He ended up charging us $700! When he left my husband looked at the other intake vent which was filthy: he vacuumed it himself. We called Jacob, who I guess is the owner of the company (he never told me who he was). Jacob said that he would mail us a check for $150 in a few days because of our experience with the technician. It has been over three weeks and numerous phone calls and we still haven't received the check.
