I do not recommend Easy Breezy due to the staff poor customer service. They cancelled my son follow-up appointment which they offer and scheduled for us six month ago for cleaning. I put it in my phone calendar and they even write us a card for appointment reminder. We drive 45 minutes to the appointment and their staff said we have no appointments. They claimed it's my fault because I did not confirm my appointment via text confirmation which I did not see. I did not get a call or text stating my appointment is cancelled. They want us to reschedule my son appointment after I took off classes and we drive 46 minutes to get his teeth cleaned. The shout at me and point the finger and tell me to get out if not she call the police. I never experienced anything like this ever in my life. They claim my son and I was rude and refuse to serve us again. Even if they pay us to come back to them I will never use them for a dentist. All they know how to do is blame other people rather I'm trying to fix the problem or issue their company had. They also claim a sign a consent to cancel my appointment. If I don't confirm, I don't remember signing anything like that. read more

Our first visit was GREAT, however the second..not so much. My daughter has a fear of the dentist and he took NO time and had no patience with her at all. Not even initially. I know you're thinking she must've been BAD: NO! She just covers her mouth, tells us she's scared, etc. Nothing extreme like kicking, hitting, etc. His plan was that if she didn't want to see the dentist that she should eat any sugars. Simple. There was no time taken to calm her. I highly would NOT recommend. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he lost us for dental care. read more

We were referred to EBKD by several of our neighbors. Their high praise of Dr. Gill and his team lived up to the hype! We took our baby boy here for his first dentist appointment at 19 months. The staff was friendly, the facility was beautiful and clean, and they helped my baby boy get through the typical toddler discomfort of having his teeth brushed. I was also extremely impressed with Dr. Gill. He was kind and personable. Rather than rushing us out of the office after my baby's teeth were cleaned, he took time to get to know us and answered questions we had as first time parents. I've never been a fan of the dentist lol. This experience, however, was a breeze. I'm thankful that we were referred to EBKD. I'm confident this will help our baby boy get started on the right track of having healthy teeth and gums. read more

Dr. Gill and the whole dental team greatly exceeded my expectations- Gold Star Team. I have 3 patients between the ages of 5-17 and this is our third dental office in 3 years. Our experience here was by far the greatest experience. I found this practice by reading positive reviews via my Insurance's website and I received similar care. Dr. Gill was able to customize his delivery to each of my daughters in a way they would understand- my youngest felt at ease and comfortable and my oldest was treated with respect like an adult. Dr. Gill is an angel!! My daughter was up all Friday night crying with tooth pain. When morning came, I called and everyone was closed. DR. GILL CALLED ME BACK. HE CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF to help my daughter, whom is not his patient! Now she is!!! This man didn't rush, he had no staff, just him, and he was flawless!! Kids bedside manner was AMAZING. Office, AMAZING! He had to pull two teeth on a 7 yr old scared girl, and he made her laugh, feel comfy, told actually funny jokes... I could go on forever. Unfortunately the ladies at the front desk informed me that they do not know how to process payments thru DC Medicaid so the children I care for were unable to continue seeing Dr Gill and his team. This saddened me since all of the children I care for are wards of the DC Foster Care system (using DC Health Benefits/Medicare) and I really wanted them to see a Black dentist and his team at work - people that look like them (because representation matters). I'll continue my search for a dentist. read more

The lady on the side of the front desk give me very hard time with my 3 kids appointment she forgot to send me some forms that I needed to fill out, and when I got there ready for my 3 kids appointment she ask me if I fill out the forms that supposedly she send me by email and text and I told her that she never sent me any forms to my email or cell , and I immediately proved it to her ,and she couldn't find her probes to show otherwise, I told her I can fill those forms later at home because I was having a handful with my 3 toddlers being very active she didn't care & continue to demand for me to fill out those stupid forms when they already have all the insurance information from prior visits, And since I was letting her know that they should have been more professional she ask me to reschedule and I said no way , she goes sr you harassing me jaja just because I was not letting her lyes fly about not doing her job and then blaming us customers for not doing our part (This was not our first appointment we being going to this office since august ) read more

I was referred to another orthodontist in Maryland and when I went there for a consultation, the office personnel were busy playing around to focus on customers; there was a thick layer of dirt hanging from the vents, and the building was old an needed many updates. I scheduled a consultation at Easy Breezy Kids Dental, and had a total opposite experience. This establishment was so clean, bright & colorful, that it almost felt like a kids spa. The front desk staff was top notch, the rest of the staff there was polite, attentive, and very helpful. After my 2 visit, I've decided that I'm bringing my children here for Ortho and Dental. The staff as well as the doctors are great with excellent chair-side manner. My 12yr old was even impressed with this office. I recommend this dental office to any child that has had a good or bad experience elsewhere. read more

My son had a tooth ache that was so painful on both sides, the dentist was the best ever and made the executive decision to pull both at the same time. I was so worried and scared because my baby was in pain and I was headed out on vacation the next day. Then there was an issue and I cried . But he assured me my son would be pain free before i left no matter what! I would recommend him for any child and he has Saturday hours! Sometimes it's so hard to deal with your children's pain, but this dentist made me feel at ease enough to comfort my son when he needed me most. Dr. Gill provided excellent dental care for my 3 sons, one of whom it was his first dental visit. Dr. Gill was patient, calming, and very reassuring to the children. He took his time explaining to the kids what he was going to do and he has a great sense of humor doing it. The office is children friendly with bright colors, and the children are able to choose their own cartoons to watch while they are seated in the dental chair. At the end of the visit, the children were happy to select a prize and are looking forward to their next visit. We are looking forward to the next visit in 6 months! read more
