A lot of these comments are negative, and I will add that all the cars have a sign on the windshield stating "SOLD AS IS." Unfortunately, people overlook those signs and don't inspect anything, expecting to leave with a brand-new car. I am very satisfied with my car and it is my first luxury car, at an affordable price! There were NO TELLERS and the manager wasn't there. Went back the next day, there was ONE teller with 15+ customers in line. I left after 30 minutes without being helped, 9 people still in front of me. I've been there numerous times and couldn't get change! The are some short on employees. I've been a customer for 29 years and I just opened an account at a new bank across the street!
