I can't say enough good things about RPM garage. Let me start by saying I came from a place in Plano called HiLine motors, which was a real shady business and the car salesman never answered my texts or called me back, I practically had to BEG him to sell me a car. After that fiasco I decided to visit RPM garage and look at their inventory, and they have some really nice cars! If you go here ask for Trinity, he was super helpful and communicative. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! Edit: to the 0 start reviews, these are used cars and NOT certified pre-owned cars. The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs. My son traveled down from MO to buy a Corvette 2 months ago. It was apparent shortly into his drive home that there were issues. After talking to the mechanic and prior owner, it's clear that RPM knowingly and willingly covered up some serious problems. The customer service was outstanding and the two people who sold me the car were great and I really appreciate the time they took out of their day to sell me the vehicle. I do not know if they were aware of all of the problems on the BMW 335i or not. Attached is a photo of an estimate from one out of the two BMW shops I took the Bimmer to. He couldn't believe that they actually put this vehicle on the lot to be sold. I had the car for 10 days now and I've driven it for about 3 days out of that 10. It's my fault that I bought the car and I wish I would've took my mechanic with me but I was in such a hurry due to us going out of town. I didn't even think to make sure all of the windows worked which they didn't. Again my fault. Not theirs. I should have done my due diligence when it came to this company. I went off the reviews which is something I won't do in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am astonished that there are no review on here about this dealer ship. This place is very friendly, clean, asthetic, and comfortable. I went with a few friends and family members to go scope out the place since we previously went onto their website and saw specific car we wanted to look at. They do a great job of updating and maintaining their website according to stock by the way. Anyway, we saw the car, loved it, got a card from one of the employees. The next day I went to their website to see if I could get financed for a car, yes they offer this! Through this I got in touch with the finance coordinator, Jeremy. Cannot say enough incredible things about this gentleman. He was prompt in all his responses, and easily explained anything I had a question with that I did not understand or misunderstood. We exchanged messages from May 6th to May 18 (mainly we were waiting on a 3rd party for their information), he was very patient and even held the car for me throughout this whole exchange! Within 12 days I came to the dealership recieved amazing hospitality for all the crew members and we drove out with a one of a kind FR-S. I HIGHLY reccomend coming in and experience the service. Do not do business here. I came in looking for a car for my son and found one we were interested in. I was in a car ready to trade out of with the title in my hand. This was on a Thursday. I was told their car was not ready to sell, and I asked the salesman to please let me know when it was ready. I didn't hear from the salesman by Saturday, so I reached out, and he said the car was still not ready for sale. I heard nothing on Monday, so on Tuesday(today), I messaged the salesman, and he said the car I wanted from them was sold to someone else. And they were no longer interested in purchasing my car unless I bought one of theirs. The salesman said he asked me for a deposit. That is not true. He did not. I told him I would have the car inspected by my mechanic before i would buy it. My trade offer from them was $2,000 over what their car was selling for. Pretty good deposit if he asked but didn't. Once I found out they sold it out from under me and the salesman started being rude, hostile, and quoting things, I didn't say I asked to speak to the owner. Another rude person calls me right away, claiming to be the GSM. He was defensive and extremely rude. I told him I told the salesman I was going to have the Accord pre-purchase inspected like a reasonable person would because it could have been a lemon with 150,000 miles on it. He begins to explain to me that lemons only apply to new cars. Just flat out rude and argumentative. Didn't give a crap and told me they no longer wanted my car. The car I wanted to buy my son if my mechanic checked it first is still listed on their website as available today. All liars. Just talk to me like crap, lie, and walk away. This is why car dealerships and salesmen have such a bad wrap. This type of behavior. Still never got to talk to the owner. Do yourself a favor and shop at one of the many other choices in DFW. They took the CLS I was interested in to get a presale inspection for me without me having to come to the dealership first-amazing! This was my first time dealing with RPM Garage and I can you tell I absolutely loved the service I have received. I sent a text message on their website asking for more information on a vehicle I was looking at. I asked for more information about the service records, videos of exterior and interior. Not only did Victor get back to me extremely quickly, he was completely transparent with all the information I asked for. I ask to get a PPI done since there are just some things you can't see online. Victor went above and beyond for me, he called a body shop, provided the phone number and the name of the person I could ask questions with. I purchased a 2006 Cadillac STS-V from these guys in Feb. 2021. They found an issue that had to be repaired before they would let the car out the door. I had traveled about 6 hours to pick up the car, so the delay keeps them from getting 5 stars. However, they fixed the issue and the car drives like a bad out of hell. I have to say that although they do have an interesting and very impressive collection of cars, I will never be returning to this dealership. I was interested in a pretty rare car they had for sale, but I live over 3 hours away so I had to plan a trip to see the car. I called as soon as they opened at 10 a.m. so I could get some pre checks out of the way and questions answered before I wasted my time driving up here. I was told that everything was fine and the car should be ready for a test drive when I got there. This didn't happen though. Jeremy didn't take my inquiry seriously until he checked my credit, and by that time, I was already there. The car had a dead battery and the tires were so bald that I didn't even want to test drive it. To remedy the battery situation, they said they were going to have a mechanic install a NEW battery. Then, they were going to have a mechanic go back to his shop to get a battery. Then, They had a battery on a shelf they were going to install. Then, they ended up pulling a battery from another car, which I found out because it too, was dead, which he said was "cool". I brought my own check list and code reader which I could tell irritated Jeremy. He made the comment to a co-worker that the car didn't pass "everyone's inspection" as I pointed out several things that were not disclosed to me on the phone that he had to make excuses for. Upon telling him that I was not interested, he just said "cool bro" in a very rude manner and walked away. I see that this place has very high reviews, but it seems that they just want customers that don't ask questions and drive away. Or maybe that's just Jeremy. Unacceptable unprofessionalism. read more
