Turns out they don't carry the part, but he found a place that does and printed out that information. Smart customer service. When I went exploring for a door, another store guy saw my lost look, guided me straight to the right aisle and was right on target, including suggestions. Before our house burnt down we shopped around at all the slab yards before falling in love with a particular Rosa bellini slab at Stoneland and bought it for our kitchen renovation. Then, after the fires and we were ready to source a new slab, we knew there was only one place that would have not only the best selection but also the most special options - Stoneland USA! We shopped around again a second time but it was NO COMPARISON. Stoneland just truly has the best selection of slabs out there in the southern CA area. And the best part was, even after doing all our due diligence, we still ended up choosing the same stone a second time. It was too good to not have in our home twice! We are anxiously awaiting the day we get to have it in our finished home and see its beautiful colors ever day again. We visited numerous options and none came close to the quality and uniqueness found in Elements Room. They just have options that did not exist anywhere else, and you'll see that in our pictures with stone we selected for our fireplace called "Galaxy Blue," which is a one of a kind stone with a sandblasting process that gives it an unreal texture and dimension. Flavio, the GM is a 30+ year veteran in the industry and he visits quarries overseas multiple times a year to source the best materials. His knowledge is unmatched and you can instantly tell that he is wise and experienced. Even if you don't go with natural stone, Elements room has a broad selection of the latest man made materials like Dekton (which I love and would totally use in my next kitchen). His team is also wonderful, with strong communication and patience with us as we selected the perfect slabs for our fireplace. Another review complained about price, and we did not experience that at all, Elements Room came in similarly to or below other locations we visited. Though they are primarily a slab dealer, they do have a nice selection of both Stone and quartz prefab. Nothing custom, you can only get right or left hand unless you do bathroom countertops. But all in all nice selection, in and out fast, order was in ahead of schedule, and they set up an independent delivery person which we really appreciated.

Elit Tile's return policy is meaningless if they can simply invent new restrictions after taking…read moreyour money. My experience with Elit Tile began with them failing to deliver the order I paid for. I purchased 8 pieces of tile, but their vendor only shipped 6 pieces. I had to discover their mistake myself. Had I not counted the order, I would have left with an incomplete purchase. Later, they actually tried to use the cost of correcting their own shipping mistake as a reason to deny my return. After bringing the completed order home, I realized the tile did not match my existing flooring. I immediately contacted Joy Lee and requested a return while the tile was completely unused. Here's the problem: at no point before my purchase did Joy Lee tell me that returns supposedly depended on vendor approval or that orders under four boxes could not be returned. That alleged restriction was never disclosed in the store and does not appear anywhere in my sales paperwork. Only after I requested a return did Joy Lee suddenly claim that the vendor would not approve it because the order was under four boxes. That completely defeats the purpose of having a return policy. If customers are never told about these restrictions until after they pay, then they don't have the information necessary to make an informed purchasing decision. Instead of standing behind what was represented at the time of sale, Elit Tile relied on an undisclosed vendor policy that was never communicated beforehand and refused to accept responsibility. My tile was unused, my return request was made promptly, and yet I was simply told the matter was "closed." If you're considering purchasing from Elit Tile, ask for every return restriction in writing before you hand over your credit card. Otherwise, you may discover after the sale that the return policy you thought you had doesn't actually apply.
