Lack of attention to detail, did not remove the hardware from the doors prior to painting, did not tape off the frames of the glass paned areas. Also left damage and scratches to the glass on doors with a razor blade because they were not taped off properly. Also spilled paint on my deck which I was unable to clean off completely. To top it off, my bathroom was magically flooded after he left. I spent days after the job touching up the doors and clean up the mess left. I was new to the area when I hired this painter and I should of done more research. The stress and anguish was not worth it. The price was affordable but I guess you get what you pay for.

A time was set for Doris to visit our house and provide an estimate to tile the bathrooms and master tub. Doris arrived late - her excuse should have been different. Apparently, her shrimp man was late and she needed to get some shrimp for dinner. I would prefer to think that our business was more important than this, or that at least you avoid the topic altogether. "Sorry, we are running behind today." Oh, try calling ahead to notify the customer. Nevertheless, her estimate was very detailed and she provided many useful suggestions along the way, as opposed to several other vendors who only provided exactly what was asked for. I was struck in that Artistic seemed interested in the entire project, to include the transitions between rooms and you knew, that while 40% more than other vendors in price, you wouldn't have to call other folks, plumbers, carpenters (1/4inch round), and the like to finish the job. In the end, the project was started on time, and finished on time. The result looks great. There was only one part, re-attaching the tub spout, which now with the extra tile no longer attach to the pipe. However, they are not plumbers. Still, a bit disappointed in that despite their interest in the project, they owners never did manage to inspect the results. I recommend Artistic as you will get a quality project that views their work in the whole, as a part of your home, and you will not have too many other odds and ends that need to be cleaned up by other services.

Wells Wayside Furniture has outstanding costomer service!…read more We purchased custom Lane furniture. Upon receipt, we found the finished product substandard. When I brought my complaint to the store manager's attention, he offered generous compensation or entire replacement (even with different brands)! While we waited for the replacements, they let us keep the furniture until replacements arrived and then donated the substandard ones to a charity. The store manager, Jim Stricker, worked exceptionally hard to make sure we were fully satisfied. This level of customer care is something you do not find often. I would highly recommend Wells Wayside Furniture because they take care of their costomers!
