This is the 2nd root canal Dr N has done for me I won't go to anyone else unless he's not available and I just can't wait. Dr. N is funny he talks sings anyways asks if your ok. I have a hard time getting numb but her knows where to go and hit the rite spots. It don't feel good while he's doing it but he gets the job done. His nurse is also very nice I had saliva buildup In my mouth and I would just point and she took care of it for me. Thanks doc hopefully I don't need to come back for a long long time.

After receiving my insurance claim, I noticed I was due a refund back from the cash payment I had made the day of my procedure. I called the office to check on it. Only then was I told that there was a $145.00 "one time single use instrument" office charge that isn't submitted to the insurance company and is "an office charge for instruments used during the procedure". Sounds like something that should be included in the cost of a procedure since these instruments are needed to perform the procedure. As if dealing with insurance companies isn't bad enough, I shouldn't have to worry about my doctor charging extras to get more money out of me.

I have difficult teeth to maintain and have not always had the most pleasant experience when visiting a dental office. I can honestly say that my main reason for loving this facility is knowing that I will not experience much discomfort when having my teeth cleaned and examined. The office is a very pleasant and clean facility. The support staff has always been helpful. And both Doctor Silberman and Dr. Barakh are very caring, friendly, and offer very helpful advice. I experienced a very painful problem with food lodged between my teeth and they saw me through Covid, I am so grateful for that as I was in a lot of pain.

At my follow-up appointment, I was unexpectedly told I owed an additional $1,300 for work completed during the extraction that was later denied by my insurance. My concern is that these procedures were performed without clearly informing me that they might not be covered or that I could be responsible for additional costs. When I contacted my insurance company, they advised that the office could submit additional documentation for review, but I did not feel the office was willing to pursue that option.
