I selected Change Oil and Filter, Check top off fluids, set and check tire pressure, and reset oil light price which was listed at $28.17. I arrived for my appointment left keys in vehicle was escorted inside service center and was told to check in with front desk. I spoke with Mr. London Hall told him i was her for an oil change he said okay have a seat. I sat down 4 mins later Mr. Hall approached me and said my past works card was expired would i like to renew for a new works package. I told Mr. Hall no i want what i selected online just the oil change for $28.17. At that time Mr. Grayson Harazin who was seated to the left of Mr. Hall stated that price online was for the labor only. I was dumb founded at 1st then ask well how much is just an oil change nothing extra Mr. Harazin stated $89.00. I said thats crazy i could get Jiffy lube to do a standard oil change for $40 which is still a little high. Mr. Hall said i can get 4 oil changes for $100 with a years time with the works and asked if id rather have that i said okay reluctantly. So i returned to my seat and got back online to see if any small print said this price is just labor price i didnt see any such thing written on website. I returned to speak with Mr. Hall, Mr. Harazin stepped away and was in the shop. I told him no where does it state that the price online is just labor. I told him that bait and switch pricing which is illegal i wanted to speak with a manager he disappeared for 7 mins returning with Mr. Harazin who said he was the manager. I stated that the price online is $28.17 no.where does it say labor price i told him this is illegal maryland has consumer protections against predatory business practices such as this. Mr. Harazin said those prices listed all say "starting at" i advised him that only two stated that the others give firm pricing. Mr. Grayson said he would give me the oil change at $28.17 but he would have them Al Packer Ford change the website. I got my vehicle back they comped the oil change. I am writing because what they tried to do is illegal bait and switch. Up selling is legal but you cant lie to a consumer to get them to switch a service. They advertise a price to get you there then get you to pay more with unhonest tactics. I am happy i didnt have to pay for the oil change after all that nonsense but how many people has this exact tactic been used on. People who dont know any better would just except the 4 oil changes for $100. Which is $25 an oil change by the way so why is a singe oil change $89. Something needs to be done about this. No one should have to go through this kind of unethical business practices.

Are about the…read morenicest most friendly and helpful people that I have ever met in a business that's all about customer service. I was blown away by the quality of cars on their lot. They have a small lot but, they take personal care of each and every car on their lot completely hands on. Even T in the office (A woman!) Knows all about cars and even how to do repairs. The owner (Robert) worries about his cars and the people he sells them to as if they are family. He will not sell a car to anyone unless he personally checks it out and has it fully detailed and looking as well as smelling wonderful, and of course running perfectly. I can not say enough about these people and their car lot. You are in great hands if you go to them. They will even look for the car that you want if it is not on their lot, and sell it to you once it passes their own personal inspection as well as the Maryland one. As a side note, Robert is a sweet Armenian man who has spent his life building this business of his with his family. I know a little about his family and the Armenian culture as I knew a few of his family members years and years ago. The movie "The Promise" was released the week I bought my adorable Volkswagen convertible bug (stick shift) and as a thank you...After I got into my freshly detailed car to take it home, I found a personal gift from Robert. In the spot where my flower holder is, he put the money for my teen aged daughter and I to go to the movie about the Armenian genocide . I've never experienced something so sweet from a business owner ! Such great people, selling such great cars. What a memorable experience. If everyone was as wonderful as these people, buying cars would be a stress and worry free task, filled with sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns ! No kidding! Thank you Alpina.

I got a car from this location and immediately the A/C died the next day. I took it back since they have what was advertised as a 7 day return to exchange the vehicle. After sitting around the dealership for 4+ hours they finally agreed to let me exchange the vehicle and that I would just need to pay the difference for the new vehicle. Once it came time to fill the paperwork out, they showed me the door price that added an additional $2500 for Lojack, which they claim is already installed on the vehicle and not negotiable (they said the same for the first vehicle I purchased with the dead AC but the cost of that Lojack was only $800). Unfortunately I had no choice since I couldn't have my money refunded, so I had to go through with that sale with the $2500 markup of something thats basically a glorified Airtag. So beware of this place. They will find ways to scam with you these markups that are not negotiable while they claim its because its already installed (remember I was there for 4+ hours, most of that was probably them installing the Lojack device). Ultimately its my fault for not walking out on the first purchase when they added the markup, but if anyone wants to save time and money I'd recommend not dealing with these people. They're also incredibly rude on top of that. Avoid this place if you're buying a used car.
