Gayane took great care of us. The conversation quickly escalated to slabs. They have an amazing selection and each piece is like art. My client asked if they had any close outs and she showed him $150 slabs. They were rust damaged but there was enough useable material deformity what he wanted to fabricate. I was running late so I put my client in touch with my fabricator and he visited again himself the next day. Gayane told him she had a few more damaged slabs that were $50. My client wanted all 26 she found- some here and some up north. We'd have to take those FOB at the yard up north. My client made arrangements We went today to pay for them and met the GM and kind owner. I had not met them in past visits. They are kind and very knowledgeable. We were promptly told the 9 slabs up north were not available and all were broken. We had only 17 to work with, after spending a ton of time redrawing the plans yesterday to accommodate the slabs rather than the Italian tile we'd chose for the interior. I gave them my resale and my client had cash in hand. we waited for the paperwork. At nearly 4pm and we were told to come back tomorrow because they were having a meeting. I love this place for the beautiful stone that is as beautiful as anything as the Pacific Design Center and am appreciative of how they were able to shift gears from tile to their close out slabs for my client. I always highly recommend this hidden gem of a design resource.

We visited numerous options and none came close to the quality and uniqueness found in Elements Room. They just have options that did not exist anywhere else, and you'll see that in our pictures with stone we selected for our fireplace called "Galaxy Blue," which is a one of a kind stone with a sandblasting process that gives it an unreal texture and dimension. Flavio, the GM is a 30+ year veteran in the industry and he visits quarries overseas multiple times a year to source the best materials. His knowledge is unmatched and you can instantly tell that he is wise and experienced. Even if you don't go with natural stone, Elements room has a broad selection of the latest man made materials like Dekton (which I love and would totally use in my next kitchen). His team is also wonderful, with strong communication and patience with us as we selected the perfect slabs for our fireplace. Another review complained about price, and we did not experience that at all, Elements Room came in similarly to or below other locations we visited. Though they are primarily a slab dealer, they do have a nice selection of both Stone and quartz prefab. Nothing custom, you can only get right or left hand unless you do bathroom countertops. But all in all nice selection, in and out fast, order was in ahead of schedule, and they set up an independent delivery person which we really appreciated.

Their policy says we can make a return subject to a 30% stocking fee. I was willing to pay the re-stocking fee of 30%. At longest we are able to return it before 30 days. The slabs were purchased approximately 2 weeks ago. I had plenty of time to return the slab and pay the fee. Jorge chose not to help me and seems like he did not care. I was NOT able to return the slab. They will loose me and any of my clients for future business. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because they do have beautiful material.
