill the sodas for the party. The trampoline park itself looked like a blast. It definitely made me want to be a carefree kid again. Overall Sky Zone Trampoline Park was a great place for a kid's party. Clean, spacious and fun! read more

Came here for a birthday party and there was definitely a lot for the kids to do. Food, games, basketball, and of course the trampolines and obstacle like course activities. I will say, it was pure chaos and extremely busy but it was close to what I would have expected for a Saturday when there was open play and multiple birthdays. So BE PREPARED on a weekend. On the bright side, your kids WILL be pooped at the end and will have a great time, mine sure did. Went to skyzone for a team event for baseball. We were able to get the basic party package 26$/kid min 10 kids and included socks. The event team was great with details on booking and throughout the event. with the package we had we didn't get the food discounts but ordered there anyway and it was great. i would def go again, my 5 year old loves it and there are plenty of staff to keep an eye on the kids while jumping. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with Sky Zone Cerritos. Before coming in, I called to confirm their Friday hours. The prerecorded message directed me to their website, which clearly stated they open at 9 AM. However, when we arrived, we were turned away because the manager wasn't there yet and staff said they couldn't check anyone in. That made absolutely no sense--why advertise opening hours if customers can't actually enter? When I asked what time the manager would arrive, the employee (Nima) said she had no idea. That response felt very unprofessional and unhelpful. We literally just purchased an Elite Membership two days ago, and after this experience, I'm already considering canceling. Poor communication and lack of basic operational readiness is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue, updates their hours accurately, and ensures staff are properly informed so this doesn't happen to other customers. While I was managing my autistic son and my two other young children, the front desk employee told me it would be cheaper to purchase a monthly pass and explained that my children could come and jump for the month of April. Based on that conversation, I understood that I was paying for one month only. What I was not clearly informed of was that I was signing up for an ongoing membership that required cancellation. As a parent trying to supervise three children, including a child with autism who requires additional attention, I relied on the information provided by the employee and trusted that the membership would end after the month I agreed to purchase. I later discovered additional charges on my account and learned that I was expected to cancel the membership myself. When I contacted Sky Zone, they refused to refund the charges despite my explanation that the membership had been presented to me as a one-month option. My concern is not just the money--it's the sales practice. Parents who are distracted caring for multiple children should be given clear and transparent information about any recurring charges or cancellation requirements before signing anything. I encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully read every agreement and specifically ask whether the membership renews automatically and what steps are required to cancel. I've had a membership here for about 7 months and I think I'm going to cancel because a lot of the attractions are always closed, or they alternate closing one and opening another. You pay all this money for limited activities which makes the things that are open very crowded. Not worth it. read more

My time was till 7 which I fully understand but at 650 the staff was standing next to the entrance staring at us while we opened presents and cut the cake. Really made it uncomfortable. The staff was all very nice they checked in a lot and everything I needed for the party they had. Just that really made me upset. I paid $500 to get rushed out not even a 10 minute grace period. Also the trampoline area was not very big and smelled. Just not what I was expecting at all. Been to other trampoline parks and this one definitely disappointed. I will give credit where its due they were very nice but for spending $500 for 2 hours I shouldnt have been rushed out and they started cleaning but before we had even finished opening presents. read more

I've been taking my kids to this Sky Zone since they were little. But lately, all I see are parties, and maybe a few families here and there. Other than that, it's mostly teenagers without supervision--no adult present to supervise them. They have kids working there, but they are useless because their job is not getting done. Today I went, and for the first time ever, I saw security--something I've never seen before in all the years I've been going there. I arrived early, paid for a regular day, and also paid for Glow Night. When Glow Night started, within an hour the place was flooded with teenagers without parents, running around like it was a public hangout. The employees were just walking around, not saying or doing anything. I went to use the restroom and saw a group of girls inside the stalls and hanging around the entrance, going in and out, being loud and scandalous. There were boys inside the girls' restroom with them. No supervisors or workers did anything. A fight broke out in the restroom. Everyone was filming. One of the boys who works there was laughing. I had to get up myself and call security and a supervisor. Other parents were staring at the supervisor like, "Aren't you going to do your job?" A little girl was hurt in the restroom, and nobody did anything. An ambulance had to show up. At one point, a boy even asked my kids' dad if he could sign him in. This is the real problem: parents are dropping off their teenagers at this public place and leaving them unsupervised. These teenagers then go into public spaces and do whatever teenagers in puberty do--without boundaries, respect, or accountability. Parents, have the decency to take responsibility for your teenagers. If you're tired, don't dump them in public places so they can hurt other kids and disturb the peace. Shame on you. read more

