After I unpacked my stuff I realize that they also lost an entire bag of shoes. I called them to let them know that my shoes are missing. They told me they would call me back once they spoke to the driver, I haven't heard a word out of them since. This is absolutely crazy, especially since they overcharged me. I know they've been around for a while, but they're not doing good work. And I would not recommend them.

As with any rational human being, I am concerned about where I leave my belongings. First and foremost, I want to make sure that the items are SECURE. (crazy?) When I called to get more information and potentially make a reservation, the first thing I asked was: "what sort of security do you have at the facility?" (something to that effect). The gentleman who answered seemed VERY taken aback. Like shocked. Offended. In fact, he told me and I quote, "no one has ever asked about that before". What?!? People don't ask what sort of security one has at a facility whose only purpose is to safely secure one's possessions? I asked him "how long have you worked at this place?". He said "five years". FIVE YEARS and I am the ONLY person to have asked this question (which he didn't want to answer btw). Does that sound true to you? To anyone? No. It sounds insane. So hey! OWNER. Send me a DM. Four friends movers took the stress out of our move and made everything easy for us. The movers wrapped plastic around our sofas and our mattress, and they used blankets on the nice pieces of furniture and the TV. Guys worked well and didn't struggle bringing anything up stairs.
