My daughter's first and second lessons were with Endy and he was great! My daughter felt very comfortable and confident after those two lessons. Her last lesson was with a different instructor and while he was good as well, there were a few things that made her uncomfortable, such as the instructor talking politics with her and grabbing the wheel to redirect her. I understand the redirection if it's due to safety, however this sounded like it was to direct her over towards the bike lane sooner and move into the next lane on the freeway, which could have been verbally communicated. Anyways, that's not the real issue here. The real issue is that I attempted to contact All Good Driving School to share the feedback of my daughter's last lesson. The phone number on their website is a text only number, so I texted asking for a phone call back. Their response was ''Good morning, our customer service is handled via text and Email only, but we would greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide.'' When I responded back that was unfortunate because customer service should be a personal experience and I would notate their lack of that for future needs or recommendations, they 'thumbs up' my message, passive aggressive much. They had no problem taking my money for all three driving lessons but can't even talk on the phone with their customers... super disappointing.

This is one of the best if not the absolute best school in Northern California. My friends and I passed the exam all on our first tries and all got jobs within a month of our testing dates. I started with a different school and after two days I realized it wasn't as advertised and pulled out. Came straight to Easy CDL after reading the Google reviews. It was a night and day difference between the awful first school and Easy CDL. Since then I have had more than 5 friends become truck drivers and they all went through this school. After calling & speaking with Ali, I knew this was the right school for me to attend. Eventually I made the 3 hour drive up there & spoke with him in person regarding the whole process & about his program. After discussing everything & receiving a tour, I signed myself up. As a former student, I can attest that the whole experience & training here are beyond great. From his generous hospitality to his great instructors, Ali provides YOU the student with all the tools needed for you to obtain your license. Sometimes in life we can encounter individuals or business organizations that can care less about providing a great service & only care about taking our money BUT that is far from being the case here. Ali genuinely cares about the student becoming successful in passing & obtaining their license. If you have any questions or need assistance, there is always someone in the office to answer them. Outside there are numerous instructors that fully engage with the students & assist them with the pre-trip, skills or driving as needed. There are also several yards provided so you can practice your skills & pre-trip. Overall, if you want to obtain your commercial license & in the process be properly trained, this is the school you want to enroll yourself in. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to driving and has a great sense of humor. Certainly doesn't fail to put a smile on your face each lesson. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and told Kim was the instructor for our area. We booked about two weeks in advance. The night before the appt, I received a text from Pam at 9:20PM stating " I'm confirming your diving lesson for tomorrow and I wanted to know if ______ could go at 5:15PM instead of 6:40PM?" I was already in bed & did not see the text until after 10PM and it being so late, I deiced to wait till after 8am (normal business hours) to respond. At 6:04AM I received another text from Pam stating again " I'm confirming your driving lesson for today and I wanted to know if _____could go at 5:15PM instead of 6:40PM" I did not respond at 6:04am because like MOST PEOPLE I was sleeping. Even if I was not, I would have not responded until NORMAL business hours. She than texts me again at 6:39AM (35 minutes later, yet still before 7am) saying, " Good morning if I don't get a confirmation from you, I'll be taking your son off of my schedule." I would have waited until after 8am to respond since that is again NORMAL BUISNESS HOURS, but being she was now harassing me at 6am and threatening to cancel an appointment if she did not hear from us right away, an appointment we had for 2 weeks and one I would have gladly confirmed during again NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, as I myself run two successful businesses for over 25 years, I was forced to respond at 7:06AM asking why would she threaten to cancle the appointment based on her texts coming so late at 9:40pm or so early at 6:04am &6;39am, and not during normal business hours or giving me an opportunity to respond when people are usually sleeping during those hours. Her response was rude. Unapologie4nic. She did not seem to understand or care that most people are sleeping and that she did not just send a " courtisy text to confirm appointment like most businesses do, instead her response was " I texted you when I got home from working, now I am working at 6AM...." The world does not revolve around your schedule Pam. IT does not matter how late or how early YOU start working. You can not expect people to respond if it is not during everyone else's NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. Standard is not before 8am. And you really should not text people after 9 pm and expect a response. Totally ridicules that you never even given us a chance before you threatened to cancle our appointment. Texting someone twice even before 7am is rude, unprofessional. Texting at 9:40PM at night, is also unprofessional. I don't care what time you start or end your work day. Your response was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. Never offered an apology after this was pointed out. I am glad we cancled the appointment, because after talking to a few other parents, this is not a first time an attitude from Pam has come out. I selected Program 2 with an additional 1-hour lesson ($575 for 5 hours of instruction.) The instructor was kind and patient, however, always showed up late behind at least 20-45 minutes to every appointment and contact me at the last minute, so I never know until then. Moreover, my 4th lesson was cancelled at the last minute, even though she decided the appointment day and time. She ended up wasting my Sunday since she scheduled it in the middle of the day on Sunday. To make matters worse, the instructor provided feedback about my final lesson only after my behind-the-wheel driving test was already over‼ I informed her about my test day, but I didn't receive her feedback until after the test was over‼ This made it impossible to review effectively and rendered the feedback meaningless. As a result, I failed the test. Therefore I had to take extra lessons with another school. ※Update based on the comments below: I personally do not think this is fair‼ Was I treated differently than other students⁉ I didn't feel completely prepared because all lessons except the final one(DMV mock test) always finished earlier within 1 hour. Especially when a student specifically requests to work on their weaknesses. I took an additional lesson and asked to practice areas where I struggled, such as parking, lane changes, and merging into heavy traffic. However, you barely focused on any of these, despite my direct requests‼ Instead, you spent most of the time having me drive in a straight line, leaving me still uneasy about lane changes. I'm pretty disappointed that I did not receive the instructions as she mentioned below, or even the promised one-hour duration except for the final lesson‼

I'm with a driving school who contacted Andy with this school asking him to verify a students hours…read morewith his school. He refused to verify the hours and was very belligerent. Cursing at me. He also told me his school doesn't verify students hours , and for me to have the student redo the hours she has already completed. After a back and forth with him he told me that the student needed more than 6 hours and don't call him again asking for verification. When a driving school doesn't verify student hours it not only cost the parents extra money but it is a direct violation. Stay away from this school because if this guy feels this way he is only in it for the money, he doesn't care if your child pass the driving test or not. BEWARE!!!
