She started out by walking on me and then I asked for focus to be on my lower back and hamstrings and she was fabulous. 5/5 45min Sauna Wrap this was such a unique service offering and it felt so good on my muscles especially after an amazing deep tissue massage. I will say that the 45 min did feel a little long but I might just be a wimp. Normally I can only last 15min in a sauna. The first 20min I was asleep and then got a little toasty. But I was able air myself a little bit since they didn't fully zip me in.
