It was my first time ever to visit a trampoline park today. My nephew celebrated his 8th birthday part at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. It's a gigantic indoor trampoline park that has foam pits, bouncy basketball courts and dodgeball courts, a mini arcade and private spaces for events. For the actual birthday party, we were in an event space upstairs. (One thing to note is they don't have elevators - it is all stairs and I didn't see anything for folks who may need mobility access). The event space itself was clean and spacious. I noticed the employees were hard working and were helpful. I noticed them more than once refill the sodas for the party. The trampoline park itself looked like a blast. It definitely made me want to be a carefree kid again. Overall Sky Zone Trampoline Park was a great place for a kid's party. Clean, spacious and fun!

I want to say thank you to Cerritos Sky Zone for giving such a great service! Dai was an amazing party host and she was super helpful and was great at catering our party. Chucca helped with a great package! My son and all his friends had such a great time! We had a great first experience having their party at sky room, everything was well organized and thought out but I do feel their packages for the kids to jump needs to be longer the 2 hours wasn't enough for a party it felt like everything was rushed but other than that all in all everything was great! Thank you Cerritos Sky Zone and staff!!

Love this place!! Although coming on a Saturday an hour before they close; not the best time bc it is packed!! For it being packed and seems like at max capacity, it's super clean and organized! Thank you Riley for making my child's experience that much better with your friendly approach and positive attitude.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Does this location have air conditioning?

    Yes

Do they allow non-service dogs in?

Only service dogs are allowed within the facility.

Is there a restaurant or a bar on-site?

No. Vending machine and I think snacks area only. You're there to watch your kids jump basically. It's a little overwhelming with so many kids but they will have fun guaranteed and sleep oh so good at night.

Are you open on July 4, do you accept Groupon vouchers and lastly can a 3 year old jump? Thanks

Yes, our operating hours will be 11AM - 5PM, and we allow all ages to jump and is based off of ability, if they can walk they can jump! Lastly we do accept Groupons and are able to be used on any holidays like 4th of July unless otherwise previously…

If I'm pregnant do I have a buy a ticket since I won't be able to jump?

Any non Jumper would not have to pay to enter the facility, only those who will be jumping would need to be payed for.

When are your toddler time days & hours?

Hi Ruby! Currently, they are Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 - 11:00 AM, and Saturday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM. But be sure to check our website in case there are changes to the day's schedule.…

Is this place for kids only?

No, the active adults in our party had a blast. We played with our kids and had our own fun too. Zip lining, ninja warrior obstacles, adult dodge ball and doing somersaults into a air bag.

Any random closures happening tomorrow (Saturday 10/12)?? Last time we went on a Friday evening, we were told there was no jumping so you can get ready for some glow night event. It killed our entire evening plans?

You can always check the website for any closures! https://www.skyzone.com/cerritos/hours-and-calendar

How much do they ask you to pay?

You can view jump + membership prices here: https://www.skyzone.com/cerritos/prices-and-promos.

    When did this open?

    June 2019

Currently 7 months pregnant, do I have to pay even if I will not be jumping?

If you don't plan on jumping, you don't have to pay!

When will be the grand opening?

Opening in Mid of May 2019. Let me know if you have any other question.

Unfortunately, it's disappointing to see that the playground hasn't really been updated or improved over that time. Many of the play areas look exactly the same, and it would be nice to see some new equipment or renovations to keep the experience fresh for returning families. Another concern is safety. The facility doesn't require grip socks, and they don't even sell them on-site. Grip socks are important in indoor playgrounds because the floors and play structures can become slippery, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Implementing a grip sock policy would be a simple way to help keep kids safer. My son still enjoys coming here, but after so many years, I hope the owners invest in updating the facility and improving safety standards.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

They have an area specifically for those 2 years and younger and then an area for kids ages 3+. My son did both since he's in between but primarily stayed in the 3+. Secondly, this place is dirty, it looks like no one takes care of it. I mean they had the workers going around with the sanitizer spray but was literally spraying the air. Floor mats were dirty. There's an area outside of the enclosure where they are just storing random things, clutter and dusty. Maintenance people can walk by and there's an opening from the play area where anyone from the back just go in. I think it's not safe. From the outside, it looks big and clean but when you get inside, it feels icky and pretty small. Thirdly, for the price it wasn't worth it. Any child will have fun here, but as a parent I'm disappointed in the cleanliness, convenience of the bathroom and safety issues especially at the price point. She worked her social skills and made friends (which was a first at an indoor playground). It was nice to see parents truly there for their kids. I like that there are cameras in every blind spot. One can watch their child from the cafe table area on the screen. The cafe was such a treat! It was nice to grab a bite to take a break from play time. The kids pancake breakfast and was hearty like we made it at home, with the minnie pancakes, eggs and bacon. I had the spam musubi and it was so good paired with my vanilla latte. I've been coming to Looma for years and perhaps that's the problem. I remember what this place felt…read morelike when I first discovered it. It was genuinely impressive. Someone had clearly thought about the experience. A beautiful indoor space, imaginative little environments, places for parents to sit, decent coffee and food and enough visual restraint that you didn't feel like you'd voluntarily locked yourself inside a plastic primary colored migraine for two hours. With small children, this is no minor achievement. There still aren't many places like it in the South Bay. Which is probably why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, Looma today feels less like a premium children's space and more like the aging remains of one. You begin noticing the little things because there are so many of them. The projector by the ball pit stopped working ages ago. Other play features are broken or simply gone. Toys and foam blocks migrate around the building and apparently establish permanent residency wherever they land. Some surfaces are sticky. Vents and edges look like they haven't met a cleaning cloth in quite some time. Rooms sit unused and closed off. On our latest visit, even the bathroom was rough. None of these things individually ruins a children's playground. Kids are extraordinarily talented at destroying civilization. I have two. I understand. But maintenance is the business. If you sell a premium environment for children, the product isn't the slide you installed three years ago. The product is the slide today. The clean bathroom today. The working toy today. The stocked refrigerator today. The employee who appears mildly pleased that you've entered the building today. That last part has always been Looma's strangest weakness. Service ranges from indifferent to occasionally miserable. There have been exceptions the woman I've repeatedly encountered handling the cafe has always been genuinely sweet and helpful. But overall there's very little hospitality in a business ostensibly built around families spending time there. And when the place is crowded, all of these little failures compound. Our latest visit felt badly oversold. Not enough seating, exhausted parents orbiting tables waiting for somewhere to land, children everywhere, broken or neglected equipment and a staff seemingly resigned to surviving the shift. Then you remember what you're paying. Once admission for two children, food and drinks enter the equation, this stops being some scrappy neighborhood playroom where you forgive the duct tape and missing Lego pieces. Looma calls itself an upscale indoor playground. Fair enough. But "upscale" creates an obligation. It means someone has to care obsessively about the boring things after the beautiful launch photos have been taken. That's what frustrates me most. The bones are still good. The original idea was good. Even the food is surprisingly decent for an indoor playground, with some Korean options mixed into the usual kid fare. My children can still have a great time here. But children having fun is an extraordinarily forgiving metric. Give them a cardboard box and seventeen minutes and they'll establish a functioning municipality. Adults notice the rest. Looma doesn't need another attraction or themed event. It needs somebody to walk through the building slowly, look at every surface, every broken feature, every empty refrigerator shelf, every neglected corner and start caring about the details again
