I called Nissan for a referral of who to can install and EV charging station at home and Boss Taylor at Boss was their only recommendation. Taylor is super personable, professional and patient. I live in a condo building and it took over 6 months of drafts and following up to get the install approved as I am the first to get an EV charger installed in my building. My building had many different questions and requests and Taylor answered all of them. Taylor did not give up and me and I am so happy to have my charger installed. We ended up dropping it off to his place in the morning since he was just down the road and we were able to get our computer back at the end of day.