What a disaster of a place. We were there this afternoon and I was appalled at the chaos -- from parents not watching their kids, to limited staff monitoring the various areas, to kids not being safe or following basic guidelines like staying out of the small kid zone if you're older and doing backflips on the trampolines. It is GHETTO!!! Never going back. I can bet the amount of people there today exceeded its max capacity. The only bright side here is the staff is nice and doing their best but let's be real, no one is listening to them. You need supervisors on the floor, older ADULTS, to ensure everyone is being safe. I witnessed an unsettling situation during my visit on July 8. A child was jumped on the basketball court, and when the parents brought it to the staff's attention, they did absolutely nothing. I saw it all happen. Instead of stepping in or helping, the staff told the parents they wouldn't be getting involved and to just call the police. Apparently this isn't the first time from another parent giving a testimony to the authorities, and things get worse in the evenings. I've been here at night before and the crowd completely changes. It's obvious many of the older kids are just dropped off without any supervision. The energy shifts and it doesn't feel like a safe place. Everyone working there seems to be a teenager and there's no adult presence or authority figure who can step in when things go wrong. We came to this Sky Zone (Cerritos) for the first time a couple of months ago for a birthday party, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest issue was how hot and muggy it felt inside. It honestly seemed like there was no proper air circulation or air conditioning, and after a short time, it became really uncomfortable--not just for the kids jumping, but for all of us parents and guests waiting around. For an indoor activity space that hosts large groups and active play, you'd expect the environment to be more comfortable. Another disappointment was the staff. From check-in to general interactions during the party, the employees did not come across as friendly or welcoming. Their attitude felt dismissive and at times even rude, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. When you're bringing kids to a place like this, you want to feel like the staff is attentive, positive, and happy to be there, and that just wasn't the case here. We normally go to the Sky Zone in Anaheim, and honestly, the difference is huge. Anaheim's location feels well-run, the staff is always pleasant and professional, the air conditioning is on (which makes a massive difference), and while it can get busy, it never feels unbearably packed or uncomfortable. It's a night-and-day experience compared to Cerritos. Even though Cerritos is much closer and would be more convenient for us, we'd rather make the longer drive to Anaheim to ensure we and our kids have a positive experience. Until some improvements are made here--especially with the air quality and staff--it's just not worth coming back. read more

I came here yesterday for the first time for a birthday party and had a good experience. This is my first time at a Sky Zone, previously I had only been to big air in Buena Park. Sky Zone blows that place outta the water. Newer looking and better maintained. Lots of different areas to jump around. I went with my 8 year old and he had a blast. The birthday party check in was smooth. Although they did direct us to the wrong room, we found the correct room right away. Staff was friendly and actually had people walking around monitoring kids and making sure everyone was safe. There are ample stalls in the restrooms and water fountains where you can refill water bottles. Although to go only once is expensive, the monthly Elite Pass (just a few dollars more than a one time play) is worth the money. With the Elite Pass, your kid can go every day. Friday nights are my fav because parents jump free and it's Glow Night. My kids, even at the ripe old ages 11 and 12, have fun: jumping, playing dodgeball, soccer, throwing sponge cubes at each other...And with today's glued-to-the-internet generation, I'll take it! Even with an ample parking lot, spots can be hard to come by when it's busy (like today at prime time on a weekend). They have a private party room in the back and an open space with 9 small round tables and chairs to sit. There is also a vending machine for drinks and a snack bar with food and drinks for purchase. Jumpers must have a pair of SZ orange grippy socks - once you purchase they're yours to keep and you can bring them with for future visits. Haven't been here in a long time and after reading a review that indicated they provided free wifi, I brought my iPad to watch while the kiddos jumped. But after asking 5 different staff members, was finally told they don't have wifi. Womp womp. Places like this would really be doing parents a solid by having this amenity. Overall this place seemed clean and the kiddos are having fun. A 90 minute pass today was $35 each. Each Jumper must have a Waiver completed before starting the session. read more
