Parking fills up quick in the lot and on the street but thankfully there is a cement parking structure across the street. Be sure to bring your ticket to get it validated!! There is 2 rinks; Olympic is colder than Rink 1 but it's double sweatshirt minimum no matter how you cut it. Snack bar can get busy but the staff is always efficient. There's popcorn, pretzels, cup of noodles, candy, granola bars, candy, etc. No deep fried options. Love the pro shop! They have everything you could need and from time to time have really great sales. I got a $150 stick for 50% off.

I have been to this rink a few times now and had good experiences for the most part, my recent visit started off a bit rocky because of the young lady cashier that seem like she just did not want to be working or maybe she was having a bad day; i asked to pay for 2 people for a session and 2 rentals for skates she told me the amount I paid and she said "next" I asked her where do I go for the skate rentals and she said " what size do you need?" Then she went got the skates. If she knew she was supposed to give me the rentals after I paid I don't understand why she was so rude to ask for the next person inline to come. Outside of this situation we enjoyed our skate session, there was great music and a good time and I would go back.

Went ice skating here with my family and it was a fun time! We did the 2 hour free skate with a 2 yr old and it was fine. We rented one of those seals so he could ride on it. My son enjoyed it and we did too. It was crowded on a Friday night, but most of the people here couldn't skate well so there were a lot of people hanging on the side. There were some people in the middle that were doing private ice skating & hockey lessons and sometimes the hockey players would skate very quickly between lesser experienced skaters which caused people to fall, but it wasn't terrible. We walked over to the other rink and saw a college game being played so that was cool too. My only qualm was that my skate fit in the shoe area, but no matter how I tied it the ankle area was too large. I ended up having to tie the lace around my skin which ultimately cut me very deep and has hampered my walking a bit. Sometime to be aware of! They also have children's skates, but no changing room in the women's restroom at least, so it was a struggle to navigate a diaper change with sharp blades on me and my kid.

As a hockey parent trying to get your child on the ice as much as possible. So we check out all of the Los Angeles Kings rings and Mighty Ducks. The ice conditions vary between rings. Some are very well maintained some are barely holding up. Anaheim Ice is in the middle. Even after the Zamboni the ice is still very chopped up. But it works. I can also say this is one of the coldest drinks when you're watching the kids play. The staff has always been nice to us especially in the Pro shop. The two women that work there are amazing. They sharpen States they fit you for skates they're all around great people to have in your location. The Downside to this particular rink is Not the staff not the facility but The people the parents period They're really rude. Like no manners. Like if their s*** doesn't stink. They bump into you without saying excuse me. You're sitting there getting your child dressed they will literally drop the bag on your feet to try and get you to move so they can set their kids down. It's just really weird with this particular ring. But that doesn't reflect the staff and the rink itself. See you guys soon

Hard to find the parking , the adult price $15.00 . Wow , a lot of people & compared with other ice skate places this one is clean . Try it and have fun With ur family and friends !

I got these skates at the pro shop located inside this Rink. A perfect fit!

So far so good! Friendly staff at the rink and a pro skate shop inside where the workers were also helpful. I will definitely be coming here for classes and public sessions. I've been to another rink (not The Rink affiliated) and the staff there was rude and impersonal. So glad to have a nearby The Rink!

    Skating at 9:15pm session.

The front desk girls are not very bright & are half asleep most of the time. Other than that, everything is great.

SO over priced now it's sort of ridiculous, and the ice isn't as maintained as it used to be.

