Be real. Do not try to refuse someone service or return someone a laptop they thought you could repair for a nonsense reason that doesn't even apply in this situation. You couldn't fix a laptop? That's fine, but don't pull the BS you did with me and say it's due to my 'unpredictable behavior' that you're 'not comfortable' with holding my laptop you couldn't fix. I had a similar incident with TCA Wireless where I brought my phone in to be fixed due to a busted digitizer. They admitted to me that even after replacing the screen 5 times the phone still acted buggy. They were very apologetic that they couldn't fix it, and I understood and paid them for their attempts to try. That is the difference between them and you. You couldn't even look me in the eye when you handed my computer off to me. You didn't outright admit you couldn't fix it, and you didn't even apologize for your own unpredictable and ridiculous behavior. Because I wondered if you'd be able to pick up the charger from me that day? Did I demand you pick it up from me that day? All it was was just me thinking maybe you might be in the area and I could meet with you wherever was convenient to drop it off. I clearly specify that I didn't expect you to pick up from me that time, or even that day. And I apologize for the misunderstanding. But you, whether because of anxiety or just plain flakiness, decide to be so unprofessional that instead of just owning up to the fact you couldn't fix it, you want to try and blow this up to make it seem like I threatened you or made advances to you, or that I was being demanding. I was being nothing but lax and you decided that because my laptop was a lost cause you could act this way to me. On top of that, "unpredictable behavior"? You are dealing in a business full of unpredictable accidents and mishaps, and with technology, of all things. If this kind of thing is enough to make you uncomfortable, maybe you shouldn't be fixing computers. Let me be clear to the rest of Yelp: I am NOT saying you shouldn't stop giving Victor work. By all means, do so. Perhaps he's the closest to you, perhaps you want to see if your problem is something minor that could save you money and the hassle of finding a company that repairs computers for more. Do with your money what you feel is best. But if he pulls this unprofessional, unpredictable behavior with you, don't say I didn't warn you.

My motherboard and a few things broke in my PC that I built 4 years ago. From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. Chris is the absolute guy you want to fix your laptop. Had to visit his shop twice in less than a…read moreweek because both times I thought I shorted my gaming laptop motherboard board and both times he fixed it, and prices are very very reasonable. Walking into the shop the first time, I seen two GPUs on the front desk and I immediately knew Chris was the right guy for deep internal board repairs. Chris himself is a very informative guy too, he really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain the possible causes of the problems and what he did to fix it. The first time I had to bring in my laptop, I did some personal tweaks to the internals of my laptop and when I put it back together, it would turn on but it wouldn't POST so I assumed I shorted something. When I called other repair shops to explain my issue, they all assumed the same thing and said it might need a whole motherboard replacement until one recommended Chris. The day after I brought it into him, turns out there was just debris in the RAM slot and Chris got it back up and running! Second time, which was literally 3 days later, I was cleaning the inside of my laptop and when I reconnected the battery connector I saw a spark and my laptop behaved the same as last time, turns on but no display so this time I was sure of a short. Brought it into him again and the same day he called me saying he tested everything, nothing was shorted and all it needed was a BIOS reset. Chris didn't even charge me the second time too! Probably out of pity but I digress haha.
