Showed up right on time. Their system sent notifications letting me know when they were on their way and estimate arrival time. They surveyed, and immediately quoted the work. They did not try to overall sell me they understood the situation. Fixed some cracking in the mortar on top of the Chimney, as noted by inspector and installed new Chimney cap. You can notice the years of experience. He explain to me in very simple way and clear all the components on my setup and how to take care, use it in a proper manner including safety recommendation.