7/5/26 (re-scheduled birthday from 5/30/26 from the chemical leak incident)…read more My daughter attended a classmates birthday last year and fell in love with the skate rink. Even though she could barely move on the ice, even with walkers- she simply loved the atmosphere. She asked to celebrate her 8th birthday here last year, and we made the date official earlier this year. We originally planned to celebrate right after school for out in May but due to the chemical spill, we scheduled it closer to her actual birthday. I just wanted to say Shannon has been a God send with all the planning and footwork beforehand. She has been in constant communication leading up to my daughter's big day. She is a phenomenal person who is very kind and works way too hard. I greatly appreciate all your help planning all this to make such an incredible birthday for Tamsin. From the moment we walked into rink, she felt like a VIP. Even though Shannon could not make it that day, Kristin was super! She was super kind, patient and walked me through the process of guest check in. She was friendly to all our guests and was very professional. She ensured we had everything we needed even before we knew it. Napkins, plates and all the party necessities were on point. The coordination for the birthday announcement, personalized song list and VIP photo on the ice was done seamlessly. The food service was also fantastic. The cafe staff kept popping in to make sure we were good and made sure we had plates, napkins and utensils. There was a boo boo pizza and they remade the correct one free of charge. Pizza, cinnamon pretzels, and wings (outside food fee/prior auth required) made Everyone happy! All of our guests, adults and kids alike had a blast! I greatly recommended hosting your next event here. You won't be disappointed!

Just beware that if you go on days with kids birthday parties, it will be pretty crowded. The only thing for me is that it's so expensive just for 2 hours. There was a roller derby game on Saturday night, so I came here to check out, what I was getting into! It wasn't the easiest place to spot, if we hadn't seen someone holding up the sign for the rink, we would have missed it. The parking lot was big and there was plenty of parking all around, so we didn't have to worry about not finding a spot. The front section had about 5 booths set up all along both sides, with a beer booth at the end! From what I saw, there was no limit to the amount of beer you could purchase during the game! There were two rinks, but only one was used that night. There were large bleachers set up next to each rink, for everyone's viewing pleasure and between each rink, there were scattered tables and chairs. They also had a decent sized snack bar across from the rinks and at the front entrance, two vending machines. I wasn't hungry when we went, so I just bought a tub of popcorn and a soda. I did see (and smell) a few warm pretzels and hot dogs making their way past me! Towards the back, past the 2nd rink, was the rest area, dressing rooms. Apparently there is more, but since I wasn't part of the team yet, I couldn't go past the 2nd rink! Overall, not a bad place!

I wish they had turned out the lights as I see they do from some of the pictures posted by other reviewers, but nonetheless it was a great time. We knew NOTHING about the rules of the game, but a couple of friendly attendees filled us in. We did pay extra for the VIP bleacher seats, but when I saw that the general seating was on the rink itself I kind of wish I would have gone with those tickets instead. They did have wine and beer, so that was great for us and we also liked the live music. I also liked that it was a place friendly to both adult groups and groups with kids. I would definitely want to go again. Wish they would have had at least a few more food trucks though as the one that was there ran out of a lot of their menu items early on.

More importantly, he sincerely apologized for our experience and invited us back so he could make things right. Bruce offered to take back my daughter's skates and replace them with a different pair to ensure she was completely comfortable and happy. I realize that because my daughter had already skated in them, he would likely take a financial loss since they could no longer be sold as new. As a business owner myself, I understand the impact of that and appreciated his willingness to stand behind his customer service. At this point, it has been about two weeks, and my daughter has adjusted to the skates and is no longer complaining about discomfort. Because of that, I decided to keep the skates rather than exchange them. While our initial experience was frustrating, I believe it's important to recognize when a business owner takes responsibility and genuinely tries to make things right. Bruce showed that he cares about his customers and his reputation by offering a solution, even if it meant taking a loss. For that reason, I am updating my review to 5 stars and appreciate his efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and earn our future business.

Don't know if they still do this or not but it was a huge help to get us started. Well our kids were sadly part of the C19 era. We had one who was skating since he was nine till 14 and C19 unfortunately ruined this for us along with our youngest who just started skating around that time. Made the fun of hockey a strenuous task, trying to play hockey with masks on was a real annoyance along with practice and games being canceled but had to be done for safety at that time. However, besides that whole situation, there was never a time that we didn't love coming to the rinks with our boys. It was always a very fun experience.
