My mechanic mentioned this before buying the car they said they'd give me a new spare key. Instead. They gave me a key that wasn't computerized for my vehicle. My window motor on my passenger seat convienantly stopped working after the warranty cut off. What I did get was everything I needed to start my business. A 2011 Ford Transit XL and it only had 39,000 miles on it. It just sucks. Because the shady ness and dishonesty of the so called used car salesmen really live up to it's name. Lol.

They have a small lot but, they take personal care of each and every car on their lot completely hands on. Even T in the office (A woman!) Knows all about cars and even how to do repairs. The owner (Robert) worries about his cars and the people he sells them to as if they are family. He will not sell a car to anyone unless he personally checks it out and has it fully detailed and looking as well as smelling wonderful, and of course running perfectly. I can not say enough about these people and their car lot. You are in great hands if you go to them. They will even look for the car that you want if it is not on their lot, and sell it to you once it passes their own personal inspection as well as the Maryland one. As a side note, Robert is a sweet Armenian man who has spent his life building this business of his with his family. I know a little about his family and the Armenian culture as I knew a few of his family members years and years ago. The movie "The Promise" was released the week I bought my adorable Volkswagen convertible bug (stick shift) and as a thank you...After I got into my freshly detailed car to take it home, I found a personal gift from Robert. In the spot where my flower holder is, he put the money for my teen aged daughter and I to go to the movie about the Armenian genocide . The service advisor told me that the Nissan Kicks does not do that. The advisor also mentioned he has the same car and his doesn't do that. The advisor then contradicted what he said after I told him that I had researched and learned that this vehicle is supposed to display this. The advisor then said only the higher models of the Kicks display the information. Again that is not true. Incredibly deceptive. Also the tires in this car were at 50psi. That should have been fixed prior to giving us the car when it was purchased. Driving around on 50psi in tires is unsafe. I am so unhappy with this purchase. Forget about contacting Nissan consumer affairs because they lie too.

Avoid this dealership if you're buying a used car. They will keep you sitting around for hours and…read morewhen its time to see the final cost they will mark up the price with things other dealerships will say is optional. I got a car from this location and immediately the A/C died the next day. I took it back since they have what was advertised as a 7 day return to exchange the vehicle. After sitting around the dealership for 4+ hours they finally agreed to let me exchange the vehicle and that I would just need to pay the difference for the new vehicle. Once it came time to fill the paperwork out, they showed me the door price that added an additional $2500 for Lojack, which they claim is already installed on the vehicle and not negotiable (they said the same for the first vehicle I purchased with the dead AC but the cost of that Lojack was only $800). Unfortunately I had no choice since I couldn't have my money refunded, so I had to go through with that sale with the $2500 markup of something thats basically a glorified Airtag. So beware of this place. They will find ways to scam with you these markups that are not negotiable while they claim its because its already installed (remember I was there for 4+ hours, most of that was probably them installing the Lojack device). Ultimately its my fault for not walking out on the first purchase when they added the markup, but if anyone wants to save time and money I'd recommend not dealing with these people. They're also incredibly rude on top of that. Avoid this place if you're buying a used car.

He invited us in the office and drew up a price of $6109. Saying that's his cash price. He became very rude and tried showing off his intelligence to my daughter. Babbling on about how banks and credit unions work. He stopped talking to me when he found out the car was for her. Then he quoted her a price for financing of $5800. Saying to me that the $6109 was my cash price, she gets a better price. I was hoping to put down $500 or 1000 now so he could get it inspected. Then come back with the rest to close the deal. We could have done $5800 final price after inspection, but he apparently wasn't the person to talk to in order to buy this car..
