Love this place!!! The best pedi I've ever gotten. Every time I go (I don't live near by) I always get a different tech.. and every single one so far is amazing!! I hate requesting that "one" good one at a salon.. well here everyone is THAT good! I like a quality pedicure- takes their time .. does the callus scrubbing not in a rush.. and they go wayyy past the massage time that's listed ! The Prices are also veryyyyy good for what you get! Their "top" Pedi is only $45! I've seen $35 at some places for a BASIC pedi! Everyone here is sooo nice and welcoming. Their massage chairs are also amazing and ALL WORK! Will most likely not be coming back here. I told them what I wanted and they kept trying to get me to change my mind about the service I wanted. I was very clear and they kept insinuating that I should change my service and what they kept pushing was more expensive. If that was what I wanted I wouldn't have a problem with the price but all I wanted was to get what I paid for and they couldn't even do that. I had so many cuts on my cuticles from the drill and the dip was thick and uneven. My pedicure is uneven as well. I felt uncomfortable asking them to fix it because they never agreed with anything I said. I asked them to file one of my nails because it appeared crooked to me and got dismissed with something along the lines of "no that's just your finger" read more

Took me right away, and quick service. Everyone was nice. They accept card, and can add the tip to your card. You have to ask to add the tip before they run it (it's not like a restaurant where you add it in on the receipt) + $1 fee for using a card. read more

I've been here a few times and have never had any issues but my experience today will probably keep me from coming here again. I don't know the name of the tech that did my pedicure but it was a man. He was doing a good job but hadn't offered me the price menu yet so as soon as he was done prepping my nails to be painted I asked him for it and not only pointed to the pedicure I wanted but I also said "the $30 one". I was sure his eye contact and nodding meant that he got it... but I was sure wrong ‍ because he took out the gel machine and it was then when I told him I didn't want gel, and once again mentioned the $30 one. And you know, everyone makes mistakes but when he told me he'd have to charge me $3 to remove the gel clear polish HE APPLIED BY MISTAKE to my nails I was so turned off by his lack of accountability. $3 is nothing but the principle is everything. I also wonder if I offended him when I politely spoke up because he had another tech finish my nails and she was a bit too fast and didn't do as good of a job as I'm used to when I've been here (not cleaning up the polish around the nails). So yeah, disappointed with my experience. read more

Do not go here. Super disappointed. Here are my nails one day after I got them done. I wasn't sure if i should make this post but I'm extremely disappointed. I paid $55 for these nails. They're extremely thick, the tips aren't even, there's white polish smeared, and the white tips are already chipping, and there's a hair in the acrylic!!! The nail tech "Vonna" was only with me for 40 mins. She completely rushed. I'm so sad because these nails were for my gender reveal. read more

So, I went in on New Year's Eve to get a fill and they were busy and told me to come back in a few hours. Cool, no biggie. Right? Well I was gonna find another salon but as I was sitting in my car they came out and told me to come in cuz one of the employees can do my nails so I go back in and as she's doing my nails she gets the color completely wrong. And continues to get colors wrong. I wanted a nude but she did a bright pink and I told her that's not the color so she changes it. No problem. Than as she's trying to do certain designs she claims she can't see cuz she doesn't have her glasses that day so she calls someone else to finish her work cuz she sees that I'm not happy with it. The other lady finishes and does a good job on the design. I wasn't happy with it overall but I just excepted it cuz was tired of telling her she's not doing it right. I leave and a week later 2 nails broke on the tip and my nails are lifting cuz they get stuck in my hair. Well I call today to complain and told them I was very unhappy with the service and I just wanna get it fixed. Didnt ask for anything free or discounted. Just expressed that my nails always last longer than a week and a half. I make an appointment with no problem until I get a call back and the girl who did my nails was the owner of the salon and she blew up on me saying she isn't gonna do anything for free cuz it's my fault! She didn't even let me get a word in before I can say that I NEVER asked for a free fill or discount. She was beyond rude cutting me off and trying to justify herself as I'm talking to her calmly on the phone while she's talking over me. Very disrespectful of this manager to call me up and go off on me when I never asked for anything free or discounted. I will not be coming here ever again and I will make sure my family and friends who do come here not come here again as well. Get some help or learn to talk to people calmly and get the facts straight before accusing ur customers for asking for free things when I never did. read more

I really like coming here because it's close to my house but this place got my toe infected. The lady that gave me a pedi, cut a piece of my skin off on my big toe.
